KSSO42QTX00 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit had frozen and plugged the evaporator again. After further inspection, the right door was not properly hung and the pin was not inserted into the upper hinge. I corrected the door/air leak issue and removed the frost from within the unit. The control had been rebuilt prior, but I found the daughter board had a puffed capacitor, C25. I advised the customer of the issue and they elected to have the current, replacement control board installed. I removed and replaced the electronic system and installed the MFG approved replacement assembly. I discussed the ice dispenser issue with the customer and a prior company had removed the dispenser motor and cut the connector off. Repair cannot be made without replacement of the door, or unauthorized wire harness modifications. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Jennair refrigerator JB36NXFXRE01. Arrived on site to diagnose the refrigerator with ice that is melting in the ice bin. Tested unit and found icemaker not fully in line with ice maker fill tube assembly. This was causing water to overflow into ice bin and freeze over ice that had accumulated in bin. Re-position the icemaker and fill tube assembly tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No water leaks found at time of service.

Arrived on site for error on microwave. When choosing cycles f1e4 error appeared. Replaced main control for stuck relay. Found interlock switches not engaging totally. Replaced. Found voltage to light socket but bulb is burned out. Customer will replace bulb. Checked on all cycles no error. All cycles started correctly and found good heat.

Customer has gas leak. Gas leak continues even when gas has been shut off. Instruct on contacting gas company to trouble shoot a gas leak before cooktop.

Jennair range JDRP436WP03. Arrived on site to replace spark modules for range. Replaced both reignition modules and main spark module on unit and found problem still persisting. Checked incoming voltage at wall and found 120 V through neutral and 0 V through L2. Builder will need to have electrician correct incoming voltage to correct issue with stove. Due to voltage issue I was not able to determine if any other parts of the and or damage today. Customer will Contact if issues persist after electrician corrects incoming voltage.
