Called Whirlpool Sr#7723356202 Rick and advise to check unit is properly grounded. Also found the drawer under the unit is full of bakeware and when closed some bakeware is touching the igniter. Tested the unit and unit ignites properly. No gas leak is present.

The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I recommended to the customer tips for use and care of the unit such as types of detergent and rinse aid to use and how much and which cycles to use. Also advised to purge the cold water by running the hot water at the kitchen sink faucet to allow the hot water to enter the dishwasher upon starting the unit. I removed the main control and verified ohms to the fuse. Using my oven dolly, I removed the unit from the wall and found the unit is not wired at the junction box on the back wall. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that an electrician would have to wire the unit as the power cord is not part of the oven itself. No further repair needed, job completed. Customer was with a potential buyer and not available to sign for receipt."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF535SWHZ00 "arrived on site to inspect ice buildup in freezer. Upon further inspection, the customer opened the freezer door to to show me the ice buildup on the top of the door and near the light switch. I closed the fc door and opened the rc doors to inspect the fc door gasket at the top. I found that the gasket had an approximate 1/4 inch gap in it. I also found that the sides of the fc door gasket were tighter towards the bottom of the door than at the top of the door. I adjusted the door brackets ad using my heat gun, I remolded the gasket and tested. The door closed and the gap was sealed. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the gaps in between the fc section molding and chassis. I did the same for the rc section. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I lowered the leveling feet to level the unit then using a 5\16 wrench, I lowered the right rc door by adjusting the hinge nut at the bottom right corner of the rc door. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No one available to sign receipt."

I checked the high side discharge and found it slightly warm at the compressor, but room temperature prior to its entrance into the condenser. Amp draw was .66 and too low for the unit with its warm internal temperatures. The sealed system has failed and will require replacement. Office to order the compressor, both evaporators, service port and dye drier. Oil-less system will require gauge kit. Please allow 3 hours for sealed system service. The UI had failed and required replacement, but p/n 13053103SP is no longer available and cannot be rebuilt. No further service can be rendered. No leaks observed during service."

COOKTOP GE ZGU384NSM2SS "arrived on site to inspect cooktop not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and none ignited. I verified voltage at the outlet. I removed the burner heads and cooktop and using my thermalcouple I verified voltage at the plug and the transformer and got 120 volts. I checked voltage at the transformer and got nothing. I checked red to white and red to brown. Also, I checked voltage at the spark module and got nothing. I advised the customer of my findings with the transformer and advised that the unit might need a spark module and or harness as I cannot test either until I replaced the transformer. I advised that if the unit needed one or both that the total cost would increase the amount of the part needed with no additional labor costs. . No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
