Arrived on site for continued ice making issues. Contacted Techline . Spoke with Joe . Explained issues and what all has already been done. Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker. I found the connection heater and fan to have wires pinched in the top right of the corner. I didn't see any bare wire exposed and suspect bleeding through was occurring and tripping the breaker. I rerouted the wires to where it doesn't touch any metal or pinch on the cover. Unit is heating without tripping during time of service. No leaks present. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection I tested the drain pump and heard a humming noise but water was not able to be pumped out. I gained access to the pump and found it to have a broken impeller and no resistance when turning the impeller. The pump showed evidence of a hard price of debris getting stuck and causing damage in the pump. I replaced the pump and tested the dishwasher. The dishwasher is now operztimg as designed. With customer washing heavier duty items, a commercial style washer would be a correct fit for consistently washing heavier items. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier. I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. Removedmand replaced the mentioned parts and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Checked system for any leaks and found none. Installed 56g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and unit is beginning beginning cool and has a good frost pattern. Arrived on-site for dryer not drying the clothes. I found the dryer is heating but that the airflow is very bad. I removed the vent and found a lot of water and lent. Tested the airflow with the vent off and it was good. I advised the customer to have the home vents cleaned before using the dryer again. No parts used.

The customer advised that several buttons on her user interface do not work, and that sometimes the unit is starting cycles on its own. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I found the start button would not work and the cycle selection button would not activate unless if you pressed one of the options buttons. I also found that the drain would not turn on if you hit cancel but would cancel out a cycle if you selected a cycle. I found adequate voltage going to the control and replaced the control. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that after the unit was delivered, she's had a consistent problem with the ice maker leaking water off the backside of the ice maker into the freezer. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the ice maker not level. I found it leaning to the back, causing watered overflow off the back, end down the backside of the freezer. I went ahead and adjusted the leveling of the ice maker to make it level. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed without leaking. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not getting past the wash portion of a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have several issues going on with the unit, including the previously mentioned but also that the unit seems to go off balance on every load despite what they are washing. They advise that the unit will walk across the floor. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. I tested the suspension and found the suspension rods were completely worn causing the off balance load issue. I checked the basket and did not find the basket wobbling on the drive shaft, indicating the hub assembly was intact. Went to replace the inlet valve and found that the rubber o-rings off the hoses were completely cut through and part of the o-rings were stuck inside of the valve assembly. I showed the customer the issue and did advise them that they would need to replace the rubber o-ring or get new hoses. I replaced the valve and am ordering the suspension rods for full repair. I rescheduled the customer to 5/9.; ordrng 1 W11130362 (Suspension) and 1 W11611297 (Belt)"

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine with ice looking watery. Upon further inspection, I found the bin full of ice and it appeared wet. Also found the unit producing a slab of ice and I found the reservoir water level very low and the slab thickness very small. I spoke to previous tech GC regarding their repairs at last visit and was advised that they recirculating pump has been replaced three times in less than a year and it's due to poor water quality. I was provided a photo of the water test strip used st last service call, and found the pH levels very high, as were just about everything else tested. I found the customer has an old water softener system and the bypass is engaged, but due to the age of the unit, I'm not certain the bypass is functioning properly as the water quality is so poor. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that the water could still be flowing through the old softener system and could be the cause of their issues with the ice machine. I explained that due to the hardness of their water, it's causing damage to the water level sensor in the ice machine which in turn is causing the sensor to not function properly and the reservoir is not filling properly causing less water to flow over the evaporator and make less ice. I recommended the customer have someone check/test their water and possibly look into a water softener system. No parts were replaced today as the issue wouod continue to re-occur. I recommended the customer to contact service manager GC for further information on his testings at previous service call if they had any further questions. Verified issue, when engaging broil relay the unit trips breaker. Inspected unit found no broken or open wires, no evidence of a short. Bonding strap between G and N has been removed. Unit is receiving proper voltage and has correct polarity.Followed TSP (W11490386). Replaced control (W11707155), bake element (W11182108) and broil element (W10856603). Removed ground strap from terminal block and began a cycle at 500? for 30 minutes. After time has elapsed, reconnected ground strap and started another cycle at 500?, after 10 minutes of cycling the unit no longer trips the breaker. Relay conditioning and burn off successful. Advised customer to continue running cycle for an additional 90 minutes to ensure a complete and proper burn off. If breaker starts to trip again, recommend replacing breaker once more. If breaker still continues to trip, contact WPL for further assistance. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7741151278. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker again. I called techline and explained what is happening again. They asked me to check amps on breaker (40 amp) they asked me to check amp draw I checked amp draw and the breaker tripped on 12.3 amps at 250 degrees i flipped breaker back on. I turned all burners on high and oven on and the highest amp draw was 39.0 then it drops down to 35amps breaker didn't trip.Client stated that the breaker wasnt changed and that the home builder said it was fine that the issue was the range. I removed ground and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker.Calling whirlpool safety SR # 7741467493

Arrived onsite for oven not igniting. I confirmed oven will spark but not from the ignitor. I pulled out the bottom drawer and found a metal grate obstructing the ignitor arcing. I removed the metal grate and oven now ignites as designed. Call complete. No leaks. I advised the customer on how to put grates or any cookware in the drawer to where it doesn't not cause intermittent sparking.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not complete cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit sometimes will start cycles, and sometimes not get past sensing. She advised that if it doesn't get past sensing, it makes an odd noise. She advised that the unit will not complete a cycle and will only get to the rinse portion of the cycle before quitting. I ran the internet through diagnostics and found an F7 E3 (basket engaged during the wash) error code. I checked underneath and found evidence of an oil leak from the gear case. I checked the drive shaft and found it sliding up and down, causing the issue. I also found the belt and cam completely stripped. I checked the agitator and found the agitator was able to be removed easily. Ordering the gear case and belt and will need to replace the actuator and cam for repair. I rescheduled the customer to 5/16 due to the customer needing a Friday appointment with her schedule. I found the RC thermistor reading 5.36k ohms (50 degrees) and the FC thermistor reading 15.07k ohms (13 degrees). I found the RC evaporator thermistor reading 13.35 k ohms (18 degrees). I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to George SR# 7741498109. He advised that based on all my checks, the issue would have to be with the the evaporator thermistor or the control and to replace both. It buys the only other issue could be if the dual valve wasn't shutting off for the refrigerator section but advised that the customer would have complained about things freezing in the RC section before losing temperature. I did confirm with the customer that they have not had any temperature concerns up until it started frosting over. I went ahead and replaced both parts and removed all ice buildup around the refrigerator evaporator. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. Arrived on site for unit not heating properly. Ran cup of water first timebwater was hot . Ran multiple times each time water would get cooler and unit has humming sound. Arrived on site for washer making a loud noise. On arrival confirmed issue and found d f7e9 in diagnostic. I then found rotor bolt loose and rotor not locked in place. I tightened bolt and found washer working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived onsite for fridge leaking. Upon arrival customer stated it was leaking from the icemaker. I found the icemaker off and fill tube fitted correctly. I turned on the icemaker and saw no water leaks occur. I cannot replicate the issue stated but I did see food against the vent in the back. I explained to keep the food from obstructing the vents and that he mightve had ice build up but cleared after a defrost. No issues with unit and couldn't replicate the issue at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is consistently draining and will not turn on. The unit was sent over with a special project dispatch and I found that the customer serial number did not match the special project sent over. I did find that the customer is still under manufacturer warranty and looked at the unit. I found the unit flashing an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code and checked the pressure hose. I found no debris inside of the pressure system or any kinks in the pressure hose. I went ahead and replaced the main control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Cannot check voltage terminals due to black rounded insert covers hiding terminal when twisting light bulb to release from housing. "WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. I replaced control board, bake, and broil element. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed.
