arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water but is making ice. I checked the dispenser and could hear the valve turning on. I verified that the filter was not the issue of no water. The customer advised that the ice maker made a batch of ice this morning. I verified that the water source was turned on and purged the water to remove any debris and then I removed and replaced the water valve and the unit still did not dispense water. I removed and replaced the water inlet valve and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service. There were large gaps between the cabinet and inner lining at the bottom of the opening of the rc and fc. I used manufacturer approve silicone and sealed the gaps. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect noisy dryer. Upon inspection, I turned the drum and found that the unit was making an extremely loud metal to metal grinding noise. I removed the top of the unit and found that the control bracket was missing a screw and it was resting on the outer portion of the drum and was causing the grinding sound. I replaced the screw and set the bracket back in place and tested the unit and the unit operates as designed. No lint observed during service.

All parms checked good, all water connections dry. Customer will swap hot and cold. Customer needed to pick up kids. No abnormal noises no errors. All operations normal.

Arrived on site for inspection of unit that caught on fire. Found that the entire control panel area was charred from fire that happened in left side of the control board. Control panel 4451063 is discontinued. Main control board 4448869 is discontinued. The entire wire harness for both units would have to be replaced. Due to heat it appears that the wave guide got damaged and that is not a replaceable part. My opinion is that this unit is not repairable and I would be afraid that every electrical component in both unit would have to also be replaced as it is still not for certain which part caused fire. This unit also caught house cabinet on fire as well. The customer has expressed that they could never trust this unit again.
