"Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. Customer stead that unit will have a small puddle of water on left hand side under door. Removed outer door panel. Performed diagnostics mode, error 6-2 fill valve error. Monitor water channel durning test mode, unit did not leak in test mode. Installed door panel back and inspected gasket, spray arms and door seal. Removed food buildup from bottom of door and ran unit again in normal mode. Found water leaking top edge of door. Will need to replace door latch and gasket. Schedule return for Monday the 26th, due to customer availability.; ordrng 1 WPW10653840 (DOOR LATCH)"

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator/freezer not cooling. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the unit would not respond. The UI display was fuzzy and did not display any functions. I checked voltage to the start device/compressor and found no voltage. I attempted to use a tester start device and still no voltage, but there is voltage at the outlet (122V). I removed the UI and found that the dispenser keyboard ribbon had a burn mark on it, which could be the reason for the fuzzy screen. I am ordering the dispenser keyboard and L.V. Board and CNOTE-AUTHO PARTS and will return with all of the prescreened parts for today. Both of the boards I’m ordering are no longer available and will need to research to locate the boards. "Arrived onsite for the washer making a clicking and clacking sound. Mr stated the unit makes the noise in agitate. I checked stored error codes and found an F7E9. I found the basket turning freely. I ran the service diagnostics cycle and could hear the noise the customer talked about in agitate. I ran manual fast agitate and the noise was even louder. The noise sounded like gears grinding. I removed the wash plate and tested again and had the same noise. I removed the gear case to inspect further and found the thrust washer missing. I found the spline teeth in the basket chewed up. Need to replace the gear case again, the basket, and the thrust washer to complete service. Ordering C-NOTES, W10811957 BASKET & W11032711 WASHER. Marking the gear case as UORV. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead inside the fc section to test temps. After approximately five minutes, my temp reading was 4 degrees. I checked the ice bin and it was full. Customer advised that the unit fan was constantly running for approximately three days straight. She emptied the ice bin and the unit made ice but was slowly producing. She advised that she turned the power off at the breaker and the unit began to operate as designed. I removed the ice bin and took notice that the ice maker arm was lifted so it would not make ice and I also found that the arm was not connected correctly. I reconnected the arm and as soon as it lowered the ice maker began to harvest. At the end of harvest water dispensed into the ice maker reservoir. I verified that there was no ice buildup on the evaporator. There is evidence of it possibly freezing up as there
