arrived on site to inspect ice maker not working. Customer advised that a few days before today's service, there was a power failure and when they checked the refrigerator the ice maker was working again. I inspected the unit and placed unit in diagnostics. The unit is working as designed and is making ice. I found an abundance of moisture in the rc, on the front of the ice maker and on the opening of the ice bin. Also found large gapping between the rc cabinet and chassis. I used manufacturer approved clear silicone to seal the gapping. Also found that the drain tube in the back of the unit had approximately 1/8 inch gapping between it and the chassis which could be a potential frost buildup inside the rc. I used manufacturer approved white silicone to seal the gap. No water leaks observed during service.

Upon further inspection, i found that the manifold was not attaching correctly to the feed tube causing a large amount of water to shoot out of it which was causing the leak. I found that the right rack arm was hanging in the back. I removed the upper rack and adjusted the rack arm and reinstalled the upper rack. The manifold attached to the feed tube as designed. I tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site or no operation in upper oven. The customer ,mr, and I tetsted the upper oven and not get it to do anything wrong. It worked properly.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Removed and replaced the drain pump and control. Placed the unit in diagnostic mode and tested. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

WFC340S0EW0, Arrived on site for bake element not heating checked unit and found that the bake element had shorted/Grounded out and will need to be replaced and fou d that the wire connector to element is damaged and can and will be repaired instructed customer on not to power unit on until unit is repaired ordering part per SW r/s next apt for 5/7/18

RBS307PVS00 Arrived on site for “runaway temps on oven” complaint. Inspected unit and found sensor out of range and control to be faulty. Removed and replaced sensor and control. Tested unit. Unit is performing as designed.

G.E. Washer Arrived on site to test unit for broken knob. Found load size knob off and switch not attached to console. Olened unit and found plastic retainer clip on console broken, not able to reconnect switch. Ordering backsplach for return. Part is expart, office to schedule directly.
