Arrived on site for him proper temperatures. I found that the freezer 10° in the fresh food was at 46°. Upon inspecting unit I found a beautiful frost pattern on the evaporator coil. I found that the condenser coil needed vacuuming very badly. I also found that the fresh food air vent hood products in front of it totally blocking it. I suspect these two things were causing the M proper temperature conditions as both fans and the compressor were working properly. All water connections were dry.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door not sealing. Upon further inspection, I found that the left rc door mullion was not engaging due to the door sitting too low. I removed the left rc door and found that the bottom hinge was slightly bent downward. I adjusted the hinge so that it sat level and placed the door back and tested and the door and mullion close properly. Using the leveling legs, I leveled the unit so that the doors close properly as before, they remained open and had to be forcefully closed. Now they close without force. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for customer complaint that they have to cycle dryer more than one time for clothing to get dry. Customer is using sensor dry and not time dry, instructed customer on drying alike clothing to where sensors will be able to evenly read clothing dampness. Also instructed customer if drying unlike clothing to use time dry. Showed customer how to clean sensors due to customer using dryer sheets. Venting is clear as air flow is good. Ducting is going over 25 feet to get to outside- this will reduce new air flow. Verified temperatures on sensor cycles and on time dry. All temps are within specification. Did increase dry time on sensor dry to 15% more time. Unit is not hooked to water but has steam cycle. All operations check good.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not buying. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and error code 5/1 appeared. I cleared the code and continued with testing. At the end of testing, the unit operated as designed with no error codes. I took a cup of water and poured it on the heating element and it sizzled and steamed so I know it's operating. I recommended some cycles and ways to operate the unit in order to attempt to get the dishes dry. Customer is using appropriate detergent and rinse aid, as well. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

This is a Full size stacked washer and dryer and I cannot access anything in the unit. arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit was operating and cooling just fine, but the compressor never shuts off. The unit was located outside on the northwest side of the house under a porch. The unit was unplugged at the time of service. I plugged the unit in and waited for it to cool. The unit began to cool immediately. I inspected the condenser coil on the back of the unit and it was very clean and the condenser line was beginning to get hot. The unit was operating as designed, but due to it being outside and the outside temps getting close to or over 100 degrees, the compressor will continue to run to keep everything inside the unit cold. I found nothing wrong with this unit. I quoted the customer RF100. $99.99 for a total including tax of $108.24. The customer paid in full. No water lines connected to the unit. Job completed.

Arrived on site for unit was completely non functional, found open fuse. Replaced fuse and verified operations, unit is heating properly. All operations check good. Did not see cause for why fuse became open.

Arrived on site for no operation and open/close door message. Tested unit operation. I found that the unit was working properly. I discussed with the customer about opening and closing the door properly. She was doing it so gently because she felt like she didn’t want to crack the door. We discussed using a little more force and it worked every time.

Arrived on site for oven not staying at temperature, customer had replaced ignitor, stated that unit would get to temp but would not reignite. Upon arrival found customer still had unit disassembled. Reassembled and ran unit and checked temperatures, unit reignited each time temp dropped below 335 and held average temperatures of 359 degrees. All operations check ok at this time, charged customer 108.24 for co100. Diagnosis fee on card. Did not need to pull unit out. All operations check good. No gas leaks.

MVWX655DW1 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not completing cycles. Ran diagnostics and found error code F9E1 (Long Drain). Tilted unit up and found drain pump faulty. Removed and replaced drain pump. Reassembled and calibrated unit. Unit completed successfully. Tested unit. Unit fills,agitates,drain and spins as intended. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.
