"arrived on site to inspect range not heating evenly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit isn’t coming on fast enough. Customer advised that he looked it over and didn’t see anything wrong with it. I removed the oven bottom panel and turned the oven on Bake at 350 sheesh and the Ignitor came on and the burner lit within 20 seconds. I reinstalled the bottom panel and using my multimeter I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 448 degrees. My next three readings were 336, 399, 342 for an average of 359 degrees. I tested the cooktop burners and all were operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and advised no repairs were needed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was not cooling in the RC. Performed diagnostics and all thermistors and fans are checking good from the diag tests. Removed shelves in RC and gained access to RC Evap. Unit was completely encased in ice again. Defrosted Evap and replaced the fan motor and harness with thermistors. Secured thermistor in proper location on suction line. Also replaced main control as this was a repeat issue and items are testing good. Retested unit and it was again cooling in the RC with temps dropping. All is now working as designed. Custom did request it be noted that this is the 2nd failure of the RC cooling system within a year. Call complete.

arrived on site and found saved error code F3E2, customer complaint is squeaking when washer is started. Ran test 51 and heard it squeak for a second when spinning or agitating but noise goes away immediately. Ran agitation and spin in manual cycle with 4 inches of water and noise did not come back.. Ran test 51 again and noise did not come back. Inspected rotor and stater and they are in good condition. Although observed, noise is not repeatable and washer is functioning normally despite it. Noise is not diagnosable."

"arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, placed unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I contacted Techline and spoke to Joel and explained the issues and repairs made. For the issues with the dispenser, he had me change the settings to 2x and hard water. Also found that the drain hose was too far into the drain pump pipe, so I repositioned it and ziptied it the the water hose. He had me test the unit in drain & spin mode with extra rinse cycle on. The display showed this would take approximately 29 mins. When the timer got to 01 mins remaining, the unit was continuing to dispense water into the drum and the timer would not change. After approximately 10 mins with the timer showing 01, Joel advised that the unit would not be dispensing water and should have gone into spin mode. Joel advised to order the Expans
