"Arrived on site to inspect dryer making a lot of noise. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that all four supports had seized as well as the pully. This was the source of the noise that the customer was experiencing . I installed the dryer repair kit and reassembled the dryer. I tested the dryer and it now operating as designed. 4392067"

"Arrived on site to inpsect oven making a loud sound. Upon further inspection, the customer showed a video of the sound and it appeared to be the convection fan causing vibration somewhere on the unit. I checked the fan and cover and both were in good condition. I ran the convection and could not replicate the sound that the customer experienced. I also ran the bake and broil cycles as the customer had done when they experienced the sound however I could not replicate the issue. At the moment I can not find and issue or replicate the issue. No parts installed. The customer will continue to monitor and call if the sound comes back."

F1e1 f3e1 WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for a washer not working correctly. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found error codes F1E1 and F3E1 and it automatically went into long drain. Upon further inspection, I found that the bottom spray arm to be misshapen and causing the water to spray unevenly a cause water to leak from the door. I also found that the top spray arm had broken off at some point. The rack adusters wheels have slipped out of place and will not stay on the tracks. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F2E1 (ui error). The ui , spray arms, and adusters will need to be replaced. I am ordering the spray arms, ui, and the adusters W10712395. "Arrived on site to inspect range, possibly leaking gas. Upon further inspection, the customer informed me that there was a gas leak from the gas line from the house supply to the range. The supply line was fixed however the customer was claiming that he still felt sick from the smell of gas. The customer then called the gas company and stated tgst the oven was not operating properly. The customer turned off the gas valve to the range and remained off for several days. Even after the gas was shut off, the customer would still feel sick whenever entering the kitchen. Upon inspecting the range, I turned on the gas supply and checked for leaks with a leak detector, and bubble detect and did not observed any leaks at the connections. I then tested the oven and found it to be operating as designed. I tested for gas leaks during the oven test and did not detect any gas leaks. I called Saftey to document my findings. Sr 7741443280"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found a large block of ice in the ice bin and found dry water marks on the bottom of the ice maker tray at the heater. I cycled the ice maker and monitored operations and found the fill tube extension not fully seated into the water chute of the ice maker and when filling with water, the water was flowing to the bottom of the ice maker tray and leaking into the bin (photos). I removed and replaced the fill tube extension and adjusted the tube to seat properly in the chute and retested. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water from the under the door. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the water is leaking from the left and right side of the door from underneath and it's not very much water. I opened the door to inspect the door gasket and found the top left and right corners badly worn and not sealing properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed with no visible leaks. I inspected underneath the unit at the hinges and found dry water spots (photos) indicating the water is coming from around the door. Once testing was completed, I opened the unit door and found water droplets at both upper corners of the gasket. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the ice dispenser. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is leaking water from the ice dispenser; there's water/condensation on the mullion on the left door and is dripping down onto the freezer door. I inspected the ice in the bin and found several pieces bridged together. The customer advised that they found water under the ice bin. I removed the ice maker and found several pieces bridged together which is an indication that the ice maker is calling for too much water and overflowing. I replaced the ice maker and retested and it is filling properly. I placed my flashlight inside the RC section at the bottom and closed both doors and found light coming through the door gaskets at the bottom of the mullion. I checked the top of the mullion and found the gaskets sealing probably. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the door gaskets and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and office to schedule return service. Arrived on-site for dishwasher not working. The customers actually complaint was that sometimes it leaves detergent in the dispenser. I ran diagnostics and got no error codes. No leaks found. I adjusted the drain hose. Advised customer to stop using pods and showed her how much liquid detergent should be used. Also advised to start using rinse aid. No parts used. Unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose unit not draining. Tested the unit and found both filters heavily clogged. Cleaned the filters and ran a test cycle. Found the upper and lower spray arms were also clogged. Cleared both spray arms. The unit drained properly, but the disposal was backing up. Cleared the disposal, and the unit then drained correctly. Advised the customer to keep the disposal clear, as backups can prevent the dishwasher from draining properly. Also recommended better pre-rinsing of dishes large food debris such as spaghetti noodles was found inside the unit, which can block the drain hose. Arrived on-site for dishwasher leaking. I verified the issue. Unit isn't throwing codes. I ran in normal for 15 minutes the first time and 10 minutes the second time. I couldn't find any leaks during wash or drain cycle. I explained it could be over suds. No parts used.

Arrived on site for unit shacking really bad. Upon arrival inspected unit checked for error codes no errors at this time. Made sure unit was properly leveled and suspension was still good unit is brand new. Everything checked out fine ran rinse and spin cycle and monitored unit during full cycle. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor which is causing it to drain continuously. On arrival verified issue not draining further inspection I found drain hose used for drain hose was clogged with debri . "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and manually tested each component. I found all operating as designed except the top blower. While the blower was on, I could hear it making a rattling noise. I got out of diagnostics and once the controls reset, I tested the top and bottom ovens and found both heating properly. The customer advised that the unit stops working intermittently and they cycle power st the breaker and it'll start working again, but then stop and throw the error code. I researched the control panel and found it out of stock. I advised the customer that I would have to order the control panel. I am ordering the control panel, lower oven control, upper blower, and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Arrived on-site for burner not igniting. I verified the issue. I cleaned the spud and found there was liquid blocking the gas. The unit is working as it should. No parts used.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the bin empty and the reservoir empty as well. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and found the when the valve filled the reservoir, water was leaking from the reservoir cap. I found the cap not tightly secured and corrected and it stopped leaking and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings. Contacted the customers vendor and requested a POP and they were to send it to the office. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on-site for console not responding. I verified the issue. The console was locked up. I reset the breaker but it was still locked up. I installed the console(w11659261) and cycled the unit. The oven is working as designed

"A drive down site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will fill and drain, but the water never touches the dishes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I confirmed that the wash motor would not run and replaced the wash motor assembly. Arrived onsite for freezer door dented. I checked unit 6303 which was written on the board to be the correct unit. 6303 had no dents and the M/S didn't match. I checked 6203 aswell just in case and same issue. M/S didn't match. Customer is going to need to find the correct unit. I gave him the serial so he could match it up to the unit. "Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts. Upon arrival, proceeded to replace W11087438 motor evap, W11026416 bin cover, W11098158 bin frame and W11026418 trivet bin. Made sure drain line and cleared and all first buildup is melted and dried. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed."

Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the reservoir, reservoir drain pump and external drain pump and tested the unit. Once the reservoir filled and the recirculation pump came on, the pump began to make a loud screaming noise. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F5 E2 (door lock error) code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was in the middle of a wash.Cycle, and then would not unlock the door. She advised that when it did unlock the door, the unit has not been able to start a cycle since since it will not lock the door. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I found the unit attempt to lock the door but continue clicking as though it was unable to. I replaced the latch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. WEC530H0DB0 Arrived on site for a range not heating correctly. On arrival verified issue bake element has failed I replaced and tested product works as it's designed.

"I arrived on site for a drier that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that before it, they lost power, they noticed that the user interface was getting steam inside of it. I did confirm no power on the unit but found proper voltage and polarity going to the terminal block. I verified proper voltage going to the control and checked voltage going to the user interface. I found proper voltage going to the user interface, but found moisture inside of the user interface assembly, causing the failure. I gained access to the back and found the vent hose clogged with three cups of water. I did advise the customer that it appeared that they had a venting issue. I checked the attic and could not find any abnormality within the attic, but could not see the whole venting system due to the blown insulation. I stepped outside and checked the venting, going through the roof and it appeared that there was a vent screen over the vent cover potentially causing the restriction of airflow. I did advise the customer that they would need to have that checked by their builder.In order for the machine not to continue to have issues. I replaced the control panel and tested the unit. I did find the unit working and operating as designed, but still found an airflow restriction within the wall. The customer contacted the builder and they will be working on the venting issue. MED6630HW1 Arrived on site for a dryer not heating. On arrival verified issue dryer not heating. I took apart dryer tested all fuses they passed then i tested heater part has failed I replaced and tested product works as it's designed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she's unsure if the unit is even heating at all because the clothes do not come out dry. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I checked all heating components and found all of them showing continuity. I tested the dryer and found the dryer, tumbling and heating as designed. I checked the customer's venting system and found the vent was completely crushed.As the unit was pushed up against the back wall. I advised the customer that the issue appeared to be with their venting and went over recommendations on a new dryer vent. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the valve failure and the inlet tube, water slide tube and reservoir being beyond able to clean, I removed and replaced the mentioned parts and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. I did find the unit is on a filtration system and the water inlet flow is very slow. I tested the water at the sink next to the unit and found the water pressure is very slow to a trickle.
