"arrived on site to inspect washer making noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes. The unit operated as designed and I heard no unusual noises. I placed the unit in manual test mode and tested the high spin mode. The unit began to make a squeaking noise that sounded as if it were coming from the gearcase area. I stopped the unit and tilted it back to inspect underneath the unit. As I was removing the rotor bolt, I found that the bolt was loose. I removed the rotor and inspected the clutch and stator and found them to be in good condition. I reinstalled the rotor and bolt and tightened the bolt. I put the unit back and tested in manual test mode on high spin and the noise was gone. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer leaking and buttons sticking. Upon further inspection, I found that the bottom lip of the bellow was torn causing water to leak down the bottom of the front panel. I noticed that the inner light was not working either when the door is opened. The customer showed me that when she pushes the start button it sticks on the right side of the panel. I removed the top panel and removed the control panel to find that the light connection was not connected to the control. I reconnected it and the light operates now. I removed the UI control from the panel to inspect the start button and found that the screw mount next to where the start button is located is broken and is not being supported which is why the start button is sticking. Also found that the top two clips on the panel were broken off as well. I advised the customer of my findings. I removed and replaced the bellow and tested ad it operates as designed with no leaks. I removed the sump cover and found the OWI coated with debris and the intake was 90% blocked. I removed the debris from the intake and OWI and inspected the chopper. I reassembled the unit and tested after allowing a control reset. The unit performed as designed and displayed the correct indicators, showing the OWI reading correctly during service test mode. "arrived on site to inspect washer agitator not agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with error code F0E5 showing. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water into the tub, but when it was trying to agitate, the washplate was not moving. Once the unit was done with diagnostics, I placed it manual test mode and tested low agitation and the unit did not agitate and was making a very loud grinding noise. I stopped the unit and got out of diagnostics. I unplugged the unit and removed the washplate and found the washplate spindle teeth stripped. WRF736SDAM12 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the fc evaporator idled with a light frost and completely blocking above the fan. I removed the frost and the fan worked as designed. The unit could not be tested for defrost due to high fc temps (30.4) but appeared that the defrost was working and there was no frost at the intake area. I advised the customer to leave the unit off and the doors ajar for at least 24 hours prior to restarting. No leaks observed during service.

"arrived on site to inspect washer error code FL. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and it showed error code FL. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I followed the testing procedures in Service Matters for the error code FL. I checked the hoses, water pressure from the home, drain pump, inlet valve connectors, and pressure switch. When I checked the pressure switch at the PR6 connector, I found that at pins 21-22 there was no continuity. I removed and replaced the water level sensor switch and tested the unit and it operated as designed. I verified continuity to the PR6 connector pins 21-22. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
