arrived on site to inspect dryer making loud noise again. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and it was making a loud rattling noise. I removed and replaced the motor and blower wheel and tested the unit and the unit began to make a loud humming noise, but after a few minutes of operation, the unit stopped making a noise and was very quiet. No lint observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, I used my thermal couple and placed it on the center rack in the center of the rack and began testing at standard preheat multiracial @350 degrees. My readings were 293, 394, 336, 404 and 334 for an average of 352 degrees. I instructed the customer the press bake 350 degrees and hit start two times to preheat on standard preheat mode and then wait an additional 20-30 mins after the initial preheat beep and place the food on the center rack and begin to cook. I quoted the customer DW100 99.99 for service/diagnostics fee and WO100 $50 for a second appliance fee and with tax the total was $162.36. This ticket was totaled under the service call for the dishwasher 192605. Job completed.

The unit operated as designed and no error codes at the end of testing. I instructed the customer to turn their tap water on until it got extremely hot then turn the unit on in order to allow the hot water to go directly into the unit. Also, I instructed the customer to use a liquid or liquid gel and only use two teaspoons and continue to use rinse aid. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect venthood fan falling. Upon further inspection, I found that when the venthood fan is on high it sucks the filter up into it due to the oil build up the filter. Also, I found that the c-clip it missing from the motor shaft. I did not have one so I went to The Home Depot and purchased some and returned to the home and placed a c-clip on the unit and tested. The unit tested good. I advised the customer that the filter would need to be cleaned and demonstrated the effect it has when the fan is on high with the filter the way it is and then the fan sucks the filter up into it. Also advised the customer that with the oil/grease buildup on the filter, if he has a high flame and the venthood on high, the fan could suck the flame up into the oils on the filter and melt the fan. Advised the customer to purchase a charcoal filter that will last longer. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect washer with error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and error codes 9/1 and 5/4 appeared. I erased the error codes and began diagnostics and during the drain cycle, the unit drained for several minutes before it finally shut off and showed error code 9/1 (long drain) again. I used my wet vac and emptied the remaining water through the drain pump and removed the drain filter and found a large amount of debris wrapped around several Bobbie pins. There was a large amount of rust inside the filter from the pins and I found some broken plastic pieces as well. To keep from having a call back, I removed and replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service and photos were taken of before and after service work. Job completed.

Upon arrival, the customer advised that they use powder detergent and the dishes have residue on them at the end of the cycle. The customer advised that the unit is not heating also. I placed the unit in diagnostics and received error code 7/1, which is for no heating. I cleared the code and continued with diagnostics. Unit operated as designed and I tested the heating element by pouring water on it and it was very hot creating steam. There were no error codes at the end of diagnostics. The customer advised that they had a short power outage a few weeks ago. I advised the customer to use a liquid or liquid gel detergent and to use no more than two teaspoons at a time along with rinse aid, which they are using. Advised the customer that the heating element may have shut off due to the power outage or due to too much detergent use. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect range flame sputtering. Upon further inspection, I turned the back middle burner on and could not recreate the issue . The customer had a video on his phone of what the burner was doing, but again, I could not recreate the issue. I tested the unit several times and it operated as designed. Also, the customer pointed out that the control panel was not attached properly. I could see where, during installation, the control panel had been knocked off the screws that holds it into place on the left side. I adjusted the control panel and it sits flush again. No gas leaks detected during service. Job completed.

Model WED75HEFW01, Arrived on call for check vent light will not go off and wall vent has been checked. Checked error codes and got f4 e3 which is restricted air flow, removed lint filter and ran dryer and is not pulling paper towel to the screen, called whirlpool tech line and talked to Andrew 7722445127, per Andrew at whirlpool tech line for vent hose in the wall if in laundry room wall vent was going straight out the home no bends max length on hardened hose no bends is 64 fees and for every bend reduce length 10 feet, with flex hose if it has sags in it will reduce the output air flow, found from laundry room from floor to ceiling is 8-9 foot and through attic is longer than 40 feet were it is going out the home which is to long for the amount of bends and sags in the flex vent hose, per whirlpool tech line must have hardened vent hose and must find another output for dryer venting, call complete.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I turned the gas off and unplugged the unit. I removed and replaced the spark module, valve manifold, wiring harness, left rear Ignitor, and four knobs that were damaged. Before assembling the unit, I checked all gas connections with my liquid all purpose leak detection and I verified no leaks at the regulator and gas line coming into the house. I assembled the unit and tested and unit operated as designed. Also, I installed the glass to the left light on the venthood. No gas leaks detected during service. Job completed.

Ran automatic test cycle and found cold water not filling in step 02. Found faulty water inlet valve. Ordering valve. R/S customer for Tuesday 7/13. arrived on site to inspect dishwasher draining issues. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit appears to be not draining well and it has a foul odor. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit operated as designed with no error codes. Customer advised that he uses pods for detergent and I advised to not use them as they produce too many soap suds that can damage the unit. I advised the customer to switch to a liquid or liquid gel and use only two teaspoons at a time and to continue to use rinse aid. I advised the customer to place a cup of vinegar in the top rack and to run a normal cycle to clean the unit from soap debris. Also, I advised the customer that once the unit is done he should hold the cancel button for approximately three seconds to engage the drain pump so that the unit will drain the remaining water from the drain filter area and it won't have as much standing water. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

MVWX655DW1 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not completing cycle. Ran diagnostics and found error code F2E1 (Stuck Key),F9E1 (Long Drain). Tested unit. Did found drain hose was inserted too far in tube. Adjusted tubing so that on 12-18inches is inserted. Calibrated and tested unit. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins as intended. No other issues found at this time. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Arrived on site and set dishwasher into diagnostic cycle and found it is not leaking during diagnostic cycle. Ran a cycle on normal for 40 minutes and it also didnt leak. Dishwasher does have excessive suds, took 1 picture, and did not have a high drain loop installed. Corrected drain hose and recommended that customer use dishwasher magic in order to remove any excess of detergent inside of dishwasher. No water leaks from connections at time of service, took several pictures, job complete

WRF767SDEM01 (Dual Evaporator French Door Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite to install new RC evaporator cover and new RC harness from prior tech’s diagnosis. When arrived unit was defrosted by customer. Removed cover and harness. Installed new cover using screw to secure upper portion. Installed new RC evaporator harness. Secured RC thermistor to proper location. Reassembled. Unit began cooling properly. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WFC150M0EB1, Arrived on call for cooktop element not working intermittently, found that the right front element is not coming on and found that infinite switch has 123 ac volts from infinite switch on red and black to ground but only has one side of the brown output to the right front element has 123 ac volts, will need right front infinite switch and right front receptical and right rear receptical due to melted but no damage to the elements, will need right front infinite switch, will reschedule for 7/17/18. I did replace the right front and right rear recepticals today.
