DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED85HEFC1 WED85HEFC0 Arrived on site. Checked dryer for loud operation. Found vibration coming from dryer cabinet and washer door as this is a stacked unit. Made adjustment to frame and applied vibration reduction pads around motor base area. Also removed feet of dryer and put vibration pads there to reduce the amount vibration caused by dryer motor base and cabinet. Remounted dryer and tested unit thoroughly and ran steam cycle as well as tested washer to check all connections for leaks. No water leaks found after repairs were made. Job complete

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW4950HW0 "arrived on site to inspect washer vibrating too much. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes showing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I place the unit in manual test mode and tested the high spin mode. The basket began to move around and the unit was vibrating badly. I stopped the unit and lifted the top panel to find that the back right suspension rod was not seated correctly. I adjusted the rod and seated it correctly and tested the unit again and it operated as designed in high spin mode. I put the top panel back on and tilted the unit back and inspected the motor components. All looked good. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTM354DSS5 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that is leaking from the front. The customer stated it was dripping out of the front bottom in the middle of the machine under the door. Mr stated it also leaked the next morning on a rinse cycle with no detergent. I ran the diagnostics cycle and there were no stored codes. I had the outer door removed while running the cycle and the vent never leaked. The fill and drain hoses are not leaking. The pump never leaked. We ran a rinse cycle and there were no leaks found. The sound barrier at the bottom of the machine is completely dry at this time except for one spot on the left center side at the bottom of the door. I found part of the sound barrier down in the over flow trough at the front of the tub and I suspect the sound barrier had been wicking water until it would start dripping. I corrected the sound barrier. Call complete.

The unit dispensed water into the tub and when the motor was to come on, it didn’t operate. I advanced through diagnostics and the drain pump came on and the heating element came on as well. I tested ohms to the motor at the control and found it open. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and tested the unit again and this time it operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. OVEN WHIRLPOOL WFG540H0ES1 "WFG540H0ES1 Arrived to inspect temperature issue. The customer was having issues with baking times taking too long. I checked the sensor within service mode and it read 76 degrees vs the thermocouple of 74.4. I tested at 350 and the unit claimed preheat at 345. 319, 358, 317, 370. True earring of the thermistor within service test mode showed a 20 difference in thermocouple vs sensor reading at high cycle portion. I induced a positive offset and advised the customer. The burner was making a blowtorch sound and I found it required an adjustment of the air shutter to get it to burn cleanly and correctly. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

The customer showed me a video that illustrated a large amount of steam coming out of the vent at the left third of the lower UI area. It appeared to be heavy enough to cause UI misreads and I inspected the door gasket. The gasket was compressed and had some hardened areas and I elected to remove and replace it. The dirk required adjustment to ensure complete closing and I tested via door lock actuation within service test mode. Operational test good.

WASHER MAYTAG MHW8000AG0 "arrived on site to inspect washer leaking from inlet. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me where the unit was leaking. Water is constantly dripping from the inlet at the door. I removed the top panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes. The unit operated as designed, but while testing, I found that the inlet was constantly releasing water into the unit at a steady stream then would slowly come to a drip. Using my multimeter, I verified continuity to the water valves through the harness at the connectors at the control (1.04 ohms). I verified VAC at the valve (125 VAC). I then tested the diverter valve and found that continuity checked good (1.03 ohms) so I checked VAC at the diverter valve for the inlet and found 125 VAC from the control. I am ordering the diverter valve and scheduled return service for 12/18/18. No water leaks observed during service other than at the inlet. Water was turned off at the wall outlet.; or
