MEDC215EW Arrived on site. Checked dryer for cycles never stopping. Found timer motor failed and not advancing. Motor internally failed and is very warm. Replaced timer and tested dryer on timed and auto dry cycles. Tested cycle temperatures to verify airflow. Found internal cycle temps with vent hose attached reaching 248 degrees which is higher thn normal range. With vent hose removed outlet cycle temps were 165 which is normal. Advised customer have exterior venting checked due to long run through ceiling. Timer is advancing and no lint buildup found within exhaust or vent hose. Job complete

arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning well. Upon arrival, customer advised that he dishes were not getting clean. I ran unit through diagnostics and no codes appeared. During test mode, I opened the unit door and found large amounts of soap suds. Also found that the middle and lower wash arms had large amounts of debris in the ports. Cleaned out most of the debris and quoted the customer for the middle wash arm $38.42 and for the lower wash arm $64.94 and labor/service $139.99... Total $263.43. Customer agreed to pay for service fee $108.24 and advised that they would contact the office if they did not want the replacement arms. Remaining balance is $155.19. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for washer not advancing after start up. I put unit into diagnostic test cycle, found cold side fill valve was slow filling, I cleaned out fill valve, put unit into calibration, and another test cycle. Unit tested good.
