arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes. Unit showed F7/E1 error code heating/ no heat. I cleared the error code and continued with diagnostics and at the end of diagnostics there were no error codes. I verified the drain pump working and the heating element. Before I began diagnostics, I found an unused detergent pod in the bottom of the tub and I removed it before starting testing. During diagnostics, I found a large amount of detergent suds inside the unit. I recommended that the customer stop using pods and switch to a liquid or liquid gel as the pods produce too much detergent suds for such little water being used. Advised customer to use no more than two teaspoons of liquid detergent per wash. Advised customer that the element was reset and is now working properly as is the entire unit. I explained what using too much detergent does to a unit as it interferes with the control

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door making a popping sound when opening. Upon arrival, the customer advised that she just purchased the unit and when she opened the door all the way, it made a loud popping noise and then she noticed a dent at the bottom left corner (pic taken). Upon further inspection, I found that the kick panel was badly damaged and when opening the unit door all the way down, the door catches the panel which is causing the popping noise and caused the dent in the door. This is due to installation. I removed the kick panel and tested the door and the door operates as designed. I adjusted the kick panel so that it did not catch against the door until I could return and replace both the panel and door. arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics to check for error codes and received error code F4/E3 restricted air flow. I placed my dryer air flow tester inside the unit at the vent and tested and the tester did not fall off the hanger as it should. I tested thee times and had the same results each time. I placed my thermal couple inside the drum at the vent and tested the unit for heat and for the readings they were, 247, 256, and 261. This verified that the unit is heating correctly. I removed the vent tubing from the unit to verified air flow and the unit has great air flow. I checked the the lint filter and found that there was lint on the filter but not enough to restrict air flow. I recommended to the customer that they have someone who specializes in vent cleaning to come and clean their vents and make sure that they don't use a leaf blower to do such, but a vent snake. No lint observed during service.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Removed and replaced the convection fan and both the upper and lower door gaskets. Tested unit and unit continued to make a vibrating noise but was not as loud as the first visit. I pulled the unit and repositioned the power cord and tested again. The noise was still there at the same tone. The sound appears to be coming from the blower. The customer was okay with the sound but I advised the customer should the noise get louder to call the office and request a tech to come back. Should this have to happen, I would recommend that two techs go to the call due to the area where the unit is located. The unit is next to the refrigerator and is in a small tight place and difficult to remove from wall without damaging the refrigerator, the wall or molding around the unit. Job completed.

Upon arrival, the customer advised that he was cleaning out the vents with his vacuum and the hose connector came loose and fell down inside the vent. Upon further inspection, I found that the hose connector had fallen down ink the vent and got lodged in the blower wheel. Customer advised that he had not used the unit since this occurred. I inspected the blower wheel and housing and all looked good. No lint observed during service.

KRFF707ESS01 Arrived to inspect ice in fc. I found the issue was with a large mass of ice within the floor area of the rc. I removed the ice and corrected the drain tube being frozen and tested. The drain tube connection at the rear of the unit was hanging down, allowing a large amount of air to thermosiphon up into the rc evaporator area. I corrected the drain tube issue and discovered the ice maker housing incorrectly installed and corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

6/12/18 8:51: KB there 6/12 TUE, 8:00 to 8:25, Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found no power showing at terminal block. Inspected breakers and found they are tripped but do not look it. arrived on site to inspect water dispenser leaking. Upon further inspection, I found that the filter housing was cracked and the filter was an aftermarket filter which was not seating correctly. I removed and replaced the filter housing and quoted the customer $61.49 for this filter and with tax the total was $66.56 and the customer agreed to purchase the filter. Replaced the filter with whirlpool approved filter and tested unit and unit tested good. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the main control and UI console and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. There were an abundance of detergent suds during diagnostics and there was no detergent added. I recommended to the customer that they not use detergent pods and switch to a liquid or liquid gel and to use no more than two teaspoons per wash to prevent too much suds. I also leveled the unit due to the left side of the door rubbing badly. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

KRFF507ESS01 kitchenaid refrigerator Arrived onnsite to test unit for frost build up in freezer on drawer. Found significant amountof frost build up on left and right side of tracks, and under bin. Fiund gaslet that was oreviously replaced separates from door liner when pulled open due to magnet. Found not properly re install gasket due to the gap between door liner and stainless. Will need to replace freezer door. Please allow 2 hours to defrost and seal gasket on return. Office to scheudle directly.
