I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested. Unit did not dispense water nor did it cycle. I jumped the ice maker from L to V to test the valve and no water dispensed. I tested unit from T to H and unit did not cycle. I check AC voltage from L to N and received 106 volts. Office to order ice maker, emitter and receiver board kit and schedule return service. arrived on site to inspect freezer not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found that the fc was at room temp. I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and tested 56 fc fan and the fan tested good. I placed the unit in diagnostic #40 to test the compressor and cooling. The unit tested good; however, I found that the line coming from the Evap going into the cabinet was cool and not hot during test 05 of #40. Due to this, I believe there is a restriction in the 3 way valve or at the evaporator. Office to order sealed system with oil-less compressor, non UV drier, 3 way valve, service port, and freezer Evap and oil-less gauges and schedule for 3 hour service. Office scheduled return service for 05/18/18 JA. No water leaks observed during service.

The burners would light after s few seconds but it was causing too much gas to flow into the air. Both burner heads and caps are the same size. Office to order 2 burner heads and caps and ship them directly to the customer. I instructed the customer on how to install the burner heads and caps. No gas leaks detected during service. KRSC503ESS Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that is making a gurgling sound again. I found ice in the vacuum vent again keeping the cap from completely seating properly. I found the lower half of the vacuum vent hanging down causing the inside or top side to dip and not allow the vent cap to seat on one side. I removed the ice from in the tube. I switched the cap with one from the RC. The cap fits better but there is still a small gap. I was able to pull the top of the inner base up to close the gap but it starts moving down and opening the gap up because the way the base is foamed into the cabinet.

I placed the unit in diagnostic mode and unit gave an 8/1 error code. I advanced the diagnostic mode to drain the unit and the drain pump did not engage. I quoted the customer 81.02 for the drain pump and DW545 $169.99 for service fee/labor for a total of $271.72 with tax. The customer agreed to services and I vacuumed the water from the unit and removed and replaced the drain pump. I found a piece of glass in the pump and showed the customer. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors making noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the condenser coil was vibrating badly underneath the unit. Also, I found that the units feet were not set and the unit was not centered/leveled. I leveled the unit by setting the feet and the loud vibrating noise stopped. During service, I also found a small amount of ice buildup on the top of the fc door. I found large gapping between the chassis and cabinet. I used manufacturer approved silicone and sealed the gapping. I instructed the customer on how to lower and raise the feet and how to use the feet to center/level the unit. No water leaks observed during service.

I replaced the adapter and correctly seated and installed the ice maker housing. Contact of the ice bin gasket to the fascia was badly gapped, up to 1/4 inch. The left door lower hinge was drooping and after correcting, the gasket gap was corrected. I sealed excessive drain line gapping in the lower unit area and then squared and leveled the chassis. I sealed gapping within the door openings, noting the lower border of the fc door had excessive gapping. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site and found a loose connection to heating element after correcting inspected exterior vent and found two of the three flappers are kept from opening because the metal vent is pressed up against them. Model WRX735SDHB00, Arrived on call for ice maker not making enough ice, called whirlpool tech line and talked to dustin, sr number #7721954815 found that unit has a full ice bin today, found all is working correctly, customer says just this last Sunday had no ice at all and then started making ice again Monday, customer had not removed ice bin at any time prior, instructed customer to verify no food at bottom inner floor of fresh food blocking left hand door from closing and if issue happens again to take a video of ice bin empty and hold light switches in and take video of ice maker if starts cycling, no water leaks at time of call, no parts needed today, call complete.
