arrived on site to inspect frost buildup in freezer. Upon further inspection, I find that the fc section of the unit had lots of frost/ice buildup. Also found that the fc door gasket, in the left upper corner was badly gapped. I removed the fc door and drawers to inspect the evaporator and found evidence of ice buildup but the customer advised that he had defrosted the unit previously. I reshape do the blades on the evaporator and relocated the thermistor then cleaned off all of the ice/frost from inside the freezer chamber. Re-installed the drawers and using my heat gun, I reshape do the fc door gasket and re-installed the door. The gasket sealed good. When I first opened the fc door, I found that the customer had some bottles in the pizza box section that was keeping the door from closing all the way creating a gap and allowing large amounts of warm air to enter the fc section. I advised the customer to not put anything bulky in that pizza box section due to this issue. I quoted the

Checked temps and found freezer at 18 when set to -2 and ice maker housing at 33. Tested sealed system and fans through diagnostics. Found that fans are running but fresh food evap is completely iced over. Instructed customer that unit will have to thaw to repair. Unit will need new evap fan kit with thermistors to repair. arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer not keeping food cold. Upon further inspection, I checked temps in the rc and fc. The rc temp was 52 degrees and the fc tempt was 40. I found no frost pattern on the evaporator and the compressor was having a difficult time starting. I heard the start device click a few times then the compressor finally came on. It appears that the control is not operating as it should in getting the start device to start up the compressor or the start device is going bad. When the compressor did come on, the evaporator began to show a frost pattern. There was a large block of ice at the bottom of the freezer chamber which tells me this unit possibly went into defrost mode and had a large amount of ice buildup on the evaporator. arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon arrival, the customer advised that he found a puddle of water after the washer had finished a cycle. Customer advised he looked the unit over and could not find anything. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics to test and the were no error codes so I continued with testing. Looking around the unit, I found no evidence of water leaks on the outer panels of the unit nor on the floor. At the end of testing, the were no error codes. I opened the top of the unit and looked around the outer tub and found no evidence of water leakage. I secured the top and lifted the unit and checked underneath the unit and found no evidence of water leaks. arrived on site to inspect dryer making loud noise. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit is making a loud screeching noise and it has a burning smell and is not heating well. I turned the unit on and immediately the unit began to make the screeching noise and I could smell something burning. I opened the unit up to inspect further and found that the heating element was burnt out and there was burnt no around the element. Due to the unit being a steam dryer, I advised the customer that they would need to contact someone to come out and clean their vents and dryer ducts. Also, I found that there was debris on the rollers causing them to make the screeching noise. I removed and replaced the element and dryer kit and tested the unit. The unit operates as designed. No lint observed during service, job complete.

KitchenAid Ice Machine Model KUIX305ESS1. Arrived onsite for the ice machine that is leaking water from the back. I found the machine had been moved and the drain line had come out of the wall pipe. Ms stated she pulled it out when she noticed there was a leak. This ice machine is on a gravity drain and the house drain pipe comes out of the wall behind the washer drain and has an elbow that is turned up with the ice machine drain tube hanging down and entering it. It appears that the machine had been pulled forward just enough to cause the drain tube to partially come out. I put the drain tube back in the PVC wall pipe and tested the unit. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

arrived on site to inspect coin operated washer not coming on. Upon further inspection, I had the maintenance personnel open up the coin expose the timer. I found that when the coin slide is pushed in it is not engaging with the timer to start the wash. I found that the metal extender is going above the metal timer bracket to the left of extended slide just above the timer was bent down and not allowing the slide to engage the timer. I adjusted the timer bracket and tested the slide and it is now engaging with the timer and the washer is coming on as designed. I quoted the customer TL100 $99.99 for a total including tax of $108.24. The customer paid in full. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect washer leaking from underneath and at the water valve. Upon further inspection, I found that the water valve was the main cause for the leaking water. I advised the customer of my findings then removed and replaced the water valve and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks after repair completed. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not producing enough ice. Upon further inspection, using a cup I tested the water dispenser and water dispensed. I verified that there was ice in the bin. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the following modes...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 15, 19, 36, 37, 45, 56, 57, 58, and 59 and the ice maker tested good. The customer advised that the ice maker had just ripped a batch of ice just before my arrival. I advised the customer test the unit is testing good and there is nothing wrong with the unit. I leveled the unit before leaving. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the back left burner was not igniting correctly as the spark would only spark in one place and not jump around as designed. Also, I found that the right front Ignitor is doing the same thing. I removed and replaced the back left burner head and tested and it operated as designed. I am ordering a burner head for the right front amid scheduled return service for 08/24/28. Customer advised that she might have something scheduled already, but will contact the office if she needs to reschedule. No gas leaks detected during service.

Tested broil function and found error code with happen as soon unit attempts to turn on. Found relay not clicking closing to activate broil feature. Unit will need new control and broil element. Arrived on site for no functionality, customer stated they went to use unit and microwave made a large pop and unit went dead. Found circuit boards with charring on transformer, main controls and ribbon cable to user interface. User interface with ribbon cable is showing nla from marcone, and servall. Not able to check other functions at this time without proper voltage from control. Will need to replace transformer, controls and user interface before able to verify functionality of other components. Will need authorization as well. Left breaker in off state due to electrical failure.
