MVWX655DW0 Arrived to inspect unit not turning on and not draining. I entered service test mode and found F9E1 long drain code stored. I entered manual test mode and attempted the drain pump and it would not actuate and a relay could be heard from the control. I removed water from the unit and found the impeller on the drain pump locked. I removed the drain pump and found debris had damaged the impeller and wedged between it and the housing. I removed the pump WPW10581874 and replaced it. I tested and found a small leak at the drain tube connection, after adjusting, the leak stopped. I calibrated and tested the unit, operational test good, no leaks observed upon completion of service.

Jennair refrigerator JF42NXFXDE00. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with a no ice conditions. Found icemaker bail arm raise to off position when I arrived at home. Turn the ice maker on and found it ran full cycle and filled properly. No mechanical failures were found with system at this time. Advise customer on purpose of bail arm. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site and checked the unit for door issues. Inspected right freshfood door and found bottom hinge washer is missing causing door mullion not to latch on properly. Office to order parts for return visit and reschedule customer. Extra washers in case needed.

Arrived on site and checked the unit for no operation. Checked components and found high voltage nuetral wire not connected properly. Reconnected wiring and ran test cycle and all checks ok. No water leaks present after service. Labor jobcode DW355 ($149.99) plus tax for total of $162.36. Collected payment in full via CC. Job complete.

WTW4950XW2 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not spinning clothes out. Found customer using too much soap in loads. Advised customer on amount of soap and fabric softner to use. Calibrated unit. Unit calibrated successfully. All water connections were dry at time of service.
