WGG555S0BS01 Arrived to inspect gas odor. I discussed the issue with the customer and found they had detected gas odor within close proximity to the unit. It was an isolated incidence and had occurred after cleaning personnel had been within the residence. I tested the all of the burners and found no odor of raw fuel. I used a gas detector and it registered no ppm during a normal burn. I activated the valves without allowing ignition and the detector registered gas present and at anticipated levels. I advised the customer of my findings and to ensure a check of the unit after anyone who is not familiar with the unit and it’s operation has been near. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.

KFIV29PCMS03 Arrived to inspect ice in fc and ice issues. I found the ice bin level sensor shipping tape in place and removed. The unit had a large amount of surface ice within the fc and there was a 9 inch area or the bottom of the fc door gasket, pulled completely away from the door liner. I was able to correct the gasket and bond it to the door permanently. The drain showed signs of leaking onto the lower unit pan and I found it was completely plugged. I removed the debris and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival, the customer advised the dishwasher appeared to be leaking from the door seal. She advised that a plumber came to inspect water damage and suggested it was the seal. Upon further inspection, i placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Water began to go into the unit and as soon as the unit began to wash, I found that the diverter was leaking water. I immediately turned the unit off and engaged the drain pump to get all of the water out of the unit to stop any further water damage. I quoted the customer $243.16 for the sump/motor assembly and DW350 $189.99 for service fee/labor for a total including tax of $468.88. Customer advised that she would need to discuss with her husband and I advised that the quote is good for 30 days. Customer paid the service fee of $108.24 today. No water leaks observed at the end of service.

All 3 bottles were frozen today. Temperatures in upper are 4 degrees, middle toggled between 4 and 3 and lowest point toggled between 1-2 degrees. Ran tests on thermostats both passed, unit is defrosting correctly. Frost pattern good. Customer stated that units ice was melting and on upper level was hawed. Lower region stayed frozen. Fans are working properly. Temps in fridge are good, seals are sealing tightly. Ice production is good. All tests check good, operating to spec at this time. All water connections dry. No problems at this time.

Model WRF736SDAM14, Arrived on call for not making ice still, since prior repair, installed ice maker prior and installed permagum kit today, customer to allow for 24-48 hours for proper ice production. Unit had a full bin of ice when got to location. No water leaks after repair, call complete.

WRF555SDFZ05 Arrived to inspect ice in fc. I found the door hanging out at the top, not allowing the gasket to make contact with the cabinet. I removed ice from the air leak area and adjusted the door hangers to correct the gasket gapping. I lubricated the upper basket slides and tested the unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Model KUDS50FVSS0, Arrived on call for dishes not drying, found heating element js coming on drawing 9 amps on black wire at front of dishwasher, also found customer using to much rinse aid and liquid soap, customer to start with a table spoon of liquid and if still sudsing reduce to 1 teaspoon of liquid soap and rinse aid was set at 2 but then being customer is on a water softner i set it to 1, and it is mandatory to run hot water at sink before starting dishwasher, no water leaks at time of call. Call complete.
