arrived one site to inspect oven not turning on. Upon further inspection, I removed the front bottom panel to expose the Ignitor. I verified that all of the cooktop burners were operating as well. I found that the Ignitor appeared to be in working condition. I removed the caps from the connections to the Ignitor and verified ohms to the Ignitor. I inspected the wiring and found that the black wire was not connecting with the Ignitor wire. I cut the wiring cover back to expose more wires and reconnected the black wire to the Ignitor wire and tested the unit. Immediately, the Ignitor came on and writhing a few minutes, the unit began to operate as designed. I quoted the customer PR100 $79.99 (Yelp referral $20 discount) for a total including tax of $86.59. Customer paid in full. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door gasket torn. Upon further inspection, I found that the refrigerator right door gasket was badly torn in the upper right corner. Using my heat gun, I put heat on the new gasket to form/mold the gasket then removed and replaced the gasket. I verified there were no gaps in the gasket and made sure the gasket as molding to the door correctly. I found no ice formation anywhere in the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon arrival, I was met by the roofer who advised that he found a large amount of lint built up in the top of the vent tube. Upon further inspection, I used my dryer vent test and found that the unit is not venting. I took the vent hose off and found some lint inside. I removed the back of the unit to inspect the components and found no lint inside the the unit Dan all components were operating as designed. I advised the customer that she would need to have someone come and clean out the vent tube to the unit and she needed a new vent hose. I quoted the customer DR100 $108.24 for the service fee and she advised that the builder, Milestone, would be responsible for the cost. I notified the office and spoke to MS and she advised that the office would bill the builder. No int observed within the unit during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for no drain condition. When I arrived the tub had some water in it. I use the drain and spin feature in the drain pump worked perfectly. I tried filling in draining several times and the unit work perfectly every time. I did have to reset the breaker as one time the control would not allow me to cancel. But after that the machine work perfect every time. All water connections were dry. This is a stack washer and dryer in a closet so I could not get a picture of a secure drain hose.

I turned the unit off and took the front panel off and removed the drum to expose the motor , tension wheel and rollers. I found debris on the axles of the rollers and debris on the tension wheel that would cause the noise. I installed a new dryer kit of two rollers, tension wheel and belt and put the unit back together and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed.

Machine has a refrigerant leak and will need a sealed system repair to correct issue, Quoted total for repair evaporator $236.41, compressor $524.06, drier fitting $51.92, access fitting $13.14, total labor $499.99 -$50 for second appliance. arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they plugged the unit in and turned the unit on, the wall outlet sparked and the unit turned off. After repairing the breaker, customer plugged the unit in and it starts but stopped abruptly. I found that the cutoff connector was burnt and showed open when checked for ohms. The fuse was open as well. I plugged the unit in the test and did not get any power so I verified voltage at the wall outlet and at the terminal. I got authorization to replace the control, fuse, and cutoff. I removed and replaced all three parts and tested the unit and the unit operated as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site and found cut off has failed, after correcting also found no airflow through dryer. Recommended to customer that vent to exterior be corrected/cleaned in order to prevent further problems with drying. Job complete.

arrived on site to inspect microwave making loud popping noise. Upon further inspection, I placed a bowl of cold water into the unit and started it on the 30 sec heat. As soon as I hit the start button, the unit began to make a very loud banging noise. I turned the unit off and pulled it from the wall. After taking the case off of it, I plugged it in again and a spark shot from in between the transformer and the capacitor. I immediately unplugged the unit and inspected it more. I could not find any evidence of a spark or arch anywhere. I plugged the unit in again and found that the transformer is where the spark came from, but I could not get the unit to make the noise again. I am ordering a transformer and will return with the following prescreened parts, magnetron, diode, and capacitor. I scheduled a return service for 08/28/18 per customer request.
