arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon arrival, the customer advised that he found a puddle of water after the washer had finished a cycle. Customer advised he looked the unit over and could not find anything. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics to test and the were no error codes so I continued with testing. Looking around the unit, I found no evidence of water leaks on the outer panels of the unit nor on the floor. At the end of testing, the were no error codes. I opened the top of the unit and looked around the outer tub and found no evidence of water leakage. I secured the top and lifted the unit and checked underneath the unit and found no evidence of water leaks. I took photos of the areas where the customer found the puddle of water and of the drain pump/hose to show the customer my findings. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed. arrived on site to inspect dryer making loud noise. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit is making a loud screeching noise and it has a burning smell and is not heating well. I turned the unit on and immediately the unit began to make the screeching noise and I could smell something burning. I opened the unit up to inspect further and found that the heating element was burnt out and there was burnt no around the element. Due to the unit being a steam dryer, I advised the customer that they would need to contact someone to come out and clean their vents and dryer ducts. Also, I found that there was debris on the rollers causing them to make the screeching noise. I removed and replaced the element and dryer kit and tested the unit. The unit operates as designed. No lint observed during service, job complete.

KitchenAid Ice Machine Model KUIX305ESS1. Arrived onsite for the ice machine that is leaking water from the back. I found the machine had been moved and the drain line had come out of the wall pipe. Ms stated she pulled it out when she noticed there was a leak. This ice machine is on a gravity drain and the house drain pipe comes out of the wall behind the washer drain and has an elbow that is turned up with the ice machine drain tube hanging down and entering it. It appears that the machine had been pulled forward just enough to cause the drain tube to partially come out. I put the drain tube back in the PVC wall pipe and tested the unit. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

arrived on site to inspect coin operated washer not coming on. Upon further inspection, I had the maintenance personnel open up the coin expose the timer. I found that when the coin slide is pushed in it is not engaging with the timer to start the wash. I found that the metal extender is going above the metal timer bracket to the left of extended slide just above the timer was bent down and not allowing the slide to engage the timer. I adjusted the timer bracket and tested the slide and it is now engaging with the timer and the washer is coming on as designed. I quoted the customer TL100 $99.99 for a total including tax of $108.24. The customer paid in full. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Upon further inspection, I found that the back left burner was not igniting correctly as the spark would only spark in one place and not jump around as designed. Also, I found that the right front Ignitor is doing the same thing. I removed and replaced the back left burner head and tested and it operated as designed. I am ordering a burner head for the right front amid scheduled return service for 08/24/28. MVWX700XL2 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not spinning clothes out. Ran diagnostics and got error codes F7E7(Could Not Reach Target RPM),F7E1 (Basket Speed Fault). Tilted unit up to inspect actuator and capacitor and motor. All harnesses check ok. Tested manual spin and found motor would cut in and out. Removed control and installed updated new replacement. Reassembled. Calibrated unit. Unit completed successfully. Tested unit. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Arrived on site for Noisey, intermittent operation as well as the unit falls out of cabinet. Unit is secured to a price of wood at the bottom right side of cabinet. That wood is split and no longer is holding unit securely in the cabinet. Today both drawers are working properly with no water leaks. With unit loose, it is possible that at times it allows water to spill and wer flood sensor. Customer will need to secure unit and then see how unit operates .

ASI2575FRS00 (SxS Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of SxS refrigerator not cooling properly. Found defrost timer LED indicator light would not reset. Removed and replaced defrost timer and installed new replacement. Reassembled. Unit came on and began cooling immediately. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Model ASD2522WRW06, Arrived on call for unit not cooling, found icemaker is making ice and unit is cooling, found both controls set to coldest setting and freezer is at 5 degrees and fresh food is at 40 degrees on product, found damper is a solid block of ice preventing good air flow to the fresh food section, found were inside liner meets outer cabinet on both sections will need to be sealed with white silicone and will need to order damper and thermostat saw no defrost issue on back evap cover of freezer, will order sealant and damper and t-stat, will reschedule for 8/18/18, no water leaks at time of call.

I quoted the customer CO120 $139.99 for diagnosis/labor fee and $82.48 for the bake element for a total including tax of $240.82. Customer agreed to the repair and paid diagnosis fee of $108.24 with the remaining balance being $132.58 which the customer agreed to pay when the repair is done. I am ordering a bake element and return service is scheduled for 08/16/18.
