Arrived onsite for a dryer the is making a saw like noise. Upon arrival I ran the unit and heard the noise. I gained access to the inside of the unit and tested the motor without the drum in the unit and found it good and not making the noise. I inspected the right rear roller and found the it was the source of the noise due to a defective bearing. I replaced the roller and put the unit back together and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and the customer stated that the unit will fill with water and drain but will not actually wash the dishes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I confirmed that the wash motor would not run in the auto test. I replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. The unit began to working operate as designed with no leaks present. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat, but that it takes them several cycles in order to dry clothes. I checked the unit on a high heat cycle and found the unit tumbling and heating as designed. Checked behind the unit and found the vent hose and sneaking several different directions before going into the wall. Tested airflow and found poor airflow for electric dryers. I advise the customer that they will need to replace there vent hose and that if further issues persists, they may need to get their vents cleaned. The unit is working and operating as designed. Recommend that customer places better support such as thick plywood underneath unit to extend several inches past end of unit. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. "MHW5630HW2 Arrived to inspect not draining. Service test mode had errors codes of F0E2, F9E1 and F0E1, which were cleared for testing. I found in test mode the unit drained slowly and I disassembled the pump for inspection. Thee were several smaller articles of clothing stuck in the strainer, preventing flow and they appeared to have been in the area for some period of time. I removed and tested and the unit resumed normal operation. No leaks observed during service. I applied the warranty to the service."

Customer states that the smell comes from oven when in use. Inspected and test oven. Valve is correct and not leaking. Preheated oven to 350. Allowed unit to cycle a few times. Have electronic sniffer on top of range and there is zero detection. Found there is no ventilation in kitchen. The smell that the customer is smelling is from the normal smell coming from top vent. "Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that after preheat was complete the unit would trip the breaker. The breaker would not reset until 10-15 minutes later. Called tech line for assistance. Ran checks and found continuity from neutral on control to ground wire. Spoke to Chris SR#7738204275. Disconnected wires to test continuity. After reassembly , tested unit and unit was no longer tripping. Ran unit at 350 then again at 380 degrees. Need to contact safety team. Would recommend if symptoms persist try replacing the main wire harness."

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. The customer identified the noise when the unit was shifting from agitate to spin and I advised it was the slider popping against the rotor and its normal. I provided the parts breakdown to explain the functions of the gearcase and components and to show which parts are making the popping noise. I calibrated the unit and retested and unit continued to operate as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found all parts in good condition. Unit is leveled and I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent use (water softener system). No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The customer advised the unit does make ice and has been making ice, but that it stopped for about a day or two and then started back up again they didnt know if the unit was working properly. Advised in the last five days, the unit has been making ice and working properly. He just wanted to be advised that he thought about canceling, but just wanted to have the unit looked at. Check the unit and found the unit had a a 3/4 bin full of ice. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests passed. Checked the icemaker store to error codes and found none. I advise the customer that because I could not find any failures with the unit, I wouldnt know exactly what was causing the issue, and that it could be an issue with the door being left open, causing temperature issues with harvest. Arrived onsite for a washer that is vibrating in spin to the point where the dispenser drawer will open and the unit will wall forwards a bit. Also the time displayed does not match the time that the unit actually runs for. Upon arrival the customer did advise me that this happened when they were washing jeans and some shirts and towels. I check to see if the shipping bolts where still installed and found that they were not. I checked for codes and found no codes. I ran the unit in diagnostics mode and found that the unit operated as designed no issue. I then ran the unit with jeans and some towels in the tub and found when the unit when into spin the unit would walk and the drawer would open. I adjusted the leveling feet and ran the unit again and found that the unit is now operating as designed no leaks

Upon arrival I found the unit unplugged I plugged the unit back in and attempted to run a diagnostic cycle but could not, the unit kept running the drain pump. I unplugged the unit and Che the drain pump found that it was good I checked the harness and found the same I checked the water level sensor hose and found that it was good as well I replaced the control and tested the unit in diagnostic mode and quick wash and found unit operating as designed no leaks found at this time. I also noticed while testing the unit there was suds I the basket that should have been there as I did not add any detergent, this is a sigh of too much detergent being used which can cause the issue."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner not working. Upon further inspection, I tested all cooktop burners and found the front left burner will not ignite. I inspected the ignitor and burner head and both appeared to,be good. Retested several times and the burner would not ignite but I could smell gas being released. I inspected the orifices and found the smaller orifice completely clogged with debris and cleared it out and retested and same results. I removed and replaced the burner head and same results. I adjusted the burner head and retested and the burner ignited, but when lowering the flame to a simmer, the flame goes out. Inspected the valve and there is no adjuster for the valve. I am ordering valve and scheduled return service for 01/18/24. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W11109973 (Left front valve) and 1 W11436986 (Left front burner head)"

"WGD4850HW2 Arrived to inspect drying issues. I found the unit would not ignite and the gas solenoid had failed, assist solenoid 1-3 was open. Excessive heat due to venting issues is a common contributor to this type of failure, especially multiple times in such a short timespan. Testing the venting, I found it almost completely restricted. The flow was so minimal that a piece of paper, fully placed on the drum exhaust/blower intake at the rear bulkhead, would not stay in place and slowly slid down. I advised the tenant this is an unsafe condition and the venting issue must be corrected prior to any attempted use. The only way to test the unit after the repair was with the venting into the wall disconnected and it operated as designed, heating and cycling as expected. Reconnecting and attempting the test showed the airflow so minimal that the flame barely entered the flame tube. The chassis also had excessive lint within it that was removed during service, another indicator of severe vent blockage. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit would turn on/off intermittently. Tested the unit and found it would not turn on, but if pushing up on the venthood, the lights and blower would come on. I cycled power to,the unit and removed the light plate and inspected the control. I found the molex connector would not stay connected. I removed and replaced the control and removed the harness box and pressed the control molex into the main harness molex and secured it using a ziptie (photo). Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. I found that the control harness molex clips were not staying secured to the main harness molex and while using the unit, the vibration was causing the two molex connectors to come disconnected. Retested again before closing ticket and unit continued to operate as designed. Job completed."

I did confirm the customer complaint and found the unit tripping the breaker upon unit getting supplied power. Gained access to the infinite switches and found one of the support anchors screws had gone through part of the wire harness and had damaged three wires. Used wire caps to fix the wiring and tested the unit. Found the unit showing that the cooktop was on when it was not heating. Found several of the Internet switches had burn marks on them so I replaced all infinite switches. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed without tripping the breaker. Call complete.
