Arrived on site for water leakage. Found upon start up excessive noise on left side of door removed lower rack found lower manifold feed tube to sump partially dislodged from sump assembly causing spray arm to send steady stream of water to door, causing water to drip from left hand side of door. reattached manifold found spray arm rotating correctly unit is no longer leaking. Door seal checked good, checked all water connections below. All water connections dry. Verified heater operation. All parms check correctly.

Got cutt in and cutt out temps 427 on cutt out and 369 on cutt in which = 398 average temp so calabrated temp -20 which is a average temp of 378 when set at 375 degrees.

Model WFG361LVS2, Arrived on call for bake will not ignite but broil will, found that flames on broil were good, then tested bake and would not ignite gas, found pans were to high in the lower drawer and were touching the bake igniter taking the spark away, removed pand that were to high in lower drawer of range and tested and know bake is igniting gas and so preheated oven to 350 and know reaches to proper temp and igniter ignited the gas more than 5 times, no parts needed, collected only service fee of 99.99 plus tax which = 108.24 cali from office collected service fee with card on file at the office, no gas leaks at time of call, call complete.

KSSO42QTX00 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit had frozen and plugged the evaporator again. After further inspection, the right door was not properly hung and the pin was not inserted into the upper hinge. I corrected the door/air leak issue and removed the frost from within the unit. The control had been rebuilt prior, but I found the daughter board had a puffed capacitor, C25. I advised the customer of the issue and they elected to have the current, replacement control board installed. I removed and replaced the electronic system and installed the MFG approved replacement assembly. I discussed the ice dispenser issue with the customer and a prior company had removed the dispenser motor and cut the connector off. Repair cannot be made without replacement of the door, or unauthorized wire harness modifications. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
