Found drain line has had 4 feet of extra tubing added to it, and is installed in a way that causes several drain loops. Pump is not strong enough to push the last bit of water out of the line which allows it to come back into unit slowly through the drina line after cycle. Instruct on proper installation. WDF330PAHB0 (Dishwasher) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dishwasher not drying dishes. Ran service diagnositics. Found heater error. Ran service test to clear control. Poured water on heater. Found heater works. Advised customer to run hot water before running cycle. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WTW5000DW1 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite to install washplate,water valve and bolt to top load washer from prior visit’s diagnosis. Removed warn washplate and bolt. Installed new replacement. Removed console to remove defective water valve. Installed new replacement. Reassembled. Calibrated unit. Unit calibrated successfully. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins as intended. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Whirlpool dishwasher WDF520PADM7. Arrived on site to replace rusting dishwasher rack and rollers. Replaced upper rack and all four roller assemblys for dishwasher. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and rail stops and the dispenser were not needed. No water leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site and chekced the unit for not advancing issue. Ran diagnostics and found an "long fill" error code. Manually checked hot/cold valves and found no hot water coming into unit. Removed hot water hose from house and found a faulty hose not allowing water to come into unit. Unit ok at this time, customer to replace faulty hose. No water leaks present after service. Job complete.

MVWB955FC1 maytag washer Arrived on site to test unit for issues during wash with damaging contents. Found customer just purchased washer and was told washing backpacks, shoes, and pillows were exceptable in this unit. Informed customer of intended use of this model. Pillows being washed traveled up side of basket during spin and got stuck between tub ring and basket destroying basket and tub ring. Customer wants unit replaced with a model capable of washing such items and is pursuing that. In the mean time will need tub ring and basket to repair unit. Office to schedule during buisness hours.

I advised the customer the warranty only applies once in one calendar year. Called techline and ran through test on steam valve and moisture bars. Inscreased moisture sensor sensitivity by 30 percent. Also found indication of poor venting due to lint build up behind unit. Instruct on proper venting and fire hazard. Recommended customer discontinue use until ducts are cleaned. No leaks detected.
