arrived on site for dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the motor was not engaging and unit shut off. After a few minutes, i tested the unit again and the unit turned on. I found that the belt is fraying and the wheels were very dirty and will need to be replaced. Office to order motor, blower wheel, and dryer kit. The dryer kit will need to be installed first and unit tested as the motor may not be needed. Office to schedule return service..04/18 CS. Customer is not available that day and requested the 19th. Lint cleaned during service.

arrived on site for sheet stuck in washer. Upon further inspection, I found that a sheet was caught/stuck under the agitator. I removed the agitator and removed the sheet and found that the agitator had plastic pieces broken on the bottom. I installed a new agitator and ran the unit in diagnostic mode. The unit read error codes F3e2, f7e8, f7e2, f0e4. Cleared the codes and continued with test mode and unit tested good. No error codes and no water leaks observed.

I plugged the unit in and received no power to the unit. I installed a new control and the unit came on. Placed the unit in manual test mode to drain the water and the drain pump sounded as if was dragging. I removed and replaced the drain pump and tested the unit in diagnostic mode. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service. I instructed the customer on proper detergent and softner use.

Model MGD5500FW0, Arrived on call for dryer not heating and vents have been cleaned, know unit is not turning on at all, installed ui and then checked for error codes and got f6e1 which is a communication error between ui and acu, f2 e1 which is a stuck key error, f3 e6 moisture senser open, f4 e3 restricted air flow vent is cleared and ui has been replaced due to burn mark on the control and all errors but the moisture senser error, went to main control on p13 and checked ohms and got open moisture senser, called office and spoke to jordan and office will contact customer on monday about service fee due to found a functional issue with the machine that would effect dry times, per sarah will reschedule with moisture senser on 4/16/18, dryer vent has been cleaned.

Due to this being a new home and new construction in the area, I disconnected the water line and flushed it out. Small amounts of debris was in the line. Reconnected the water line and placed unit in test mode and unit operated designed. Water pressure at the outlet seemed high. I checked the water pressure and it was at 80psi. No water leaks observed during service. Instructed customer on detergent use and care for the unit.
