arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit is leaking water randomly. He advised that they will sometimes wake up in the morning and find water at the front of the unit and underneath, as well. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and error codes 6/4 and 8/2 appeared. I cleared the error codes and continued with testing. While testing, I checked underneath the unit for any leaks and found none. Before testing was completed, I checked under the sink counter and found that the customer has a RO system and the line was tapped into the dishwasher drain line going into the disposal. At that point, I recommended that the customer contact a plumber to come and relocate the RO system line somewhere other than at the disposal closer to the pee trap. arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothes. Upon arrival, the customer was explaining that it takes several attempts at drying before the clothes actually get dry. She opened the unit to get some clothing out of the unit and I found that the customer is putting too many clothing articles inside the unit. Upon further inspection, I used my dryer vent tester and tested the airflow in the unit and it tested good as the card fell off the hanger two out of two times. I verified ohms to the cutoff, fuse, and element. I pulled the element to inspect the coils and found that one of the connections was broken in two but was touching enough to operate. I removed and replaced the element and tested the unit and it was operating as designed and heating properly. I recommend them the customer only dry small loads to help in drying times. No lint observed during service, job completed.

Upon closer inspection of unit found no failures to freezer gasket, but unit had large crack in seam of liner. Crack was causing air leak and ice build up. There was no ice build up at door seal contact point. Only ice build up in unit was on crack in liner.Sealed the crack with food grade silicone and tested unit. arrived on site to inspect frost buildup in freezer. Upon further inspection, I find that the fc section of the unit had lots of frost/ice buildup. Also found that the fc door gasket, in the left upper corner was badly gapped. I removed the fc door and drawers to inspect the evaporator and found evidence of ice buildup but the customer advised that he had defrosted the unit previously. I reshape do the blades on the evaporator and relocated the thermistor then cleaned off all of the ice/frost from inside the freezer chamber. Re-installed the drawers and using my heat gun, I reshape do the fc door gasket and re-installed the door. The gasket sealed good. When I first opened the fc door, I found that the customer had some bottles in the pizza box section that was keeping the door from closing all the way creating a gap and allowing large amounts of warm air to enter the fc section. I advised the customer to not put anything bulky in that pizza box section due to this issue. I quoted the

WDT720PADM2 (Dishwasher) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dishes not drying in dishwasher. Ran diagnostics and found error code F7E1 (No Heat Error). Clear error code and ran automatic test cycle. Poured water on heating element. Found water sizzled off. Advised customer to run hot water to dishwasher before running cycle to prevent error code to cut off heater. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer not keeping food cold. Upon further inspection, I checked temps in the rc and fc. The rc temp was 52 degrees and the fc tempt was 40. I found no frost pattern on the evaporator and the compressor was having a difficult time starting. I heard the start device click a few times then the compressor finally came on. It appears that the control is not operating as it should in getting the start device to start up the compressor or the start device is going bad. When the compressor did come on, the evaporator began to show a frost pattern. There was a large block of ice at the bottom of the freezer chamber which tells me this unit possibly went into defrost mode and had a large amount of ice buildup on the evaporator.
