I cleared the code and tested the cooling fan and it did not come on. I could hear the motor humming, but the fan itself was not coming on. arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying the dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. There were no error codes at the beginning of testing. At the end of testing, there were no error codes and the unit operated as designed. I found that the customer is using detergent pods and rinse aid. I recommended that the customer stop using pods and use a liquid or liquid gel detergent and only 2 teaspoons along with the rinse aid. Also, turn the hot water on at the kitchen faucet unit it get super hot then turn on the dishwasher to allow the hot water to dispense into the unit. I recommended that they clean the filter at least once a week depending on usage. Advised the use a cup of vinegar and place it in the top rack and run cycle to help clean the unit. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

MVWB750WQ1(Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer compliant of top load washer grinding when spinning. Found bearing warn out. Removed tub and removed faulty bearing. Installed new bearing kit and shaft. Reassembled. Tested unit. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the basket and gear case and then calibrated the unit before testing. After calibration, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in automatic test mode. After completion there were no error codes. I placed the unit in manual test mode and tested the unit at high agitate and high spin and verified no unusual noises. Unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service, photos taken. Job completed.

Maytag washer MVWX655DW0. Arrived on site to diagnose a washing machine that is not cleaning properly. Found main control out of calibration causing improper wash action. Re-calibrated the machine through control and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. Also advised homeowner on best cleaning procedures in cycles and options to run for best performance. No other failures found at this time and all is working properly. No leaks were found at time of service.
