The unit showed error code 02 motor loss position. I tested the motor and it would not come on. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. The motor operated and water dispensed into the unit ,and the fan is working. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect washer leaking. Upon arrival, the customer explained that water would continue to drip into the tub even when the unit is not on. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and tested manually and found that the water inlet valve is not shutting off properly. I quoted the customer $96.89 for the valve and TL270 $169.99 for service fee and labor with a total including tax of $288.90. The customer agreed to services and I removed and replaced the water inlet valve and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service. Pictures taken of drain tube/pipe and water valve.

Upon arrival, the customer advised that the left front valve was sticking in the on position and her husband had to use pliers to turn it off so that it would not leak gas. Upon further inspection, I turned the valve on and it was sticking making it difficult to turn on and off. I removed and replaced the valve and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. I adjusted the flame to all burners as I found all of them too high in the lowest setting. No gas leaks detected during service...see pics. Job completed.

Model ED2CHQXKQ07, Arrived on call for both sections not cooling properly, found freezer temp is only 36 degrees on product and fresh food product is 60 degrees,, found that condenser coil was restricted with lint, cleared lint from condenser but still had a little in the center that i could not get with my lint brush and vacuum cleaner instructed customer that if passable blow condenser out with air or spray it clean with water outside, also will need condenser fan motor due to running at slow speed and fan blade and also found auger motor is seized will need auger motor, after cleaning condenser freezer is at 15 degrees and dropping and compressor is drawing 1.4 amps and has good heat exchange on discharge line also will need white silicone to seal were inside liner meets outer cabinet on both sections, will reschedule for 7/16/18, no water leaks at time of call.

Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit fan would turn on, but while on high it would intermittently slow down as if it were being turned down. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit fan on high and found that after a few mins the fan acts as if it were slowing down or being turned down to medium or low speed. I removed and replaced the fan motor assembly and switch and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. I tested for approximately ten mins and the fan motor speed never changed. arrived on site to inspect rc not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found that there was ice buildup on the evaporator. This unit has been service before and the Evap cover and thermistor were installed. I pulled the unit from the wall and checked the drain tube and found it to be approximately 1/8 to 1/4 inches gapped from the bottom of the chassis. I used manufacturer approved silicone and sealed the gap and advised the customer to defrost the unit to get the ice off of the evaporator and the unit should operate as designed after defrosting. No water leaks observed. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect ice maker not dispensing ice. Upon further inspection, I found that the dispenser was not dispensing ice and the auger motor was whining loudly. I found that the ice bin had a large block of ice in it frozen to the ice maker and the auger. I used my steamer to melt some of the ice in order to get the ice bin out. I verified the ice maker was dispensing water at which time the ice maker overflowed due to water already being in the ice maker. I removed the ice maker and cleaned the ice from it and re-installed it and tested the unit. The unit did not overflow and the ice maker motor was working fine. I tested the unit with the ice bin in place and it operated as designed. It appeared that the actuator arm did not raise to stop the ice maker and in the process it continued to dispense water into the ice maker causing it to overflow. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect oven temps too high. Upon further inspection, I placed my thermal couple on the center rack and tested on bake at 350 degrees. After approximately 7 mins, the unit was reading 440 degrees at the 350 degree beep. After about 10 mins the unit read 344 degrees, 14 mins--402 degrees, 17 mins--328 degrees, 20 mins--370 degrees, and 22 mins--338 for an average of 370 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and calibrated the unit down 10 degrees to offset the difference. Advised the customer to wait 20-30 mins after they turn the unit on to place their food in the unit to cook in order to give the unit appropriate time to heat the entire inside. No gas leaks detected during service. Job completed.

WRF993FIFM00 (French Door Dual Evaporator Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dual evaporator French door refrigerator not cooling in both compartments. Ran test 40 and could hear 3 way valve opening/closing. Customer also advised that unit start showing signs of symptoms to no cool 3 weeks prior to service call. Called WPL Techline Tebor SR#7722423549. Advised to tap into system and check for possible pinhole leak. Ordering non up drier and compressor. Compressor seems to show to come from factory. Advised customer that OF to R/S due to part availability. No water leaks found at time of service.

WRS321SDHZ00 Arrived to inspect ice in fc. I found the fc with a large amount of ice on multiple surfaces. The bottom drawer was jammed out due to a shelf incorrectly installed. I corrected the shelf and drawer issue and removed ice from the chamber. I squared the chassis and leveled the doors and tested. Operational test good, no water connections to unit.

Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found harness connector a control board that leads to drain pump is not attached. After resetting connector started dishwasher on normal cycle let it fill with water and then canceled cycle. The drain removed all water properly, no further repair is required at this time, job complete.

Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found valve has a crack along the seam and water is spraying. Quoted customer for replacement of inlet valve. Valve $78.51 DW555 total labor $159.99. After replacing valve ran a diagnostic cycle and confirm dishwasher is now operating properly. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete.

Arrived on site and found microwave has power and is randomly beeping. Nothing showing on user interface, no lights on, no functions. Found several wires are exposed and shorted on door harness, at minimum user interface and door harness will need to be replaced but there is already plastic pieces broken off the door and cracks along the edges. Door may not be able to be reassembled. Other electronic components may also be shorted, recommend to customer that repair not be attempted.

Found freezer evap powering on for no more than 3 seconds at a time then staying off for up to 5 mins. Contacted tech line and was told to replace evap fan motor and control at the same time. WRS325FDAM02 (SxS Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite to install new waterline to SxS refrigerator from prior tech’s prior diagnosis. Removed faulty water fitting and installed new replacement. Was not able to test new line for leaks due to water connection no connected to supply. Customer will be longer supply line and connect. No other issues found. No water connections made to unit at time of service.
