"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a noisy ice maker, upon inspection I found that there was no noise coming fro the ice maker except for the ice dropping into the ice bucket, there was no chatter coming from the water inlet valve when the ice maker filled with water. I waited till the compressor kicked on and began moving the refrigerant through the cap tube and heated vibration/browning noise the it goes way l adjusted the mastic tap/sound deadening tape to cover the joints of the cap tube better but did the noise did not get better but the unit is in no danger of failing because of this. I advised the customer/ apartment manager off this."

"MVWC200BW0 Arrived to inspect washer shaking badly. I found the suspension failed and allowing the basket assembly to bounce up and down, nearly freely. The horizontal motion is transferred into vertical hop when this condition exists and I advised suspension R/R. I tested all other functions within manual test mode and verified the gear case seals were intact and there was no signs of any oil leaks. I removed and replaced the suspension, re-calibrated and tested. All functions were present and the unit did not vibrate as prior, freer the repair. During service I found the recently replaced cold water supply line was not fully tightened at the washer inlet and after correcting, a leak was corrected and did not return throughout the rest of the service.

Arrived onsite for range oven not igniting. On inspection the bake would light for 2 seconds and shutdown. Tested the coils on the regulator and they were not getting constant voltage. Replaced the DSI board and the unit started working as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not connected to wifi and assisted the customer in connecting it to wifi. I pulled the unit out onto my dolly and found that the power cord was too short to fully pull the unit out (photo). I found the unit power cord is installed in the cabinets above the microwave (photo) with no slack in the cord. I advised the customer that the cord would need to be moved to at least behind the microwave in order for us to be able to service the unit completely. I tested the unit at the control and found no voltage between points PX1-1 to PX3-2 for the bake element and points PX4-2 to PX3-2 for the broil element. I could hear the relays clicking, but no voltage. I recommended that the customer have their builder check the wiring for the unit as they should be getting at least 240V and the unit is only getting 120V. I recommended the customer contact our office should they continue to have issues once the electrical has been corrected. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E0-cooling fan speed. I tested the cooling fan on high and found the fan motor humming, but the blades failed to operate. I removed the unit from the cabinets and found the back panel badly damaged (photos). Removed the panel and found the fan mount bracket badly damaged as well (photo). Also found the fan housing badly damaged and pushed into the blades keeping them form rotating (photo). I removed and replaced the blower assembly and using my rubber mallet, I was able to semi straighten the back panel and get placed back on the unit. Tested the blower and it is operating as designed but the panel is vibrating. I am ordering the back panel, the mounting bracket & foam, along with CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners taking too long to ignite. Upon further inspection, the customer explained that when they would go to turn the front right burner on, it would take a long time to ignite and when it ignited there would be a large flame. I tested all burners and all are operating as designed. With the front right burner, I moved the burner cap to the side of the burner head and demonstrated what happens when trying to light the burner and the customer advised thats what she was seeing. I advised that the burner cap is not seated correctly which causes the ignitor to not arc against the cap like the designed too which in turn allows more gas to escape and once it does ignite, it shoots out a large flame. I made recommendations for use and care. No gas leaks detected during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"WTW4855HW3 Arrived to inspect noise complaint. I found the bolt for the cam assy had came off and I removed and replaced the cam assembly due to excessive wear from the bolt issue. I recalibrated and then tested within service test mode. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"WED4985EW0 Arrived to inspect drying issue and excessive lint. The tenant expressed concerns about the amount of lint ejected from the external vent to the apartment unit. Initial testing was the timed heating/cooling to prove airflow and I found the unit would not heat above 165?F. I checked the electrical supply and it was L1 122.3VAC L2 121.4 and L1-L2 211.8, the combined expected as the complex is on a 3-phase supply. Under load, the 211.8 declined to 208.9 and is sufficient. I found no heater circuit shorts to chassis and reran the test, viewing the element. There was very little element that heated to glow, only at the very top of the element. 19.9 amps were measured at L2 and no heat, L1 was 6.2 amps. With heat, L1 registered 25.6 amps. The motor made a very loud vibration and I elected to replace it and the blower. The door switch was intermittently failing and I removed and replaced. Testing after service showed the unit still heating slowly, but I attribute that to very good airflow. I advised the tenant of my findings."

"KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect noise. I was able to somewhat recreate the noise the customer heard, but at a lower intensity. The sound heard was vibration within the lower unit area and started at the condenser entry loop. I secured the loop and added sound deadening material to the general area. I found the drain tube assembly gapped and I corrected. I squared and leveled the chassis and found the left door hinge, badly bent downward, preventing proper fitment with the ice bin to fascia contact area. I removed the door and corrected the hinge issue and tested. The unit operated as designed, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making growling/vibrating noise whe the compressor kicks on. Upon inspection I found that the noise was coming from the condenser making count with the chassis causing resonating vibration to solve this issue. I adjusted the chassis till the noise when I moved on to the ice clumping in the husband and found that the ice was clumping at the top, which is a sign that ice bin gasket at the top may not be sealing properly. I checked this and found that it was not I meant, and I made adjustments to the gasket as well. Make sure that it was not folding when the door closed now it is sealing much better. Unit is now operating as designed job complete"

Pulled pulled vac and used nitrogen to verify there were no leaks. Found not could hold 130psi. Recharged system with 5.5oz of r134a and found psi stable at 0/150(L/H) after 25 minutes. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete"

"Arrived to perform Heater Bushing W11537778?- SP W11540964 - Special Project S17304. I removed and replaced the copper colored bushing equipped heating element and then entered service test mode. Errors F8E2, F10E1 and F10E2 were stored and I cleared for testing. The unit passed all testing and I suspect the codes were from installation and they did not return. All testing was done in accordance with the SP W11540964. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. On inspection the new pump and motor had a bad drain pump on the unit. Replaced the drain pump,and the unit started to drain. The unit is well as designed and no water was detected during inspection."

Arrived onsite for a ran that has a left door on the oven the wiggles when it closes. Upon inspection I found that this was caused by the left hing on the left door beeping weak. I replaced bothering hinges and tested the unit and found the door opening as designed.

"Arrived onsite for a ice machine that is no longer making ice and was making a crunching noise. Upon inspection I found that the water inlet valve was not operating correctly and the noise was coming form the circulation pump cavitated because there was not enough water reservoir. After installing the new water inlet valve, I found that the noise was gone and that the unit created a nice slab of ice after monitoring it for several minutes job complete."

Arrived onsite and tested unit for not closing properly. Determined unit installed well and when door is closed properly the the switches stay engaged properly. Customer experiencing reverberation from slamming the door disengaging one or both switches. Advised customer on design and the advantages of gentle closure to engage the switches both for consistent responsiveness and wear reduction. All checks good. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for oven too cold. Upon arrival customer stated that an inspector checked unit and that they were getting readings too cold. I preheated oven to 350 and used thermocouple to test readings. Oven reached 460. Began to let unit cycle several times and got 328 on the low and 380 on the high averaging 354. Unit is operating correctly as designed. No gas leaks present at this time.
