"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. On arrival customer said they noticed that stuff in the RC seemed to be spoiling quicker than normal. I checked temps and found freezer at 3 degrees and dropping when measured, and everything was appropriately frozen. I examined the RC and found good airflow to RC, but the top shelf right under the vent had items pushed to the back wall for the entire shelf length. This is blocking airflow to all of the lower shelves, and the temp difference was noticeable. Moved items out of the way and told Customer to make sure that all items are away from back wall to create proper cooling and airflow. Repair completed."

On arrival verified complaint of no lights in Fc. Customer stated bulb already replaced by customer. Opened Fc door and saw switch broken. Replaced door switch and light came back on. No frost build up or signs of any other issues. All operational test good. Job complete no water leaks during service.

Arrived onsite from DW that is not drying dishes properly. Upon arrival I put the unit in diagnostic and found code F6E1 water valve issue. I ran the unit and found that the unit filled with water and drain with no issues and the heater came on at the end of the cycle. Upon further inspection I found that the detergent dispenser seemed to be leaking rinse aid. I replaced it and the control and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Upon arrival I found that the unit had indeed made a full bin of ice but upon further inspection I found that the drain was clogged causing ice to build up and block airflow to the ice box causing the issue. "Arrived on site for a chest freezer that pops on the door is open and closed. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and checked the hinges. Found that when the door was being opened, that part of the actual door was being pulled open due to a tear on the backside of the door. See photos found that the popping was occurring when the unit was lifted up enough to basically pop back into place. Upon arrival I inspected the unit and found that the actuator was stuck in the middle of its through causing the cam to not engage properly causing noise and the unit not to agitate or spin. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying. On inspection found F7E1 error. Ran diagnostics cycle and monitor 5he heating element. The heating element is drawing 7.8amps which is normal reading when working correctly. After the diagnostic cycle the heating element was warm not hot. There are some wear marks on the heating element. Installed new heating element and retesting. The new heating element is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had a maintenance man who was helping me out with the machine. He advised that on the previous unit they had issues with the unit filling with water and when they replaced it with this new one, they have had the same issue. He did not know if they were related. I turned the unit onto a max ice cycle and found barely any water coming into the unit when trying to fill. Removed the filter and found no change in water pressure. Went to turn off the water supply and found an in-line water filter, in between the copper waterlines underneath the sink. I asked the customer how long ago they had replaced that filter and the maintenance guy advised that he was unsure when that had been replaced last. I did advise that the issue maybe with that filter considering that the old unit had the same problem. He removed the copper waterline off the the machine side of the filter and we added water pressure. Found water dribbling out of the in-line water filter. He removed the filter off of the other side of the copper waterline, we found adequate water pressure indicating the issue was not with unit and with the in-line filter that they already have on the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and checked all components of the machine and found the unit operating as designed. Advised the customer to either bypass the in-line filter or to replace it and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is making noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that the actuator as not shifting properly, there was a quarter under the washplate and the drain hose would also slab the inside of the standpipe when the unit is spinning out the clothes. I corrected all of this and ran the unit with clothes in it like,the customer would and found that the noise is now gone."

Arrived on site to inspect bottom mount refrigerator. I found the FC at 31 and the RC at 49. I found a sheet of ice in the bottom of the FC. I removed the ice and inspected the evaporator. I found little to no frost on the evaporator. I found the drain tube clogged as well. I removed the drain tube and cleared the restriction. I found the compressor running very hot and at 1.3 amps. The customer pre-rinses well and was over-detergenting. I advised a recommended amount of detergent (1 or less TBSP) and also found the rinse agent set to the factory level of 3, which is too much in most every case and I entered the service mode and set it to 1, which facilitates better drying. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners not working. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the front left burner ignitor arcing intermittently. I retested the front left burner and using my screwdriver, I moved the ignitor and it would arc to ignite the burner. I disassembled the cooktop and inspected the ignitor/harness and did not find any damage to either. Tested the spark module and it is good. I adjusted the ignitor and reassembled the unit and retested and the front left burner continues to fail. The burner will ignite if a lighter flame is out to it while the gas is on, but the ignitor is not arcing properly. I am ordering the front left orifice holder assembly and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. "Arrived onsite for dryer not drying. On inspection I noticed that the unit is vibrating more then normal. Customer should of a video that the unit is making a loud noise on a normal cycle. Sounds like the blower is out of round and making a noise and vibrating the unit ordering a blower and motor. Tested the moisture sensor with a wet towel and it did not add time to the dry time, I stop and clean the moisture sensor off and restarted the cycle it started to add time to the dry cycle. Informed the customer that the sensor need to be clean once a month or when the clothes are still damp after a cycle completes. On arrival verified complaint of ice melting in bucket. Visual check of gaskets show gaskets are sealing correctly. Ice in bucket is frozen but has a layer of water in bottom of bucket frozen. Ice maker is not cycling during manual test. Unable to check it for leaks but no visual signs of leaking. "MVW6200KW0 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the splutch assembly had signs of failure and removed and replaced, finding no additional damage to associated components. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection found water in the overflow tray. On further inspection found the water marks on the side of the door where the water had been running down the side into the tray. Replaced the gasket to solve the issue. The corners of the gasket were flattened out and allow water down the side of the dishwasher. No more leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for ice machine power off. On inspection the unit did power on so I took a gallon water and poured it in the ice bin and the unit powered off. I checked the wiring and found that the unit was wired incorrectly l1 and l2 were swapped and the ground an neutral were connected. I corrected this and tested again and found no change, I replaced the motor and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed."

WRF767SDHZ03 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced both slides included in the kit and tested. The unit resumed normal operation. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making noise when running. Upon arrival I gained access to the blower wheel where I found foreign objects in the housing cause some rattling I removed them and inspected the blower wheel and found no damage then put the unit back together and tested the unit and tested the unit with customer listening and we found that the noise was no longer there though I did advise the customer that due to where the unit is located normal noise may be amplified due to the closet acting like resonating chamber/ speaker box. Unit is operating as designed

"Arrived on site for microwave making a loud rattling noise. Upon arrival confirmed noise, traced it back to cooling fan motor. Found housing to motor had come free from mount. Realigned housing and tightened down fan motor to make sure blade was supported. Found noise no longer present when microwave was reassembled and tested while sitting on counter or when it was reinstalled above range. Call complete"
