I removed the control and tested voltages, inspected wiring and connectors and found no signs of any problems. I advised the customer the description appears to be possibly heat related and/or a fracture of conductors or components within the control board itself and recommended replacement. arrived on site to install previously ordered and diagnosed parts. As I began to install the sump/motor assembly, I noticed that the part I had did not have the diverter on it. I checked the part number and found that I have part number ending in 5157 and the part previous tech was part number ending in 5057. The customer tag on the box showed part number 5057, but actually was 5157. I contacted SW at the office and advised of my situation and she advised that the actual part ending in 5057 was at the office and she was placing it to the side for me. I advised the customer of the situation and they were in an agreement for me to go pick up the part and come back. I returned with the correct sump/motor assembly and installed the part. I tested the unit in diagnostics and the operated as designed. I placed the fasteners, that were ordered, onto the kick panel as well. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I attempts to turn the drain pump on by pressing the cancel button, but the drain pump did not come on. I removed the water from inside the unit tub and removed and replaced the drain pump and tested. Drain pump actuated, but is still not draining the water. I checked the flapper in the drain tube and it was not obstructed. I believe that the drain tube is blocked somewhere in the tube. I vacuumed the water out of the unit. Office to order drain pump and drain tube and schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.

Upon further inspection, I found a large block of ice on the rc Evap cover which was keeping the crisper from closing all the way. Also found a small amount of ice on the fc evaporator. Advised the customer that they would need to defrost the unit before I could go any further with repair due to possible damages to the unit. I explained the waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator and had the customer sign the waiver. I advised the customer to pull the unit from the wall and place several towels around the unit to catch any water runoff and to use a wet vac to suck up any water. Office to order rc Evap harness and support and fc thermistor cover and scheduled return service for 06/21/18 SW. No water leaks observed during service.

He advised that another technician from another company inspected the unit one week ago and advised that the terminal block was bad and could not repair at the time. I turned the unit on and the unit fan came on and the unit began to heat. I turned the unit off and turned the power off at the breaker box; however, when I began to inspect the unit, I found that the unit still had power to it. I verified that the breaker was in the off position and checked the unit again, at which time, I verified voltage at the terminal block and it read red/black 250 volts, red/white and black/white 125 each. I verified ohms at the TOD and elements. I tested the unit using my thermal couple and my readings were an average of 348. I advised the customer of my findings. arrived on site to inspect washer sensing too long. Upon arrival, I questioned the customer on types of detergent and softness they were using. Customer advised that he was using detergent pods, but was told by one of our prior customers to stop using the pods and switch to liquid detergent. The customer advised that the unit stays in sensing mode for a long time and then takes a long time to wash. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. There were no error codes shown so I continued with diagnostics. Unit operated as designed. I manually tested the unit to check the valve and to test in high spin and the unit tested good. I advised the customer that he made a good choice in changing detergents due to the pods creating too much soap which is why the unit takes too long in sensing mode. I explained that too. arrived on site to inspect washer showing F3E1 error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F3E1 and F7E9 codes. I removed the codes and began diagnostics. Unit operated fine until the spin test when I could hear a warped grinding sound. At the end of testing there were no error codes. I checked for movement at the front of the basket by pushing up on the front of the basket and it moved approximately 1/4 inch possibly more. I turned the basket by hand and could hear a grinding noise. I believe that this unit is In the beginning stages of bearing failure and will need a tub assembly and I will request a rotor and stator as well as a second person due to it being a stacked unit. Office to get authorization for tub assembly, rotor, stator and second person schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Removed and replaced the dryer kit, tension pulley bracket and placed a dryer sound pad in the unit. I did not have the tools to replace the motor and blower wheel; however, I found that neither are needed to eliminate the rattling noise coming from the unit. What I found is that the drawer stand that the unit sits on is vibrating against the bottom of the unit chassis. I attempted to adjust stand and a chassis by placing a piece of folded up cardboard and placed it directly under the chassis where the motor sits and I was able to get the vibration noise to a lower tone. I explained to the customer of my findings and tested the unit with the customer and they were satisfied with the lower noise. No lint observed during service. Job completed.

Arrived on site for no ice . Found no ice in tray. Checked emitters and they are normal . Ran harvest test on ice maker , ran thru test normal but did not fill, could hear valve actuate but no water . Found fill tube had ice build up . Cleared ice out and ran another test harvest , unit did fill ice maker up with water . Waited awhile to observe if any leaking was present , did not see any drips . Told customer if it happens anytime soon that the valve would be needed to prevent this from happening again . No water leaks detected at time of service . Collected 108.24 ck4852

ED5PHEXNL00 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the custom had pulled the prior to my arrival to gain access to the electrical outlet. They described an issue where the unit would make a rattle/vibration noise about every two hours. The noise would persist for up to 30 minutes. I found the return line from the condenser to the cabinet was very close (1/8”) to the condenser and was very likely to be intermittently making contact. I corrected routing and tested. I verified the condenser fan operating correctly and noise free. I tested water dispensing and ice maker harvest and there were no noticeable noises. The evaporator was ice free. I feel the issue was vibration from the return line and has been corrected. No leaks observed during service.
