MICROWAVE GE JVM1750DM1BB "arrived on site to inspect microwave turning on by itself and showing error code F3. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged so I plugged it back in to test. The control displayed press start with 1:00. When I pressed start, nothing happened. I pressed all keys on the UI and nothing happened. I opened the door and the display showed Pause, so when I closed it it showed Press Start. I pressed start and error code F3 appeared. Using my multimeter, I verified ohms to the fuse, and thermostats. While I had the control panel down, I pulled the ribbon from its connection and then reconnected it. I tested the unit and it began to operate as designed. I placed a cup of cold water into the cabinet and tested on a 30 second heat and it operated as designed. Afterwards, the control panel began to do odd things. I unplugged the unit for safety purposes. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on at Bake 350 degrees and pulled the bottom drawer to expose the oven Ignitor. I found that the Ignitor did not come on. I removed and replaced the Ignitor and tested again and the unit operated as designed. I tested the cooktop burners and found that the front right burner would not ignite. The customer advised that they had just cleaned the cooktop. I tested the unit several times and finally the unit operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I installed a new plunger spring and tested. At first, the dispenser closed ad during testing the dispenser door opened but would not close again. I inspected the entire dispenser assembly and could not find why the door should not close. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF707ESS01 "KRFF707ESS01 Arrived to inspect drawer issue. The face of the upper drawer would not stay in place and the front would fall off. I contacted mfg tech Kevin. File #7723371782. I advised the MFG technician that the drawer replaced prior had warped again and required replacement. The technician authorized replacement. During further inspection, I found the fc gasket very wet in the middle of the door. I contacted the manufacturer a second time and spoke with tech Tebor. I advised the tech that I found the wet spot on the fc gasket and performed the horizontal heating test with the condenser fan unplugged for 20 minutes and the section in the middle to the right, that corresponded with the moisture, did not warm. File #7723371782. Per the mfg tech, the customer will need to contact customer service due to the date of service and warranty stipulations. No leaks observed."

Installed new UV drier and process stub using braising methods. Vacuumed unit down to -25psi. Charged system with 4.8oz of R134a refrigerant. Powered up unit. Found inner liner started to freeze. Pressures are 2psi low side,120psi high side and holding. Did find signs of corrosion on OEM drier welds. No other issues found."

Dispensing of rinse agent appeared to be correct and I turned it just below two, after noting some excessive water on the interior walls of the unit. The customer had ran a load prior to our arrival and they were dry, but the load was extremely small. I removed and replaced the OWI sensor and advised the customer to run a full sized load prior to our arrival, if the issue persists. No leaks observed during service."

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WFG320M0BB2 "arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and there were none. I checked to see if the unit had been calibrated and it was set at 0 degrees. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested at 350 degrees. My multimeter began to read temps and when it showed 368 degrees, the control was still reading 100 degrees. I removed the sensor and checked ohms and it was open. I replaced the sensor and began testing again. My temp readings were 344, 423, 348, 424, and 347 for an average of 377 degrees. I calibrated the unit minus -20 degrees to offset the readings closer to 350 degrees. No gas leaks observed during service, job completed. Customer not available to sign receipt and office to send receipt to customer due to not having a good email address for the customer."
