Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working. Upon further inspection, I found that there was no voltage to the unit. I checked the breaker box and found that the breaker had tripped. I turned it back on and tested the unit and the fan still did not come on. I verified voltage to make sure the breaker had not tripped. I pulled the fan motor to inspect it and found that the fan blade was badly warped and broken. I installed a new fan/motor assembly and tested and a the unit operated as designed. The lights were working as well. I spoke to the owner is explained my findings as the adult in the home was visiting. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect ice dispenser too loud and the water dispenser spraying out water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided me with a cup to dispense ice and water. I found that the water does spray out and the ice dispenser sounds normal. I removed and replaced the water tube and tested the unit operated as designed and did not spray out. I removed and replaced the ice dispenser motor and it made the same loud noise which is normal. I demonstrated for the customer to show that, unfortunately, the motor is somewhat loud. I placed the original part back on the unit and tested and it dispensed as designed. I verified no water leaking from the tube connection at the top left hinge area. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator crisper control not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the previous tech had installed a crisper control and the unit did not work. Previous fees collected were $108.24 for service fee. I removed the crisper drawer door and the left side slide and found that the black wire in the crisper wiring harness was broken. I advised the customer of my findings and they agreed to me repairing the wire. I was able to splice the broken wires and reconnect them and tested the unit and the crisper control began to operate as designed. I used manufacturers approved silicone to seal the splice to keep moisture out of the wires so they don't short and I covered the connection with electrical tape to protect even further. I quoted the customer RF320 $169.99 for labor minus the $108.25 for service/diagnosis fee already paid for a total including tax of $75.77. The customer paid in full. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect microwave vent light not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the replacement light bulb was not the right size and was not fitting correctly. Customer purchased light bulb at $5.41 paid in cash and when I inserted the light it would not dim or turn off. I removed and replaced the main control and found that the control was not operating as designed as I tested the unit and the light dimmed and turned off as designed. I tested the unit for the fan and to make sure the unit was heating and it is operating as designed. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the ice maker has not worked since he moved into the house. I checked the water line in the back of the unit and the water was in the off position. I turned the water on and verified the ice maker was working by using my jumper wire between T and H and the motor began to actuate. At the end of the cycle, the water dispensed into the reservoir and began to make ice. I advised the customer of my findings and also advised to dump the first two batches of ice due to me having my hands on the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Model WSR57R18DM01, Arrived on call for unit not cooling, found that compressor is warm and starting amps after reseting power for compressor on red wire is 1.2 amps and after less than 5 min. Of run compressor kicks off at 0.77 amps, checked compressor windings and got 9.0, 6.1, 14.8 and no windings are shorted to casing of the compressor and did use a good test relay and still same kicking off at 0.77 amps which is good amps for run, will replace control and test and still same issue, checked fresh food compartment sensor got 2,62 k ohms at room temp, evap sensor got 3.58 k ohms at room temp, called whirlpool and spoke to david file number 7722634105, was instructed to replace the compressor and install uv drier and control due to had np power to anything but interior lights when compressor kicked off, polarity at outlet is good, installed compressor and recharged with 4.8 ounces and compressor is know running for over 10-15 min. Advised homeowner no repairs to be done to dishwasher to prevent cold and warm air from meeting and condensating on granite countertops. Homeowner will need to contact builder and cabinet contractor to see if there’s anything they can do to install a moisture barrier to prevent condensation. Upon further inspection, I found that the dispenser is opening and dropping the detergent pod into the tub, but it appears that no water is coming into the unit. I checked under the sink to make the water was turned on to the unit and it was off. I removed the pod and placed the unit in diagnostics and the unit showed error codes 4/3, 3/3, and 10/1. I removed the error codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed and no error codes at the end of testing. I advised the customer of my findings of the water being turned off. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Also instructed customer on loading and soap usage of the machine due to they were over soaping the machine.

The first thing I checked was the disposal and found that the plug on the disposal had not been knocked out. I removed the plug and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the builder had come to do some work behind the refrigerator and when the refrigerator was put back in place, the unit was sitting on top of the water line. The customer advised that he pulled the unit out again to check the line because the ice maker wasn't working and heard the unit roll over the water line. I pulled the ice bin out and inspected the ice maker and found that the water tube going into the reservoir was frozen up. I used my steamer and melted the ice and removed the ice maker from the unit to inspect further. The reservoir was completely filled with ice. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the reservoir and the remaining ice from the water tube and placed the ice maker back into the unit and tested and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect filter housing door not closing. Upon further inspection, I found that the filter housing door arm was broken keeping it from closing and pushing the filter in. I removed and replaced the filter housing and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. I leveled the refrigerator before finishing. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

Model WRT111SFDM03, Arrived on call for ice and moisture running down in to fresh food section, removed back evap cover and found that drain was frozen and ounce cleared ice found plastic pieces from prior repair not our company or from manufacturing plastic pieces were in drain blocking drain removed all plastic blocking drain and cleared all ive from drain in freezer and ran water in to drain and found drain pan on top of compressor damaged and leaking water, will order drain pan and reschedule for 8/8/18, left unit unplugged until repaired.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and began testing. No error codes in the beginning. In the beginning, there was no water coming into the unit. I canceled diagnostics and checked to make sure the water was turned on under the sink and found that the valve was shut off. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested again Dan the it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Checked flow at inlet valve and found very low pressure going through valve. Installed new valve and tested. Found flow still low. Installed new housing and water began dispensing to the rate of the supply pressure. All water connections dry at time of service. Job complete
