"arrived on site to inspect washer not draining/spinning. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error codes F5E2 & F8E3. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed, but I found a lot of suds in the tub during testing. Customer is using the load & go cartridge. Advised customer that due to large amount of suds, the unit gave the error code. I tested the pressure switch and air trap and both were good. I checked the drain pump ad it was good. I found that the detergent setting was at the lowest setting #2. Reset it to #3 and advised the customer if she continued to see lots of suds to set the number higher. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning/clothes wet. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a loud noise like it was before when it was serviced in 2017. I placed the unit in diagnostics ad it showed error code F7E7. I tested the drive system and while in the process of testing the shifter, I switched from agitate to spin and the cam began to make a loud screeching noise as if it were stripped. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the puller shield and on the pulley. I noticed too that when the basket was slowing down from spin mode, it began to wobble as if it were warped.I am ordering the gearcase, basket and will return with the cam No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10521298 (spin basket) and 1 W11035747 (gearcase)"

Customers experience was caused by moisture sensor operation while drying a single blanket, Showed customer that with a damp cloth across moisture sensors how it can add more dry time. Then removed damp cloth and showed how moisture sensor will now adjust dry time down. Recommend using timed dry more for this type of load. Job complete"
