KUWL204ESB kitchenaid wine cooler Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Found legs removed to fit under cabinet. This is causing unit to rest all of its weight in the front on the kick pate offer no support to sheet metal under unit. Unable to correct issue due to cabinet height. No leaks dteteced.

Arrive on site for the upper rack slides out when opening the door. Readjusted the rear wheels in the back to level the unit. Tested the unit and the unit is working properly. All water connections were dry at the time of service.

Arrive on site for the unit has the error code AF. The error code stands for restricted airflow. Found the vent hose is kinked in the back of the unit. Readjusted the vent hose and tested the unit. Unit works properly and advise customer to clean air vents every six months.

Arrived on site for "no cool/no ice" complaint. Inspected unit and found inverter to be defective. Ordering new inverter and compressor kit. Also, found inlet valve leaking where supply hose connects. Ordering new. Recommended customer purchase new icemaker hose, just in case hose is defective, as well. This will need to be addressed by a sealed system tech with three hours given. Arrived on site and checked the unit for long dry times. Ran test cycle and confirmed temperatures too high due to restricted house exhaust. Checked outside vent when unit was running and was not getting any airflow whatsoever. Customer to get exhaust cleaned out as it is completely clogged. Job complete.

KDTE404DSP0 kitchenaid dishwasher Dw135-129.99 arrived on site to test unit for wash quality issues and loud noise. Found error code for slow drain. Powered unit on and drain pump ran very loud. Found piece of thin glass in drain pump assy. Removed and tested unit. Unit working properly, no leaks detected.
