I had to lower the unit in order to remove the UI cover. I removed and replaced the upper and lower interlocks and all switches and found that the upper main switch was bad. Arrived on site for no functionality, found lid switch bad. Jumpered across switch all other parms checked good. Erika assisted with reschedule and part. All water connections dry.
