I leveled the unit and adjusted the doors at the hinges and using my heat gun, I shaped the RC door gasket so it would create a good seal. Tested the unit and the doors are closing/sealing good. "arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F51. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested the valves, agitate and spin and again, the unit operated as designed. I followed service matters tech sheet and tested the Motor Circuit and found no problems with the circuitry. The customer advised that another appliance repair rep found the rotor bolt loose and he claimed to have tightened it. I inspected the rotor bolt and found it loose. I removed the rotor ad found that the bearing shaft nut had come loose and was sitting in the rotor. I placed the nut back on the shaft and tightened it and put loctite on the rotor bolt and placed it back on the unit and tightened the bolt. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Unit was still holding water upon arrival. Removed unit to check drain line and found no issue with line. Tested drain pump but did not turn on. Found pump getting 120v and really hot. Replaced water valve and solved slow filling, replaced recirculating pump and now normal pitch. Used siphon pump to drain water from unit. Replaced drain pump assembly. Reassembled unit and tested good. Unit now filling, recirculating and freezing, dropping ice and cutting ice. No leaks on site . Under k-aid 3yr warranty. Resident home."

Arrived on site and tested operation. I found that the compressor is running and will pressure up to 100 on high side but is in a 25” vacuum on low side. Vacuumed system down to clear obstructions and recharged. Unit still has same pressures. Called tech line and spoke to Kevin #7725376681. Unit has a restricted capillary tube and recommended isolating and pressurizing to clear. Installed access valves on each end of cap tune and connected one end to refrigerant tank and the other to my recovery pump. Cleared line and installed new drier. Vacuumed system again to clear and test for leaks. Charged system with 4.8oz 134a and tested operation. Evaporator now has proper frost pattern and unit is cooling. Job complete

arrived on site to repair unit that was not cooling in the fresh food section. Inspected unit and found fresh food section at 60°. Further inspected unit to find a failed evaporator fan motor. Due to the fan motor failure there is a massive massive block of ice on the evaporator coil. The unit will have to be defrosted before the fan and it’s shroud can be removed. Customer is laying towels in the floor of the freezer and on the floor around the unit. Water connections are dry.
