Upon further inspection, found gapping in the cabinet liner area at the top of the fc section and using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the gapping all around the opening of the fc section. I explained to mr that they advised shutting the left door first. I explained that the right door would close itself but the left door if not closed or let go of from the 90 degree angle would not completely close because of the friction created by the mullion. Did find ice build up near front FC door seal. Removed door assembly and found LH slide not aligned properly allowing door to close crooked. Adjust both slides and installed door. Found door seal now seats well to cabinet. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service."

Found liner meats gasket on left corners the dives back just past return air vent causing site leak. Also found liner above ice maker housing is wavy amc the left rear mount is angle down on the left side. Called tech line and spoke to Mike #7723277684. Recommended installing perma gum around the housing to seal it to the liner. Installed led control and silicone liner to cabinet around the freezer door. Three range knobs were broken. Right rear valve is stuck and will not articulate. Customer declines repair of valve, at current time. Removed and replaced upper bake ignitor and two knobs. Left third knob with customer, for when valve is repaired. Tested unit. Unit is performing as designed. No leaks detected, at time of service.

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH32519HZ3 Arrived on site to install new door. Found retainer clip for new door broken and inner liner separating from outer door near top hinge. Retainer from original not not staying locked in due to issue. Upon inspection of unit I found the cabinet wrapper dented at same spot as door. Unit will also need new wrapper to complete repair. Due to location of the dent the actual microwave cabinet is dented as well. This issue does not cause a functional issue but only a cosmetic issue. The cabinet is a non replaceable part. Instructed builder of findings. Also instructed that the wrapper is a factory only part and office will schedule return visit; ordrng 1 W11173823 (ME DOOR) and 1 W11207441 (WRAPPER)
