Arrived on site to inspect cooktop ignitors constantly sparking. Upon further inspection, I found that the left front and rear ignitors continued to spark even after igniting the flame and would not stop. I opened the cooktop up to expose the wiring harness and modules and took the connector of the left rear burner Ignitor and connected it to the middle burner spark module and tested. The Ignitor turned off when I turned the knob to do such. I tested the left front Ignitor the same way and got the same results. I quoted the customer $164.99 for both spark modules and CO370 $179.99 for service/labor fees for a total including tax of $552.04. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full. I removed and replaced the left front and left rear spark modules and tested and they operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

I cleared the error code and continued with testing. As soon as the water entered the unit and it began to wash, the sump/motor assembly began to leak at the diverter. I opened the units door and immediately canceled diagnostics and turned on the drain pump. I quoted the customer $166.45 for the sump/motor assembly and DW350 $199.99 for the service/labor fees for a total including tax of $396.67. The customer agreed to the repair so I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed with no error codes. No water leaks observed after repair, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect no cooling in refrigerator. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice buildup on the rc Evap cover and Evap. I removed the cover and used my steamer to removed the ice and removed and replaced the Evap motor assembly due to the motor/fan not working. I noticed that a small block of ice was wedged into the fan blades. Also, found that the thermistor was in the wrong location so when I replaced the assembly I placed the thermistor is the correct place. I tested the unit and the unit operates as designed. arrived on site to inspect washer motor coming on while the lid is open. Upon arrival, the customer advised that they just bought the unit and they have a sink next to the washer. The customer stated that they add a few cups of water to the unit to try to save on water going into the unit during cycle. When I began inspecting the unit, I found that the unit was unplugged so I plugged it back in and the drain pump came on. The customer advised that was the motor they were hearing. I explained to the customer that the reason the drain pump came on was because the unit has a sensor and it sensed that there was too much water or unwanted water in the unit so it kicked its drain pump on as a safety precaution. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and it operated as designed with no error codes. Again, I advised the customer to not add any water to the unit and to allow it to dispense its own water to keep it from going into flood mode and turning the drain pump on again. No

arrived on site to inspect ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker. I found that the ice maker had water flow, the motor was working and the fan was blowing. I used my thermal gun to check temps in the rc chamber and I recorded up 51 Degrees and the lowest was 47 degrees. I checked temps in the fc chamber and the lowest temp was 24. I checked the fc Evap and found that it had ice buildup on it and was causing the Evap fan to not run. I quoted the customer $156.64 for the Evap motor assembly and RF330 $189.99 for service/labor fees for a total including tax of $375.23. The customer agreed to the repair and I removed and replaced the Evap motor assembly and any remaining ice from the evaporator. I checked the drain tube in the back of the unit and found a small gap between the tube and the chassis so I used manufacturers approved silicone and sealed the gap. arrived on site to inspect freezer light not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the freezer light switch had ice built up inside of it. I removed the ice from the switch and the fc light came on. The was no ice buildup on the fc evaporator or cover. I removed the fc door and found large gapping in between the fc cabinet and chassis. I used manufacturers approved silicone and sealed the gapping at the fc and then inspected the rc area and found even more gapping. Again, I used the same silicone to seal the gapping. Advised the customer that due to the gaps, it was allowing warm air inside the fc chamber and mixing with the cold air and causing the frost buildup and ice buildup in the light switch. I put the fc door back on and verified no gapping in the gasket of the fc door. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

MVWC565FW1 (Top,Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer stuck on “RINSE” cycle. Was able to cancel and attempt calibration. Could hear motor go thru the motion but not move inner basket. Titled unit up. Found capacitor was swollen at connector. Removed and replaced capacitor. Reassembled and recalibrated. Unit completed successfully. Tested unit. Unit fills,agitates,drain and spins with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Customers was having issues where grill in freezer was freezing up and temperature going up in refrigerator compartment. Customer did state that she cleaned coils earlier today and they were completely filthy not allowing air to go to the compressor that will cause temperatures and moisture to occur inside unit. Instructed customer that everything checked OK and that most likely it was the condenser coil‘s that she cleaned that was the problem. Collected service fee of 108.24. No leaks present. Job complete

Model MHW6000AW0, Unit has a lowes extended warranty slol8rfzvc-1, Arrived on call for washer is not powering on and trips the circuit breaker, , arrived today and breaker has not tripped but did find that washing machine is on a ark fault or a gfi breaker due to test switch on breaker see pic, found no error codes on machine ran auto test to run all functions and all functions are working as they should, instructed customer that unit can not be on a gfi or a ark fault breaker per manufactures specifications, customer to have breaker for washer changed to a standard breaker 120 ac 20 amp breaker, gfi or ark fault is the cause of loss of power, no parts needed, called whirlpools tech line and talked to kirk, file number 7722664553 was give same instruction to give to customer unit must be on a standard 120 ac 20 amp breaker per manufactures specifications, no water leaks at time of call, call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and I received no response from the UI. I verified voltage at the outlet and verified the breaker at the breaker box. I checked voltage to the control and did not receive 120 volts. I checked the wiring at the terminal box and found that the black wire connection had melted. I unplugged the unit and looked further into the wiring and found that it be white wires were not secured with the wiring cap connectors. Using fresh caps, I reconnected the wires and tested the unit and it had power. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed. No error codes and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

MEDC200XW3 (Dryer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dryer not starting. Confirmed 240v coming to unit. Removed back panel. Checked element. Did find coil touching metal causing ground out. Was able to adjust coil. Also found thermal fuse blown. Removed and replaced fuse and reassembled. Tested unit. Unit now heats and tumbles as intended. No other issues found. Dryer vent and lint trap was clean of lint at time of service.

Model MVWB835DW0, Arrived on call for squeaking noise when agitating, and had a f5 e3 error code which is a lid lock error would not unlock, can hear the noise so removed coins from under wash plate and still had noise then removed motor, stator and clutch and still has this noise from the gear case, unit will need gear case, installed gear case and tested and noise is gone, no water leaks at time of call or after repair, call complete.
