Model WDT970SAHV0, Arrived on call for dishwasher top rack has to force it in to allow door to close and dispenser is not dissolving soap packs and there is a discoloration on inner dishwasher, found that discoloration is from calcium buildup, also found adjuster kit for top rack was bad so replaced it today and also found that the dispenser door is jamming, will need to order dispenser, will reschedule for 7/30/18, customer request 4-6 pm service, did instruct customer time frame is not a guarantee that he will get that time frame. And if there is a opening for sooner service to call him to see if he is available, did instruct customer on running hot water at sink before starting dishwasher and instruction on soap and rinse aid use.

arrived on site to inspect cooktop not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the breaker had been tripped. I verified voltage to the unit at the terminal block and voltage to all switches before testing unit. Once the breaker had been turned on and I verified voltage, I turned each burner on and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that the last time he used the unit, he turned the left rear burner on and a red streak of light went from the switch to the burner. I also verified all wiring was good. I recommended that the customer have an electrician inspect the breaker to be on the safe side. Job completed.

Upon arrival, the customer advised that she recent.y had a plumber come out and switch the hot and cold hoses on the kitchen faucet and the dishwasher did not work after that. She advised that the plumber came back and advised there was nothing wrong with the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and there were no error codes. I continued with diagnostics and the unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to turn it on and when I pushed the start switch the unit did nothing. I verified voltage at the outlet and terminal block. I verified ohms at the fuse, cutoff and element. I verified voltage to the motor as well. I checked voltage at the start switch and found it open. I am ordering a start switch and scheduled return service for 07/27/18. No lint observed during service. I will return with roe screened parts in case there is something else going on with the unit.

I vacuumed the lint out and found a small amount of lint debris inside the element chamber. I vacuumed the debris out and out the unit back together and tested and the burnt smell was gone. arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door not closing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not getting water and the right side of the door is not sealing. I found that the valve to the water coming out of the house was turned off. I turned the valve on and the unit began to dispense water into the tub. The unit is sitting on an uneven floor which makes it look like the door is sagging or not closing well. I demonstrated to the customer that if I were to raise the unit on the right side, the door would drag when closing causing it to hit on the right side of the chassis. The floor is uneven approximately 1/8 of an inch. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed. I found a large amount of soap debris in the tub and advised the customer to stop using detergent pods as they produce too much soap and can damage the unit. I recommended that they use liquid or liquid gel and no more than two teaspoons and to use rinse aid as wel

arrived on site to inspect washer stopping in the middle of cycle. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit was full of water and unplugged with the water turned off. Customer advised that the unit stopped while washing and was leaking from underneath so they unplugged the unit and turned the water source off. I plugged the unit in and turned the water back on and found the unit full of water. I pressed and held the start button until the unit went into drain mode and pumped all of the water out. I verified that the drain hose was zip tied down at the drain pipe too. I placed the unit in diagnostics mode and checked for error codes and there were none. I cleared codes anyway and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I checked underneath the unit for any signs of leaking and found none. Model WRV986FDEM01, Arrived on call for fresh food not cooling but freezer temp is good found fresh food set at 33 degrees and actual temp on fresh food product is 53 to 59 degrees, called whirlpool tech line and talked to bruce then kurt 7722529740, found fresh food compartment sensor and evap sensor are checking good and evap sensor has the correct placement per tech line and is secure to the freon line, was instructed to replace the ui control for not reading sensors, ui control controls the operation of cooling for the sensors per tech line, also found that ice room fan is only getting 6 dc volts to it when forced on and is running very slow, will need main control and also adapter kit due to moisture and ice at rear adapter kit, will need autho. Model KUID508ESS1, Unit has a 3 year parts and labor warranty, Arrived on call for ice machine not making ice and when moved unit out door fell off, bin thermistor 2.64 k ohms at 82 degrees and bin sensor is reading 5.5 ohms, compressor amp draw is 2.0 amps and plate is getting cold, found that aux. drain pump is running constantly and top cabinet is damaged and the front left corner of the cabinet top which the plastic front that has metal plate that door magnet touches to keep door closed the hole plastic strip removed from the insulation, dave file number 7722526628, bin sensor cutting grid and compressor amp draw are good , will need aux drain pump, black cabinet top and recirculation pump, will reschedule for 7/30/18. Unit is not connected to water or drain.

arrived on site to inspect wall oven showing error code F6E0. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and verified error code(s) and found 6/0, 6/6, 6/9, and 2/1. I cleared the error codes and continued with diagnostics as shown in Service Matters then turned the unit on to Bake at 350 degrees. The unit did not show error codes again. The customer advised that there was a short power outage recently which may have caused this issue. I advised the customer that should this issue occur again to call out office and a tech would come and inspect. Job completed.

ED5FHEXVS01 (SxS Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of SxS not cooling both section and compressor turns on and off intermittently. Attempted to reset filter indicator light and would not respond. Found ADC control is faulty. Removed faulty control and installed new replacement. Reassembled. Powered unit on. Unit began to cool immediately. Good cold air flow coming from FC evaporator. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found a loose connection at the element, thermal fuse has failed after replacing found no power to dryer. Found that breaker has tripped and after correcting all function has returned. Recommended to customer that vent to exterior be cleaned by a service to prevent lint buildup and fire hazard. No lint found in unit cabinet at time of service, job complete

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found temperature is reading3 degrees in freezer, 45 in fresh food. There is a relay on the control board clicking every few minutes and the evaporator fan loses power for a moment. Quoted customer for new control board kit $374.99 and total labor $189.99 per CS. After replacement refrigerator is running steady and no longer clicking. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete

Model WRT348FMES00, Apartment 5105, Arrived on call for food freezing in fresh food section,freezer temp is 50 degrees and fresh food is at 70 degrees, freezer sensor got 6.5 k ohms , fresh food sensor got 3.44 k ohms, called whirlpool tech line and talked to bruce, sensors are with in range, did have food 7722524920, will reschedule for 7/26/18, today did seal were the inside liner meets outer cabinet with silicone on both sections, instructed customer to leave unit off with doors open until repaired.

FFHS2622MSYA (SxS Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of SxS refrigerator making noises intermittently. When arrived, found icemaker when harvesting, motor is making the noise. Unit will need new icemaker. Quoted 241798231 (Icemaker) $132.19 plus tax. Removed icemaker and installed new replacement. Reassembled. Ice maker called for water with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.
