Once the unit reached 350 degrees, the flame shut off and it cooled briefly then kicked back on. The poof noise was the gas igniting. I found nothing wrong with this unit. arrived on site to inspect washer not turning off. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes. Error code 8/3 appeared. I cleared the error code and continued with testing. During testing, I found a large amount of detergent suds inside the unit which tells me that the customer is using too much detergent and goes along with error code 8/3 (overflow condition). At the end of testing the unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I recommended that the customer cut back on detergent use especially since they have a water softner. I advised the customer that due to too much detergent in the unit, the unit will automatically stop and turn the drain pump on and the drain pump will remain on until all water or suds are drained out of the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. Upon further inspection, i turned the timer on and could hear it ticking. When I pressed the start button, nothing happened just like the previous service call. I checked ohms at the fuse and it was opened. I checked ohms at the element and it too was open. I verified voltage at the outlet and at the terminal block, but I noticed that the red wire connection at the terminal block was oxidized and burnt. I checked the plug to the outlet and the left prong was burnt. I could not verify airflow inside the unit due to it not operating. The vent tube goes up to the roof of the house and I recommended to the customer that they have the vents cleaned professionally due to the possibility of the vents being clogged with lint which if that's the case, it would cause the heating element to overheat and burn out and cause the fuse to short out. I am ordering an element and will return with all pre-screened parts and scheduled return service for 08/

JP356SM2SS (Cooktop) - Arrived onsite to install new switches and LR element from my prior visit’s diagnosis. Removed cooktop and removed faulty switches and LR element. Installed new replacements and reassembled. Tested all elements. All elements not turn on as intended. No other issues found.

Arrived on site for no ice condition. Freezer was at 1 and fresh food section at 36. Water pressure at dispenser was great. Removed icemaker to find broken blue wires, see pics. Ordering new left door.

WDT750SAHZ0 Arrived to inspect leaking and draining issues. I found the unit was recently installed and the customer has a water treatment system. I discussed their use and found they were filling the dispenser with detergent and they pre-rinse. I advised the customer to greatly reduce detergent, 1 teaspoon as a starting point, to match their use. I discussed and checked rinse agent use and amount dispensed. I advised them to purge cold water from the hot supply at the sink prior to use. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
