arrived on site to inspect washer door not unlocking. Upon inspection, I found that the unit was in flood mode. I placed the unit in diagnostics and error code F3E1 appeared. I unplugged the unit and removed the top of the unit and manually unlocked the unit door. I placed the unit in diagnostic mode again and tested. Unit operated as designed and no error codes at the end of diagnostics. I advised the customer on proper detergent use and advised not to use the detergent pods as they produce too much suds and will cause the unit to go into flood mode as it did this time. I advised the customer that while testing the unit, I found a large amount of soap suds in the basket even though there was no detergent added to the unit before testing. I instructed the customer on the right amount of detergent and softner to use with each load. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect vent hood fan not working. Upon further inspection, I found that when turning the fan switch on the fan motor sounds as if it is working. I removed the vent filter and found that the fan blade had been melted onto the motor. The customer advised that a large flame had gone up to the filter while she was cooking. I advised the customer that the motor assembly would need to be replaced; however, that part is no longer available and she would need to replace the entire vent good unit. I unplugged the fan from the switch and used electrical tape to seal the connections from shorting out as the customer wants to use the vent hood light until she can replace the vent hood. I advised the customer that they would need to keep the filter clean which is the reason the flame caught the unit on fire due to a large amount of grease residue. Job completed. Took two pics of damaged vent hood.

Where the handle screws into the vent trim was broken off and the the that attaches the handle to the vent trim and the screw test attaches the handle/vent trim to the door were missing. Also, the handle was badly damaged, as well. I removed and replaced the vent trim and handle and returned the door to the oven unit. Unit operated as designed.

I tested the unit by taking the inner door liner off and verifying the connection between the cam and the actuator but the teeth on the actuator are worn as are on the cam. The door latch is worn as well. Office to order latch kit, actuator, dispenser, draw bar, spring, dispenser door, door spring, pin dowel, drip cover, and follower/cam. Impeller is damaged and drain pump will need to be replaced. After replacing pump ran a diagnostic cycle and confirmed all operations are correct. Also found drain connection to garbage disposal is shared with reverse osmosis system. This should not be done because reverse osmosis purging could overflow dishwasher. arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and tested. The unit tested good until time to drain and the drain pump did not engage. Before I removed and replaced the drain pump, I had to vacuum the water out of the unit. In the process of removing the drain pump, I vacuumed the water from the drain pump area and a piece of glass came out of the drain pump. I checked the filter and found that it was not in place. I replaced the drain pump and reseated the filter and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispenser not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I found that the water filter was not seated correctly. After adjusting the filter and testing, the unit began to make a loud grinding moaning noise. I reseated the filter and tested and the unit began to operate as designed. The customer paid the service fee of $108.24 for diagnosing the problem. I quoted the customer $89.44 for the cost of the filter housing and $71.75 for labor to install the housing. These totals were without tax included. The customer opted to wait and see if the noise happened again and I advised her the quotes were good for 30 days. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for ice not coming out of dispenser, ice is being produced, found motor is not pushing to container correctly allowing for ice to go out of shoot. Ice bin on rear seems to be sometimes catching sometimes not will need ice bin as well. Solenoid is not always making connection. Will need to replace as well. All water connections dry. Jordan assisted with reschedule and parts.

WDF510PAYS6 whirlpool dishwasher Arrived on site to test unit for not drying dishes and leaving them dirty. Ran diagnostic cycle to confirm operation of heater. Heater working well. Found error code f3e3 indication OWI issue. Found OWI covered in hard water and soap build up which can cause incomplete cycles due to control not being able to judge water quality. Flashing sanitize light indicates OWI failure aswell. Cleaned OWI and tested. Unit will need to be ran for an entire cycle or two to confirm repair. If issue persits please send tech out with OWI to be covered by CM. no leaks detected.

Found previous tech had removed ice box assy to clean some ice build up and facia heater for fill tube accidentally became loose and not making good contact with fill tube. Arrived on site and found small amounts of frost buildup just inside a freezer door, customer has been managing frost by unplugging the refrigerator and has pictures of it being worse. Silicon both fresh food and freezer sections to ensure no air gaps between liner and outer cabinet. Also raised freezer door Approximately 1/8 of an inch to provide a better contact surface for magnetic strip. Requested that customer Monta refrigerator for correct operation and if this happens again will need service kit and a new freezer door. No water leaks from connections at time of service.
