arrived on site to inspect washer not dispensing cold water. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found that the unit would dispense cold water and hot and then both together. However, when I ran the unit on normal mode, the cold water would not dispense. I replaced the control and calibrated the unit then tested the unit. Again, the cold would dispense in test mode but when operating in normal wash mode, the cold would not dispense. I ohmed the water inlet valve and the valve is open. Office to order water inlet valve and schedule return service for 05/09/18. No water leaks observed during service.

Continued with diagnostics and unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end. Customer advised that the rinse aid was not dispensing and last filled about two months ago. I verified the setting which was at max. I found a large amount of detergent in the unit after diagnostics. Advised the customer to cut back on detergent use using liquid and not the pods. Also advised customer to run their tap water until it got extremely hot then turn the unit on so that it would operate with hot water and not have to heat the water while cycling. I removed and replaced the dispenser and ran the unit through diagnostics again and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Whirlpool refrigerator GS6NBEXRL01. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is leaking when water is dispensed. Found water line disconnected at freezer door hinge causing the leak. Was able to reconnect waterline through push fitting. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found after services were performed.

Arrived on site for humming noise and low wash on top rack, found sump assembly clogged off with debris, plastic, and metal. Removed. Verified operations, all water connections dry. Sump is now clear and motor is allowing for flow, no more noise from obstructions.

arrived on site to inspect microwave light not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the light bulb in the unit was the wrong size and had burnt out. Also, the bulb housing was burnt. I removed and replaced the bulb housing and light bulb and tested unit. Unit tested good. Job complete.

Whirlpool washer WTW4816FW1. Arrived on site to diagnose a washing machine that is not spinning properly. Tested unit and found washer out of calibration causing improper spin cycles. Calibrated washing machine through diagnostics settings and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No water leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for the unit is tripping the breaker. Found the wires in the junction box wire nuts melted and shorted. Cut the burnt sections off and re wired the junction box. Tested the unit and unit is working properly. All water connections were dry at the time of service.
