WOS92EC0AS03 Arrived to instal parts. I found the customer was unaware of the two different Preheat settings and I elected to test in Standard Preheat mode, which is advised with conventional baking. The unit preheated to 390 and claimed 350 Preheat. Temperature declined to 323 and then wandered for several minutes. I removed and replaced the control and sensor and tested. I advised the customer on the different preheating modes and also advised them to allow longer preheat times for certain baked goods. The customer will contact us if there are further issues.

I found the thermal fuse open and inspected. The connector for the lights and internal cooling blower was not fully seated and caused the light issue and the blower not to run, causing the thermal fuse failure. I found after repeated tries and a cumulative time of approximately 20 seconds, it did dispense. I contacted the mfgtechI advised the technician of my findings and he advised TSP W10790000A which recommends p/n W10786952 pressure regulator. The customer will attempt to have the pressure corrected by their water supplier. I leveled the chassis, squared the cabinet and doors and sealed fc and rc gapping. No leaks observed during service

WRB322DMBM00 whirlpool refrigerator Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Found amp draw on compressor and entire unit to be reading well within tolerance. Found circuit for refrigerator to be on an arc fault protected breaker which can trip during normal operation of a refrigerator. Unit must be on a not protected 20 amp breaker. All other functions accounted for at time of service. No leaks detected.

WFW9151YW0 (Front Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer of front load washer not opening. When arrived unit had clothes and door was locked. Removed top and released door latch. Removed clothes that was stuck in tub. Used shopvac to remove water. Removed bottom access panel. Removed drain trap and found extensive buildup. Removed obstruction and cleaned drain trap. Reaasembled and connected water supply lines to test unit. Tested unit. Unit now fills,agitates,drain,and spins as intended. Charged only labor code FL250 $169.99 plus taxes. All water connections were dry at time of service.
