I removed the control and disconnected the control ribbon and wiped it off. I reconnected the ribbon and plugged the unit back in and tested. The unit came on, but the keypad did not function. The display showed directions to set the clock but when I pressed the clock button nothing happened. I verified ohms to the fuse, the switches, and the thermostat. The customer advised that the unit was working fine for a few days after it was repaired recently, but then stopped working again. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in mode 97. I heard the valve come on. I removed the ice maker and inspected the wiring harnesses and they were fine. I checked ohms to the fill tube heater and found it open this time. Due to there not being any water in the ice tray, I disconnected the fill tube at the top left hinge area and tested in mode 97 again and water dispensed. I attempted to blow through the fill tube into the ice maker area and found it to be blocked with ice. After having the left rc door open for approximately 10 minutes, I tested the fill tube again ad this time it dispensed water. REFRIGERATOR MAYTAG MFI2570FEZ04 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I pulled the ice bin to find some ice inside of it. I pulled the ice maker and removed the ice maker motor cover to test ad pushed back into place. Using my jumper, I placed the jumper in points T and H and the motor began to harvest. At the end of harvest water began to dispense into the reservoir and I found that water was running out of the reservoir and into the ice bin. I removed the ice maker to find that the reservoir was filled with ice. I removed the ice and placed the ice maker back and tested again. This time, the motor sparked and stopped halfway through harvesting. I removed the ice maker and replaced it with a new one. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and as soon as I plugged it in, water dispensed and filled the ice maker and it began to harvest. I tested the ice dispenser and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during serv

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF510PAYS6 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the tub so I pressed the Cancel button to drain the water. The units drain pump came on ad began to drain the water but it was very slow. Once the unit was done draining, I placed it in diagnostics and tested and found error codes F3E3, F8E1, and F6E4. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. The unit continued to take longer than normal to drain. I found that the drain hose at the disposal under the sink was connected to an osmosis system. I advised the customer of the issue and advised that whirlpool does not approve of this type of connection ad would need to be corrected by a licensed plumber. I advised the customer that due to the osmosis system, it could cause water to back up into the dishwasher and leak out onto the floor. I removed and replaced the drain pum
