Previous technician did not check unit for functionality as he didn’t want unit to leak from bad door seal per customer. Not able to check functionality of pump and motor but unit valve is dry. Model MHW6000AW0, Arrived on call for water leaking from bottom lower corner of washer, found no leaks from top or lower of washer but do see signs of sudsing and at top vent tube shows signs of over soaping and only water marks are from vent tube area running down the back area of the washer, found that customer is over soaping, instructed customer on soap usage, customer is on a water softener and so if using downy and plain was soap use half of number 1 on soap cups of each to prevent over sudsing, cleared all suds from inner tub, customer to use this soap instruction and see if issue returns, also instructed customer on cleaner due to the cleaner she is using is allowing suds to form, instructed customer whirlpool only recommends affresh cleaner or washer, no water leaks at time of serrvice, call complete.

arrived on site to inspect washer showing error codes. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit had water in the bottom of the tub as if the drain pump did not come on. I attempted to placed the unit in diagnostics, but the when I plugged the unit in, the drain pump attempted to come on but sounded as if something was logged in it. Using my wet vac, I removed all of the water from the unit and inspected the drain pump and found approximately five screws/nails inside the the outer tub and inside the drain pump. I removed and replaced the drain pump and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed with no error codes. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flame going out. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the middle burner would go out when she turned the burner down from medium to low. I found that the orifice for the simmer was clogged and not allowing gas flow to the burner. I cleaned the orifice out and tested and the burner operates as designed. I verified all burners were functioning properly. No gas leaks detected during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to install a dishwasher. Upon arrival, I found that the unit had already been installed into the cabinet area. Upon further inspection, I found that the drain hose needed to be attached to the disposal and the water hose needed to be attached to the water outlet. I was able to attach the drain hose, but the water hose is approximately one foot too short. The builder was on site and I advised him of the situation and that the hose needed to be ordered and the office will schedule a return service call once the part arrives. I am ordering an 8ft water hose and the office is to schedule the return service. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site and found dryer is not heating, remove rear panel and found everything is good, disassemble dryer and found igniter is operating properly. Removed supply line from rear of dryer and found there is no gas from the supply, recommended that a plumber be consulted to correct issue as the gas valve is not allowing gas flow. Gas cooktop is operating properly. No gas leaks at dryer connections at this time, job complete.
