arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. As soon as the unit filled and began to wash, the unit began leak at or near the diverter. I immediately shut the unit off and quoted the customer for repairs..$210.98 for sump/motor assembly, DW625 $179.99 and total with tax was $423.23. Customer advised that he would purchase a new unit and paid the diagnostics fee of DW100 $108.24. I ran the drain pump again to drain any excess water from the unit. Instructed customer of detergent use and care for the unit. No water leaks at the end of service.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making loud noise and frost buildup in fc. Upon further inspection, I found that when the unit kicks on the condenser vibrates badly making a loud noise. Also, I found that the fc door would not close on its own and there was a small amount of frost buildup on the food inside the fc. I checked the gasket for any gaps and the gasket was sealing properly. The fc light did not come on, but once I pushed the switch in and released it, the light came on. I verified the ice pattern on the evaporator and there was no ice buildup on the Evap. I moved the unit out of its space and then placed it back and leveled the unit. I then placed a piece of foam in between the condenser and the chassis and the loud noise stopped. After leveling the unit, the fc door closed on its own like it's supposed to. I found small gapping between the chassis and the fc chamber on both sides and sealed it using manufacturers approved silicone. Advised the customer that the unit

I attempted to test again and the unit did the same. I quoted the customer $239.56 for sump/motor, $166.09 for a control and DW170 $179.99 for labor/service fee for a total of $633.95 including tax. I advised the customer that this quote is good for 30 days. Customer advised that he would discuss with his wife and get back to us on whether or not they would go forward with the repair. arrived on site to inspect gas leaks in a range. Upon arrival, the customer advised that they had the gas company inspect the unit for gas leaks and found a high amount of carbon monoxide coming from the unit when the oven is on. I checked the unit for gas leaks using liquid leak detector at the main gas line behind the unit, at all gas connections to the oven, but could not check the valves at the cooktop burners because I could not get all of the burner heads off due to years of corrosion on the screws. I attempted to drill out some of the screws but my drill bit broke and a few screw heads broke off. At this time, I cannot go any further without any drill bits. Office to order four burner orifices, three burner heads, eight screws, and a CO2 detector and get authorization for parts. Office to schedule return service. No gas leaks detected during service and gas supply was turned off to the unit rose service.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes. Unit showed F7/E1 error code heating/ no heat. I cleared the error code and continued with diagnostics and at the end of diagnostics there were no error codes. I verified the drain pump working and the heating element. Before I began diagnostics, I found an unused detergent pod in the bottom of the tub and I removed it before starting testing. During diagnostics, I found a large amount of detergent suds inside the unit. I recommended that the customer stop using pods and switch to a liquid or liquid gel as the pods produce too much detergent suds for such little water being used. Advised customer to use no more than two teaspoons of liquid detergent per wash. Advised customer that the element was reset and is now working properly as is the entire unit. I explained what using too much detergent does to a unit as it interferes with the control

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door making a popping sound when opening. Upon arrival, the customer advised that she just purchased the unit and when she opened the door all the way, it made a loud popping noise and then she noticed a dent at the bottom left corner (pic taken). Upon further inspection, I found that the kick panel was badly damaged and when opening the unit door all the way down, the door catches the panel which is causing the popping noise and caused the dent in the door. This is due to installation. I removed the kick panel and tested the door and the door operates as designed. I adjusted the kick panel so that it did not catch against the door until I could return and replace both the panel and door. arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics to check for error codes and received error code F4/E3 restricted air flow. I placed my dryer air flow tester inside the unit at the vent and tested and the tester did not fall off the hanger as it should. I tested thee times and had the same results each time. I placed my thermal couple inside the drum at the vent and tested the unit for heat and for the readings they were, 247, 256, and 261. This verified that the unit is heating correctly. I removed the vent tubing from the unit to verified air flow and the unit has great air flow. I checked the the lint filter and found that there was lint on the filter but not enough to restrict air flow. I recommended to the customer that they have someone who specializes in vent cleaning to come and clean their vents and make sure that they don't use a leaf blower to do such, but a vent snake. No lint observed during service.

Arrived on site and found user interface is unresponsive, getting washing machine into diagnostic cycle is difficult. Ran automatic test cycle and it did not complete and shut off. Will need to bring back new control board, user interface and console to correct Operation. Will also need drain pump on hand to ensure repair on the next visit. No water leaks from connections at time of service.
