Arrived onsite and found unit with f7-e7 error code and complaint of intermittently not completing the cycle and throwing an f7 error. Tested in diagnostics and all basic functions operating as designed filling washing draining and heating. Advised customer on findings and advised that the intermittent failure was seeming like possible electronics failure possible degrading connections. Unit is 18yrs old. Customer not interested in further repair options.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed control and pressure hose. When replacing pressure hose found a notch and pin hole underneath factory tape. Calibrated control and verified now advancing through cycles as designed in quick wash. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect noise. I entered service test mode and found F0E3 stored. The units installation allowed for an excessive amount of FR to LR movement and was corrected via leveling leg adjustment. I inspected the unit and found no signs of oil loss and there was a slight amount of flashing on the rotor teeth and was able to clean them up. I removed and replaced the slider and re-calibrated the unit. Automatic and manual testing showed the unit operating as designed. No,rakes observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a vibrating noise hen the compressor kicks on. Upon inspection I heard this noise and found that it was coming from the condenser vibrating against the chassis I tightened up the bolts holding the condenser to the chassis and then adjusted and leveled the chassis and found the the noise went away. "KURL114KSB00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the control that was ordered by prior tech and there was no change. I elected to instal the UI and still no change. I verified all loads and sensors, the unit finally engaged and this unit is one of the type that has a several minute dwell time prior to cooling system engagement. I found the cause of the beeping was loss of cooling and the unit has a failed sealed system. There was no heat on the high side and only a 5-10 degree cooling at the evap for. Gurgling could be heard within the evaporator and I suspected a low side leak. During inspection, I found the rubber protector on the evaporator split and contacted the tech line, tech Butch. I advised of my findings, but the tech said that the compressor will still need to be replaced prior to any further steps. File# 7736146659. Office to order compressor, service port and dye drier. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is having a issue where the ice in the ice bin would melt and clump together and clog the dispenser at times. Upon arrival I tested for leaks and the ice door and found none i then noticed that the ice maker itself was tilted off to the left and the was a streak of frozen water coming down the back wall where the ice bin sits. I replaced the ice maker and tested it for leaks found none the I monitored the fill tube and found that it didnt drip which caused cause ice to buildup in the funnel and when it good to fill again itll splash over and cause issues. I reinstalled the ice maker making sure that it was straight and then waited for another harvest and found was no longer splashing as much I also noticed some condensation of building up inside of the refrigerator section, then leveled the unit after making sure all of the gaskets were intact to give the unit a better chance of sealing up properly job complete . "WT1501CW Arrived to inspect washer still stalling. I found the unit was triggering off balance and due to prior service and known issues with this failure, I removed and replaced the control. The off balance issue was remedied and further testing showed the unit was also triggering long fill errors. I inspected the valve assembly and found softener resin beads throughout the pre-filters. I advised the customer they will need to have the softener issue addressed and that it is a serious issue that can cause other water problems throughout the residence. I was able to remove all of the debris and the unit then operated fill operations as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall combo unit error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F1E5-inverter error. Cleared the code and found another error code F6E4. Cleared all codes and tested the microwave and oven. I found the oven is operating as designed but the microwave wont heat and it stopped operating and showed the error code again. I pulled the unit out and disassembled the cabinet to find the wave guide damaged on the outside of the guide. When I removed the magnetron, I found the magnetron burnt and the inside of the wave guide damaged.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with water in tub when unit not operating. Upon further inspection, I found water in the tub and the customer advised that the unit fills even when the unit is not turned on. I removed the top panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. While testing, I checked ohms readings to all valves, along with voltage reading. I found the main valve was out of range on ohms readings. I removed the inlet hoses and found debris inside the screens on both valve assemblies. I removed and replaced the main valve and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer that the inlet hoses would need to be replaced due to the, breaking down internally. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for frost buildup. On inspection found that the gaskets are getting hard and sealing like they should. Found a air gaps in the bottom of the door on the rc and fc. I used a little caulk to seal the gaps. Checked the heating elements and it is work fine.

Upon inspection I found that the the evaporator was clogged with ice and the thermostat was corroded, which corrupts the signal sensitivity control to control the defrost and cooling of the unit. I remove the ice and I installed new evap cover assembly and ran all functions in diag mode and found unit operational. I did notice that the right side rc door gasket was torn and made this known to the customer they decided to take care of it them selves.

"KCGC506JSS00 Arrived to inspect flame issues. I found the left and right front power burners were difficult to ignite. I was able to adjust the burners and get both of them to consistently ignite within three clicks. The flame height was too low, not allowing enough BTUs and I discovered the regulator had been incorrectly set to NG, instead of LPG. After correcting, the high height was correct and low flame adjustment was required and performed. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the ice maker and the valves. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes in test 56 and found E5-ice maker thermistor is bad. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. I tested the fill tube and it too,is operating as designed. When filling the ice tray, I did not hear the valve chatter the virus tech reported. Due to the area where the home is located, the water pressure changes as there are several homes being built. I cycled power to the unit and advised the customer that if the ice maker should fail again to schedule service, at which time, the ice maker and hv control will need to be replaced. "KRFC300ESS07 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that a vibration type of sound could be heard, sounding like compressor compartment tubing vibrating. I secured the tubing and tested and could not recreate the issue. During inspection I found the right RC door gasket badly torn and requiring replacement. The RC LH door was warped over 1/4 inch and requiring replacement. Office to order gasket and door and contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed during service."

WEE510S0FS2 Arrived to inspect error and beeping. I verified the unit had the conditions within SP W11636633 - Special Project S254EE and removed and replaced the control W10894098 in accordance with the instructions. I tested the unit and it heated and cycled as designed. Operational test good.

"WMH31017HS08 Arrived to inspect no light. The customer had replaced the bulb, but there was no light. I found the control had failed and I removed and replaced. The issue was resolved and the light operated as designed."

I attempted to contact the owner and received their vm. I left a message advising of my findings and repairs and the filter will need to be replaced. Arrived on site to follow up on dryer that was not advancing the timer. On arrival tested voltage and confirmed that both legs are properly at 120v. Replaced timer due to failure from low voltage. Tested and verified all working as designed. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer suspected of leaking oil under the unit. Examined unit and found a bottle of cutting board oil fell behind the unit and leaked out an open cap. Removed the bottle from behind the washer. No failures with unit, leak was from a non related source. Repair complete."

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not finishing a cycle. On inspection the unit would not power on. Checked the outlet and it had power so gain access to the electrical panel under the unit in found power there, thats when I heard the unit turn on. I ran the drain pump to pump the water out. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode. It ran #1 and when it went the #2 the unit through the breaker. Customer reset breaker then I went back to the panel under the unit and found power on the cord side . Went over to the harness side and was testing for electricity is when I saw the spark on the cord side. On further inspection the installers did not tighten down the wire beside the screws. I secured the wires with the screw and the unit came backup. I was able to run diagnostics mode 3 times with out any issues. The unit was operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."
