The first one was is that her lid is cracked where it needs the hinge and the second one is the grinding noise issue. She advised the unit will spend, but that the unit will not agitate. I confirmed the customers plants and ran into three diagnostics. I found a noticeable grinding coming from underneath the unit. I came to access underneath and found the rotor wobbling from side to side. I also noticed evidence of an oil leak from the gearcase. "WM3997HWA/01 Arrived to inspect water leaking into unit when off. I verified the issue and then inspected. I found a large amount of debris within the cold valve intake and screen assemblies and removed it. The debris was extremely uniform in size and was all the same color (image attached) denoting it from some type of water treatment system. Discussion with the customer revealed that they had found the same type of debris prior to us performing repairs. I advised the customer that the one year warranty had expired, however finding the same type of debris as their initial findings showed that the issue has been longer term in nature. The customer will immediately contact a servicer for their water treatment system. I advised the customer that this service was performed as a good will and that if further issues occur, requiring the replacement of the valve, there will be a cost for that part and service. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making unusual noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of what was happening and it sounded like an evaporator fan hitting ice. As I removed the products from the freezer, I did not notice any evidence of a defrost issue, but noticed water Residue in icicles, forming on the left-hand side of the freezer section dripping from the fill tube. I gained access to the evaporator and evaporator fan and found water had collected up at the evaporator fan from the ice maker filled tube and was causing the evaporator fan to hit ice up at the top. See photos. I cleared out the ice and tested the icemaker. I found during the fill portion of the cycle that there is a steady stream dripping down the backside of the freezer liner as it was filling. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Jeremy SR# 7738906279. He had me send him some photos of the issue and advised that the fill tube was not a serviceable part. "Arrived on site to inspect washer with power but wont start. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they attempt to start a load of laundry, the encoder lights will continuously scroll and the unit wont start. I was able to get the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E3-ACU not matching to HMI. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit filled then stopped and the encoder lights began to scroll then the unit shut down. I tested the lid lock and found it good. The diagnostics LED on the control is flashing as designed. I disconnected the HMI (UI) from the main control and cycled power to the unit for approximately 3 minutes and then cycled power back on and attempted to retested and the unit continued to fail and would not go into diagnostics again. I am ordering the HMI (UI), encoder control, CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST and will return with all prescreened parts. Returning tech to replace the HMI (UI) first and test before replacing other parts. Arrived onsite and called techline for repeat symptoms of the unit reverting to standby during the easy convect preheat intermittently. Called techline and spoke to Rob who advised video evidence must be submitted to send the issue for review to engineering. Collected video evidence and called Austin with techline and submitted video evidence of the failure for review. Austin said the issue had been sent for review to engineering. "WRX988SIBM01 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The customer had heard a noise a few days prior and then the temperature within the FC began to elevate, leading to melted items. I found the FC at 27 and the RC at 38. Pressures were 25 balanced,but with cool chambers, likely near the target pressure. Starting the compressor, high was at 120 and low 4. There were signs of dye around both connection points and no other dye could be found on any accessible part of the system or the evaporators. Due to information about the prior system charge and difficulties experienced by that tech, I recovered, vacuumed and then recharged. I was able to get the system down to 200 microns, but it to 30 minutes to reach that depth. Charging the system, the unit started cooling as designed and no additional dye was found. No leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

"Arrived onsite for washer not starting. On inspection the washer would not startup, it was trying to start then it would go to complete. I tan the diagnostics cycle and it was good until agitates cycle. It made a loud humming noise. I installed a new capacitor on the washer and retested the unit. The washer completed the diagnostic cycle with no issues and no water leaks. W11395618"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator marks on doors. Upon further inspection, I found a dent in the lower right corner of the left FC door (photos). The unit is operating as designed at this time. I am ordering the left FC door and office to schedule return service once the door arrives. Arrived on site to replace damaged control panel. Removed panel with dent in the top and replaced it. When I removed the wrapper on the newly installed panel found it also had 2 dents in it and needs to be reordered. Ordering another console to resolve. ; ordrng 1 W11175518 (Panel)

"Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed failure. Ran through diagnostic and found recirc pump failing. Replaced it but found pump had to start. Found voltage to harness was 13.8vac, but when pump was activated, voltage would drop below 1-3vac. Found failure in pump harness. Ordering W11126268 pump harness, W11034363 control, W11123917 main harness, rescheduled customer for 04/24/24 to complete repairs. ; ordrng 1 W11126268 (Pump harness) and 1 W11034363 (Control) and 1 W11123917 (Main harness)"

Arrived on site for burners being uneven and oven not cooking right. Found oven burner up was strong and oven floor not on properly. Removed burner and adjusted air shutter. Properly installed floor. Cleared obstruction from cooktop. Unit working as designed call complete.

Arrived on site for washer repeating rinse/spin cycle. Upon arrival found f9e1 in diagnostic. Found 20.8ohms to drain pump. Filled tub and found drain operational on 3 tests. Replaced w11162438 control and reset unit found no leaks. Call complete
