arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit would turn on and was blowing air, but the air was not hot. I removed the back panel and v ivied ohms to all components, including the element. I turned the unit on and checked the element and found that the element was not coming on. I removed the element and found that there was nothing wrong with the part. I checked voltage at the terminal block on the unit and found that there is not 240 VoLts coming into the unit. I checked voltage at the outlet and there is not 240 Volts there either. I recommended to the customer to contact an electrician to take a look at the outlet and breaker box. Also, I advised the customer that once the electric outlet and breaker box were fixed and the unit still did not heat, to contact us and we'll come back for service. No lint observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the control panel was not lighting up. I removed the inner door panel and unplugged the control panel and closed the door and the drain pump came on. I quoted be customer DW135 $169.99 and $161.31 for the control panel for a total including tax of $358.63. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. I removed and replaced the control panel and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

Model WVU37UC0FS0, Arrived on call for vent hood motor gets hot but is not running, found that were flapper door vent was mounted one of the screws were to long and was holding the fan blade in place not allowing it to move, cut the screw that was to long and reinstalled motor and tested and know fan motor is running and is venting air above range, no parts needed, call complete. Did recommend cleaning stainless steel with bar keepers friend and then go back over it with weimans stainless steel cleaners which looks like rust on front of vent hood. Model MFI2269FRZ02, Arrived on call for water has a bad smell after replacing water filter, not able to repeat rotten egg smell while at location, customer only gets this smell at first dispense and smell does not come from the ice only from water dispense intermittently the home is not on any type of water system at all and customer has replaced water filter 2 times and same issue, called whirlpool tech line and talked to adrean, file number 7722581965, customer to replace water supply line due to it has rubber in the hose which is not recommended due to it will cause taste and smell issues in the water over time, customer to change water supply line to copper or plastic clear hard tubing, and ounce has supply water line replaced remove filter and run 2 gallons per day with filter bypass installed for 2 weeks at least and then reinstall water filter and see if issue returns, no parts needed at this time, no water leaks at time of call, call complete.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying and smelling like something is burnt. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and there were no error codes at the beginning or at the end of testing and the unit operated as designed. I found on the top of the sump/motor assembly what appeared to be a burn mark on the metal cover as if a knife, fork, etc. had rested on the element and burnt it. The customer advised that the smell was that if burnt plastic. I removed the front of the door and found that the control had shorted out and melted. I left the unit unplugged at the control and since it's hard wired, the unit switch was left in the off position and taped over. I am ordering a wiring harness, control and sump/motor assembly and returning with prescreened parts control and element. Scheduled return service for 08/03/18. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying and showing error codes. Upon further inspection, I found that a square box was added to the vent tube which was causing a restriction. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F4E3. I cleared the error code and continued with testing. I placed my vent tester on the vent inside the unit operated as designed. I ran the unit on normal mode with high heat and found that the unit was not heating. I checked the element and found that one of the wires was not tightly connected. I reconnected the wire to the element and tested the unit and the unit began to heat up as designed. No lint observed during service. Job completed. I recommended that the customer contact a vent cleaning service to clean out the vent ducts.

Arrived on site and set refrigerator into diagnostic cycle and ran all functions manually one noise customer is experiencing is the defrost heater cracking frost and ice. Other noises customer is hearing could not be duplicated. Spoke with tech line Dustin SR7722576581. All noises customer is reporting are likely due to normal functions like the start device, and compressor starting up. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete.

WTW5000DW1 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not filling properly and tripping breaker. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran calibration and unit completed successfully. Tested unit. Unit fills,agitates,drain and spins as intended. Also found unit is plugged into GFCI. Advised to have outlet checked. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating and not dispensing water. I placed the unit into diagnostics and began testing. Error codes 6/4, 7/1 appeared. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and found that the sump/motor assembly was not working. I tested the drain pump and heating element and both were working properly as was the water inlet valve. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and tested the unit again and the unit operated as designed. I found that the was a gap in the flooring that was allowing the leveling feet to fall into which was making the unit in level and leaning too far to the front. I readjusted the mounting brackets to where the leveling feet were in front of the gap in the floor and the customer provided a piece of metal to slide into the gap and keep the feet from falling into the gap. Leveled the unit and tested and unit operates as designed, no error codes, job completed.

Upon further inspection, I found that the plastic around the hinge of the lid on the left side was broken and was keeping the door from sealing correctly. arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I turned the timer on and could hear it ticking and pushed the start Button and the unit did not come on. I removed the back to the unit and checked ohms at the fuse and it was open. I removed and replaced the fuse and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. I verified ohms at the cutoff and element as well. No lint observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for customer complaint of dishwasher not drying properly. I found no rinse aid was being used, and plastic tub dishwasher. I instructed customer to use rinse aid and explained how plastic tub dishwashers do not get as hot during a dry cycle as stainless tub dishwashers. Water lines were dry at time of service.
