arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, i found that the manifold was not attaching correctly to the feed tube causing a large amount of water to shoot out of it which was causing the leak. I found that the right rack arm was hanging in the back. I removed the upper rack and adjusted the rack arm and reinstalled the upper rack. The manifold attached to the feed tube as designed. I tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it would not work. After further inspection, I found that the Control Lock was engaged. I disengaged the lock and the unit operated designed. I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and received an error code of F4E3. I removed the lint guard and found that there was a large amount of lint. I removed the lint and checked the venting airflow at the back of the unit and airflow was good. I checked the airflow at the venting exit land found almost no airflow. I advised the customer that they would need to have someone check their venting and possibly have it cleaned. I instructed the customer on the use of the Control Lock. After cleaning lint trap, no other lint observed during service and I cleared out the error code. Job complete.

I found that during high spin cycle the unit vibrated erratically. I removed the back of the unit and verified that the shocks were connected and found that one of the moving bolts had not been removed. I removed the moving bolt and retested and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for no power up condition. Found that the unit had a defective control board. Power in but none out. Went to shop to get control. Replaced control and tested all operations. Water connections are dry. Please note that I went into the office to pick up the part. W10804121
