Arrived onsite for the water making a hammering sound from the fill valve area. I ran service diagnostics and found an F3E2 error. I cleared the error and ran test 51 and found the inlet thermistor test failed. I tested the thermistor and found it showing 242K ohms at 68 degrees which is way out of range causing the valves to hammer back and forth. I replaced the housing and tested the unit again in service diagnostics. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Called tech line and spoke to Andrew #7723613363 and he recommended Installing another layer of mastic on cap tube at the evaporator and position drier in a horizontal fashion. Performed recommended repair and found the cap tube was up against the bi-metal and I repositioned the tube to allow clearance. I was unable to reproduce the popping noise after repair. I corrected a door mounting issue and verified the hinges were then both fully seated, due to suspicion of the door not sealing fully. The unit claimed preheat at 305 and climbed to 325. 300, 402. The unit into test mode at 400 degrees and the unit reported 376. I tested at several other points during the cool down, within service test mode, and found similar results of approximately 20 degrees cooler readings. I induced a 20 degree positive offset and informed the customer."

I found that the control hosing was laying on the inside of the unit as the mounts were broken, as was the top cover of the control housing. I placed the unit diagnostics to test with error code F1E2. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water into the drum, but the motor never came on. I drained the water from the unit and opened the door and spun the drum and it spun freely. I verified ohms to the motor through the control connection. I checked for voltage from the control to the motor and did not get voltage. I removed and replaced the control and tested again. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect no power or dishwasher. Upon further inspection, I removed the outer door cover to expose the control and found that the two connections from the element to the control were burnt and melted. Also, the connections on the control were burnt. Using my multimeter, I checked ohms to the bimetal and found it open. I also checked ohms to the element and it was good. However, due to the connections bring burnt, the element will need to be replaced as will the control and bimetal.

Door gasket is also rolled inward causing water to bypass gasket and upper rack rails have sediment build up causing them not to move properly. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack issues. Upon further inspection, the customer opened the unit and pulled the upper rack out to show that it falls off the tracks. Also, the third rack falls off the tracks. I found that the upper rack wheels on the adjusters were broken off the adjuster. Also, the same issue with the third rack. I found that the track mount was broken and needs replacing. Also found that the left side track was badly bent from supporting the weight of the rack. I removed and replaced the upper rack adjusters and tested the unit in diagnostics. The unit operated as designed with no error codes. I am ordering the left and right third rack tracks as scheduled return service for 12/19/18. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10913628 (track) and 1 W10914507 (track)"

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner with low flame. Upon further inspection, I tested all fo the burners and the only one not operating correctly was the front right burner. The flame was very low ad sometimes would burn out. I removed the burner head and cap to expose the orifice. I found some debris inside the orifice that is blocking the gas flow. I removed the orifice and cleared the debris and placed it back in the orifice holder. I put the burner head/cap on and tested the unit and it operated as designed. I quoted the customer CO100 $99.99 for diagnosis for a total including tax of $108.24. The customer paid in full. No gas leaks observed during service, job completed."

I removed and replaced the UI and main control and the unit entered service test mode, but was unresponsive. I troubleshot and was able to reset the control and then enter programming mode.
