"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator/freezer not cooling. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the unit would not respond. The UI display was fuzzy and did not display any functions. I checked voltage to the start device/compressor and found no voltage. I attempted to use a tester start device and still no voltage, but there is voltage at the outlet (122V). I removed the UI and found that the dispenser keyboard ribbon had a burn mark on it, which could be the reason for the fuzzy screen. I am ordering the dispenser keyboard and L.V. Board and CNOTE-AUTHO PARTS and will return with all of the prescreened parts for today. Both of the boards I’m ordering are no longer available and will need to research to locate the boards. "Arrived onsite for the washer making a clicking and clacking sound. Mr stated the unit makes the noise in agitate. I checked stored error codes and found an F7E9. I found the basket turning freely. I ran the service diagnostics cycle and could hear the noise the customer talked about in agitate. I ran manual fast agitate and the noise was even louder. The noise sounded like gears grinding. I removed the wash plate and tested again and had the same noise. I removed the gear case to inspect further and found the thrust washer missing. I found the spline teeth in the basket chewed up. Need to replace the gear case again, the basket, and the thrust washer to complete service. Ordering C-NOTES, W10811957 BASKET & W11032711 WASHER. Marking the gear case as UORV. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead inside the fc section to test temps. After approximately five minutes, my temp reading was 4 degrees. I checked the ice bin and it was full. Customer advised that the unit fan was constantly running for approximately three days straight. She emptied the ice bin and the unit made ice but was slowly producing. She advised that she turned the power off at the breaker and the unit began to operate as designed. I removed the ice bin and took notice that the ice maker arm was lifted so it would not make ice and I also found that the arm was not connected correctly. I reconnected the arm and as soon as it lowered the ice maker began to harvest. At the end of harvest water dispensed into the ice maker reservoir. I verified that there was no ice buildup on the evaporator. There is evidence of it possibly freezing up as there

The customer advised that the drain pump was making a loud grinding noise also. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes in the beginning. The unit operated as designed and when the drain pump came on, I advised the customer that the noise being made was normal. At the end of diagnostics, there were no error codes. "11/16/18 9:32: CS rspndd 11/16 FRI, Arrived on site. Checked freezer for water/ice buildup coming from ice maker. Cycled ice maker and observed fill. Ice maker filled properly and did not leak or spray. Removed freezer baskets and evap cover to inspect fill tube placement and see if any ice buildup was found. Fill tube is not leaking. Did find ice buildup on bottom of the freezer floor and removed it. Checked door gasket for proper seal and did seal the cabinet to liner with food grade silicone in several areas around freezer section. Advised customer on reasons for frost buildup due to warm air leakage. Did not find any cause for the frost buildup at this time. Job complete"

Was able to duplicate noise a few times for short periods of time and found vibration coming from condenser vibrating against tile floor. Inspected filter housing and reservoir and also checked incoming water flow from wall. Dispensed water and timed it. Was able to get 1 cup of water in 8 seconds which is normal flow. Recorded temps of 37.8 in refrigerator section and 1.7 degrees in freezer. Explained how only water sitting in the reservoir is cooled down to refrigerator temperature and the first full glass of water dispensed may be warmer Because it is sitting in the line that is running through the cabinet and the door.Lowered front leveling feet to raise condenser coils off of tile as the unit was sitting on the wheels. They checked in range but evap thermistor was very darkened from being in ice for so long. Determined the user interface and hv control were not communicating properly. RC fan motor and thermistor harness should also be replaced. Replaced all parts and reduced water volume at wall to reduce chattering sound when dispensing, had difficulty reinstalling unit and leveling. Customer approved of final installation. "Arrived on site for right front burner still clicking intermittently during operation. Turned right front burner on and burner ignited like normal. Started numerous times trying to duplicate issue but would not duplicate symptom. Removed burner cap and verified ignitor and cap were clean. Unit was clean, reassembled burner and turned on right front burner. Burner ignited and was not clicking, filled pan with water and started burner still was not clicking. Moved pan around and applied pressure to try and duplicate symptom. Had customer start cooking on burner as she would normally do with oatmeal. When customer started cooking burner ran as normal for first 5 minutes, when customer would tap pan ignitor would start clicking then stop once customer moved burner cap with spoon unit would stop. "arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the foods freezing in the crisper drawer, a UI and Evap motor assembly was ordered. I removed and replaced the UI and Evap motor. In the process of replacing the Evap motor assembly, I found a small block of ice on the upper right corner of the evaporator. Using my steamer, I removed the ice. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I remove the crisper drawer and verified that the two vents in the back corners of the rc section were not blocked and had airflow. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
