arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking and dispenser door not opening. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and began testing. As soon as the water began to flow into the unit, water began to leak from the motor/diverted area of the sump. I stopped the unit and designed it immediately. I checked the dispenser and found that it locked but when engaged to open, the door would not open. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and the dispenser and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. Also found that the unit was missing the bottom panel and both retainers. Office to order panel and two retainers and scheduled return service for 06/07/18 SP. Per the customer, if they are not home, they advised to leave the parts on the porch and they would install if needed. No water leaks observed after service.

Recommended to customer that spark module be replaced in order to correct nuisance barking. As well as replacing burner heads that includes electrodes to correct sparking ignition. Quoted customer Total labor PR590 239.99, $206.06 spark module, burner heads, $71.98 LF largest, $65.02 x2 both rears $57.00 RF smallest. Customer will get burner caps directly and there is no additional labor to install them as long as they are present when we return with the other parts. Collected service fee.

I tested the unit in diagnostics and the unit tested good with no error codes; however, I found that the hot water is not dispensing and barely adding any water. I tested the water valve in manual test mode and found the same results. Office to order water inlet valve assembly and schedule return service for 06/07/18 CS. Upon further inspection, I verified voltage at the outlet and at the back of the unit. I verified ohms at the fuse, and element, but the cutoff was open. I removed and replaced the cutoff and tested unit and unit operated as designed. I verified airflow with an airflow tester, as well. I found that the unit did not have any feet to center the unit. Due to age of unit burner head screws have welded themselves into orifice holders. All eight screws and all four orifice holders will need to be replaced as well due to damage that will occur while trying to repair the unit. Office will need to contact warranty company to verify authorization for repairs. Once authorization is received office will need to contact homeowner to set return appointment.

Arrived on site for no ice production, found temperatures at 38 in fridge and 4 degrees in freezer. Temperatures check correctly. Ran unit through test 4 found evaporator motor turning on. Ran test 36 for ice box fan and unit is running. Found control not sending proper voltage to ice maker. Ice maker motor is not finishing harvest. Will need to replace electronic control and ice maker. All water connections dry. Customer needs a Monday reschedule,reschedule for 6/11/18. Susan and Kristen assisted.
