When I opened the freezer drawer, I found the drawer difficult to open. I found the FC drawer rails dry and needing some grease. Also found one of the screws stripped on the FC door handle. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not heating recently, and leaving a white film. Checked for codes and found F7E1 (No Heat), F9E4 (Stuck loeer spray arm), F2E1 Stuck key. Ran unit through a diagnostic cycle to check all functions. Found heater was locked out and should be working properly once diagnostic concluded. I found a large amount of soap suds, and customer also said they were on a water softener. I recommended decreasing the soap usage and running affresh through. This should resolve all issues present. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump will run constantly after the cycle is complete and will also turn on at random times in the week. "Arrived on site to inspect oven smoking on first use. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that upon using the oven for the first time, he noticed a large amount of smoke. I visually inspected the oven and did not observe anything unusual. I advised the customer that new oven will come with a protective coating from the factory and will normally smoke or smell for the first few uses. This smell and smoke will eventually subside. I ran the oven at 400 degrees and instructed the customer run the oven for about an hour to 'burn in'. "Arrived on site to follow up on previous technician. I replaced the diagnosed part (door). However, this did not fix the issue. I found that the reason why the door is not closing properly is the way the bottom hinge is mounted. There is a problem with the frame of the chassis itself where the hinge is mounted. The frames is deformed and pushing the door to sit unevely and too low. I called techline to document this issue and how I tried to adust the hinge, but the problem is not gonna be able to be fixed by replacing the hinge. The agent submitted this issue for review. The customer explained that four out of every five washes, the machine runs after the cycle has finished and they know that because the clothes aren't wet at the ned but the machine continues to run. They have to manually shut it off in order to stop the load. They advise that one out of every five will run and complete without any issue, but they're consistently having issues with the machine. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code. I blew through the pressure hose and did not find any obstructions. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the innet leaks from the left-hand side of the door every time it runs and will, start leaking within 10 minutes. I checked the door gasket and found the door gasket was worn, potentially causing the issue. I replaced the doorgasket and ran the unit through normal washing for 10 minutes and started to see the unit leak on the left side. I popped off the outer door and as soon as I did, I found water stuck inside of the vent, overflowing out of the top of the vent and onto the floor. I removed the vent cover and found all kinds of food and paper debris inside of the vent. I cleared out the vent and tested the unit again for over ten minutes. The customer advised that there seems to be a slight tapping noise happening from time to time. When the unit is cooling and that it'll go away and come back. They advised that they initially thought it was a fan but realize that it wasn't making it in a successive order that would indicate a fan. The customer advised that the sound has now gone away so they cannot replicate it. I checked behind the unit and found that the danger tag on the power cord was the cause of the issue. I explained to the customer that the air pulled in from the condenser gets pulled in from the front and then blown out of the back, which can cause those power cord tags to flap a little, causing the tapping noise. I removed the cooktop to gain access to the panel mounting screws and found they were not fully secured. I tightened the screws and tested the movement on the panel and it is secured as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I found that water from the dispenser was very restricted. I removed the filter and i found that the water was now dispensing without issue with good water pressure. The filter has failed and will need to be replaced. The customer will provide the filter. "Arrived on site for continued issues of not agitating. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F0-E3 over load. Ran automatic test cycle and confirmed issue. Of not agitating but also found squeaking at beginning of spin. Raised unit to inspect lower components. Found small amount of oil running down gearcase shaft. Also found top of cam has shears off and lots of signs cam was rubbing gearcase. Replaced gearcase W11449840, cam W10721967, actuator W11481722, and wash plate W11510461. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete"

Arrived on-site for control problem. Found unit not responding at all power is good to UI. Installed UI(w11460962) cycled unit and everything is working as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect range tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit installed properly and the breaker is a 50amp GFCI. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and after the unit had cycled twice through bake element and the broil element cycled on the a second time, the breaker tripped. Per service pointer W11490386, I removed and replaced the bake and broil elements and main control. I disconnected the ground wire from the chassis and performed a burnout at 500 degrees on Bake. Once the unit reached preheat setting, I reconnected the ground wire to the chassis and performed another burnout on Bake at 500 degrees and allowed the unit to continue heating for approximately 35 minutes. I tested voltages, amp draws, and ohms during this time. Voltage reading at the terminal block, element and broil elements was 247V. Bake amp reading was 10amps and broil was 14amps. Both the broil and bale elements were within manufacturer specs for ohms readings. I contacted techline and spoke to Leon and advised of the complaint, my findings and repairs. Leon documented the info and provided SR#7741192059. I contacted Safety and advised of the issue and repairs and the techline SR number. Safety provided their SR#774119246. Email was sent to Safety with photos attached. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed. W11182108, W10856603, W11696067 No one available to sign for receipt."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, i found the unit unplugged and when I gained access to the rear of the unit, I found dye and oil under the compressor. Using my UV black light, I found where the refrigerant had leaked out from the condenser line at the compressor as there was a large amount of debris and oil on and around the line and compressor. I evacuated the remaining refrigerant and cleared the system with nitrogen. I then removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and cleaned the debris from the unit. Checked for leaks using the nitrogen at 200psi and found no leaks present. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0 for approximately 30 minutes to clear all contaminates from the system. Installed 41oz of R600 refrigerant and allowed it to equalize, then plugged the unit in and rechecked for leaks and monitored cooling. I found no leaks and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24-48 hours before placing food items inside. No water connections to the unit and no leaks observed during service, job completed. "F7E6 F0E5 NTW4516FW3 Arrived on site for a washer making knocking sounds. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found error codes F7E6 motor fault and F0E5 off balance . I replaced splutch cause it was worn out the actuator, belt and motor . I calibrated then tested in test mode product working great. I tested in customer mode on drain and spin product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply. I recommend to client to not over load it with animal beddings ."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making abnormal sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it sounded like the drum was about to explode inside of the drier when they ran it. But that it would run through a cycle. I confirmed the customer's complaint and disassembled the unit. I found a metal bead stuck in between the felt liner on the front side. I checked all rollers and idler, pulley and found all spinning freely. I removed the bead from the felt liner and reassembled the unit. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for unit not keeping items solid. Ice cream was soft. Checked for leaks and found no evidence of leaks. Disassembled evaporator compartment and foundevaporatorwith 3/4 frost pattern. Appears to be a low charge. Bumped charged and frost pattern improved. Customer will monitor ofer 48 hrs also compressor operating at .88amps. Job complete
