Ordering new water valve assembly to complete repair. Skyped PARTs and received R/V date of 12/6 per MS. Shut off hot water valve to prevent further leaking. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WFW94HEAW0 (Front Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer compliant of front load washer not draining and getting error code F9E1 (Long Drain). Removed front door panel and removed drain catch trap. Found fabric and coins lodged. Removed and clean trap and reassembled. Entered diagnostics to clear errors. Tested unit. Unit fills,agitates,drain and spins with no errors. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WTW4950XW2 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite to remove and replace inner basket from prior visit’s rediagnosis. Removed inner basket. Installed new replacement with scanner nut and spacer. Reassembled. Calibrated unit. Unit calibrated successfully. Tested spin cycle. Unit spins at full speed and inner basket is balanced. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Whirlpool dishwasher WDF330PAHS1 Arrived to find unit with no operation. Checked voltage at junction box and found the neutral wire out of the wire nut. Made a good connection and checked operation, checked good. Checked unit for any leaks and none were found.

MEDC215EW1 (Dryer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dryer not heating. Removed back cover and checked continuity on cutoff and element. Found no continuity. Removed cutoff and element and installed new replacement. Reassembled. Tested unit. Unit now heats and tumbles as intended. No other issues found. Dryer vent and lint trap clean of lint at time of service.

Arrived on site for noisy operation. Found this to be a washer dryer stack installation. Adjusted front feet upwards to level unit. Found front panel screws of dryer were all very loose. Corrected and tested and unit. now operate quietly. House andand dryer are both clean as they are both brand new.

Rocked switch back and forth. Tested unit. Unit now tumbles and heats as intended. No other issues found. Dryer vent and lint trap was clean of lint at time of service.
