Conditions are to high instructed customer to keep garage door cracked and a fan blowing on the back compressor area and if issues with unit stop cooling returns customer will need to move unit inside until cooler months return, as for heat on outside cabinet wall is normal this unit has no external condenser heat is exchanged from the side cabinet walls, instructed customer if unit continues to intermittently stop cooling will need to move unit in home due to it is to hot of conditions to run under in the garage it is to hot in the garage, also found outlet that unit is plugged in to is a gfci outlet which will need to be changed to a standard outlet which could also cause unit to shut down, customer to have outlet changed to a standard 120 ac outlet, no parts needed, call complete

arrived on site to inspect cooktop ignitors constantly sparking. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the back left Ignitor won't stop sparking. I found that all of the ignitors are sparking and won't stop. Also, I found that two of the valves are sticking but are not causing the ignitors to spark all the time. They were in the off position and the ignitors continued to spark and all knobs need to be replaced. I am ordering a spark module, valve manifold, wiring harness and four knobs SS. Scheduled return service for 07/12/18. No gas leaks detected during service.

arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the last wash she did there was approximately 2 inches of water in the tub after pulling her clothing out. I found that the water was off and the unit was unplugged. I turned the water on and a plugged the unit in and immediately water started trickling into the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and manually drained the unit. The was no standing water in the tub when I arrived. After draining the unit, I checked for error codes and found 8/1 and 8/3. I ran the unit in diagnostics and the unit operated as designed; however, water continued to trickle from the valve during testing. I am ordering a water inlet valve housing and scheduled return service for 07/12/18. No water leaks observed during service.

The customer advised that the builder pulled the unit from the wall and checked the wiring and did in fact have to re-wire the electrical. Upon further inspection today, the unit was still showing error codes. I cleared the codes and attempted to test the unit, but it showed the same error codes again. Hooked up gauges and found high side over 350psi. Found restriction in dye drier. Removed dryer drier and installed new dryer drier WPW10143759 from truck stock using braising methods. Vacuumed system down to -25PSI. Charged with 5.0oz of R134a refrigerant. Tested unit. Pressure on high side was @180psi,low side @4psi. Good air flow and frost pattern on evaporator. No other issue found. No water connections made to unit since unit was moved into garage.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating well. Upon further inspection, I verified voltage at the outlet and terminal block on the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes. I checked the vent hose coming out of the unit and found it crimped together so I shaped it open. I found error codes 4/3 and 4/4. I had already verified voltage to the unit. I cleared the codes and ran the unit in diagnostics. No further error codes. I used my vent testing materials and tested the venting and found that the unit is venting well. I used my thermal couple to verify temperature inside at the vent which got up to 208. I verified ohms at all the components...fuse, cutoff, and element. I questioned the customer on use and found that the unit is being operated on different modes for different items. I found nothing wrong with this unit at this time and advised the customer on proper use of the unit. No lint observed during service.

I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit motor did not come on and was showing error code 9/1. Also, I found that both tracks were bound and twisted to a point to where the upper rack was falling off and the rear stops were worn and not stopping the rack from falling either. Also, I found that some of the wheels were missing from the upper rack. I am ordering a sump/motor assembly, both tracks, four tub wheels, four rack wheels and two rear stops and scheduled return service for 07/10/18. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect oven taking too long to heat. Upon further inspection, I found that this is a new unit that has never been used. I placed a rack in the center of the unit and placed my thermal couple in the center of said center rack. I turned the unit on bake at 350 degrees and proceeded with testing. The unit beeped after 10 mins telling me it was at 350 degrees; however, my thermal couple reading was 299-300. I continued with testing with my readings as follows...362, 336, 366, 341, and 351 and after approximately 35-40 mins of testing, my average reading was 351. I notified the builder of my findings. I never had to remove the unit from the wall during testing. Job completed.

I placed the knob/burner valve on low and adjusted the flame to the lowest setting without the flame going out. I tested the burner and it operates as designed. I adjusted the remaining burners, as well. . I had to remove the bottom oven unit in order to get a picture of the placard and I took photos of prior damage to trim around the oven before removing the unit. I found the bake and broil gas mixtures set all the way open, allowing too lean of an air-fuel ratio and causing incomplete burn, causing the characteristic “blowtorch” sound and excessive raw gas odor. I set both air intakes to the correct mixture and tested. I advised the customer to utilize the venting system within the micro-hood and verified correct operations. Arrived on site for loud clacking sound and ,freezer light not coming on intermittently . Found dampener control making a pound noise when it’s opening and closing ,no ice build up visible . Ordering control ,return 7/7. In freezer found the cross bar on rails had fallen out causing the door to sometimes leave a small gap in seal allowing moisture to collect around door switch . Reinstalled guide bar and now is tight seal around door ,an wiped away moisture .no water leaks detected at time of service .

Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found squeaking noise coming from wheels when drum is turning. Will need to bring back a dryer kit to correct the issue. Also found F4E3 and F4E4 recommended to customer that vent to exterior of home be cleaned as it has not been done in recent memory. Will remove any built up lint from the interior when the support wheels are replaced.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Removed and replaced the ice maker due to it not making ice. I tested the unit and the new ice maker operated as designed as it filled with water and I tested the motor with my jump wire and the motor operated as designed as well. I advised the customer to purge the ice every so often to keep the ice from building up at the back of the bin. No water leaks observed during service

Model WRS325FDAB02, Arrived on call for fresh food side not going below 63 degrees, found evap fan not running at proper speed and damper broken and fan not turning on when set to coldest setting will replace control and t-stat and damper and evap fan, replaced all parts and know getting proper air flow to fresh food section, customer to allow for 12-24 hours for proper cooling, also sealed were inside liner meets outer cabinet on both sections due to large gaping, call complete, no water leaks at time of call.

arrived on site to inspect venthood falling apart. Upon further inspection, the customer provided me with a dismantled venthood filter. I also found that the fan blade was melted which caused the dismantling of the filter. Looking further into the unit, I found that due to extreme heat/high flame, the fan motor connector was slightly melted, but the fan still operates. I advised the customer that I will order a fan motor assembly and scheduled return service for 07/09/18 and advised that the office would contact them to schedule a time frame. I advised the customer to not use the unit until the part was replaced.
