WRF989SDAM00 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the rc at 45 and the fc at 39. There was barely any frost on either evaporator and the condenser was room temperature. The discharge tube was hot, but cool before the condenser and the compressor was very hot. The unit had a silver rc evap W10917531 and I removed it and the compressor W10276644 and replaced them. I pulled vacuum for 15 min and then monitored for an additional 15. The unit held vacuum and I charged it with 5.5 oz per the mfg. the compressor was quite noisy initially, but did quiet after a few minutes. I advised the customer to contact us if the noise comes back. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

During testing I found errant voltage of 20-35 VAC to the pump. I removed and replaced the control W10854225 and sump assembly WPW10605058 and tested the unit. I advised the customer to use approximately one tablespoon of liquid detergent since they pre-rinse. I discussed the importance of purging the cold from the hot water supply prior to use. I found the harness was not damaged but was required due to the moisture sensor, which tested correctly in service test mode after replacement. All of the thermal fuses and sensors tested good and I was able to remove all of the lint that had been burned prior. I tested the unit and found it heated and cycled correctly. I advised the customer to have the vents cleaned prior to use of the unit, due to the amount of lint found within the chassis. Operational test good, lint removed from cabinet and no leaks observed during service.

KDTE254ESS2 Arrived to inspect leaking. I found the unit with a 6-4 code stored. The rear wheels were off the floor and the unit was tilted forward 3/4 inch at the top and would move. I corrected the lean and tested. The customer has a water softener and was using tablets. The rinse agent dispenser was set to its highest level. I advised the customer to reduce the amount of detergent to one teaspoon, as they prerinse. I set and advised the customer to run the rinse agent at 1. I advised about the importance of purging cold water from the hot water supply prior to use. Operational test good, no leaks observed

Kitchenaid oven KEBS207BSS00. Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is not turning on. Found thermal fuse for control board open and not allowing control to get power. Replaced thermal fuse and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.
