"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the ice maker and the valves. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes in test 56 and found E5-ice maker thermistor is bad. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. I tested the fill tube and it too,is operating as designed. When filling the ice tray, I did not hear the valve chatter the virus tech reported. Due to the area where the home is located, the water pressure changes as there are several homes being built. I cycled power to the unit and advised the customer that if the ice maker should fail again to schedule service, at which time, the ice maker and hv control will need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"KRFC300ESS07 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that a vibration type of sound could be heard, sounding like compressor compartment tubing vibrating. I secured the tubing and tested and could not recreate the issue. During inspection I found the right RC door gasket badly torn and requiring replacement. The RC LH door was warped over 1/4 inch and requiring replacement. Office to order gasket and door and contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed during service."

I removed the filter and retested and the unit began to fill. Once the recirculating pump came on, it began to make a grinding noise as if it were struggling to pump,the water. I removed and replaced the recirculating pump and retested and unit is operating as designed. I advised the person in the home of my findings and advised I would contact the owner. I attempted to contact the owner and received their vm. I left a message advising of my findings and repairs and the filter will need to be replaced. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher not finishing a cycle. On inspection the unit would not power on. Checked the outlet and it had power so gain access to the electrical panel under the unit in found power there, thats when I heard the unit turn on. I ran the drain pump to pump the water out. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode. It ran #1 and when it went the #2 the unit through the breaker. Customer reset breaker then I went back to the panel under the unit and found power on the cord side . Went over to the harness side and was testing for electricity is when I saw the spark on the cord side. On further inspection the installers did not tighten down the wire beside the screws. I secured the wires with the screw and the unit came backup. I was able to run diagnostics mode 3 times with out any issues. The unit was operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

I removed the cover and found frost and ice build up on the right side of the evaporator only in the outer loops and I found a ice in the bottom of the fan shroud. I removed the ice and found a lot of play in the fan motor shaft. I replaced the evaporator cover and tested the unit. All is working as designed. Wind is able to blow directly into the vent, and the moisture causes it to stick to the grille. Advised customer to replace exterior vent to resolve, unit is working as designed. Upon further in I found that the gears in the lower spray arm war jammed which can cause the arm to get stuck in one position and in the case it would get stuck where it would spray at the bottom of the door causing the leak. I got them free and tested unit and found that the arm was moving as normal job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods door not sealing. Upon further inspection, I found the RC door not closing properly. While testing the door closing/opening, I found the lower hinge was loose. When I went to tighten the screws, I found two of the three screws were broken and the door was basically hanging on with the top hinge. I removed the door and removed this hinge and I used the good screw to hold the hinge in place and used a temporary screw to hold the screw plate in place. I placed the door back on the unit and recommended that the customer not place anything in the door until I can get back and complete a full repair on the hinge. ordrng 3 WP489497 (Screw)s and 1 W11399415 (Right lower door hinge) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST) and 1 CNOTE (SCHEDULE AFTER 12PM)"

"WOS51EC0HS02 Arrived to inspect console issues. I found the issue was the console would not react to any selections within the DRO. The unit was very slow to respond, even after power resetting and I was unable to get it to go into service test mode. I removed and replaced the console and tested. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher thats not heating. I found an F7E1 error code and ran the diagnostics cycle to reset the control. I found the pump cavitating real bad. I asked the customer if they were cleaning the filter and the customer stated they didnt know about the filter. I checked the filter and found it completely packed with debris and the OWI covered with debris. I cleaned the filter and OWI. I tested the machine and all is working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=12 degrees and RC=44 (setting of 35). I pulled the crisper drawer out and found the RC evaporator engulfed in ice/frost. I placed he unit in diagnostics and forced defrost and could not hear any sizzling from the ice hitting the defrost element. Pulled the unit out and tested the RC evap thermistor at the main control and found it at 88.6 kohms, well out of range. Tested amp draw to the defrost element and it was at 1.32amps and getting 124V. I inspected the FC evap cover and it was good/no ice. Returning tech will replace the RC defrost thermistor and defrost element. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended they unplug the unit at least 24 hours before were return and to place towels around the unit to catch any overflowing water from it defrosting. No water leaks observed during service."
