I found a large amount of water had formed at the bottom of the rc and there were signs of it coming from the air inlet at the top rear of the rc. The left and lower corner of the rc door gasket was not making contact with the cabinet and allowing excessive air flow to occur. I sealed gapping within the chassis, aligned the doors and applied heat to the gasket. The issue was corrected and I advised the customer of my findings and repair. Operational test good, no water connections to unit."

WASHER MAYTAG MHWE201YW00 "arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Up. Further inspection, I found that the unit had stopped mid-cycle and still had water in the tub. I unplugged the unit and tilt d it back and removed the bottom panel to expose the drain pump. Using my wet vac, I removed the drain filter and vacuumed the water. I found that the drain pump filter was full of debris. I removed the debris and the remaining water and inspected the drain pump further. I found a large coin stuck in the drain hose just outside of the drain pump. I removed the coin and put the drain filter back in and tested the unit. The unit began to drain the water out of the unit. I placed the unit on rinse, spin, drain mode and the unit operated as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F9E1 and FL. I clear3d the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I did not hear the noise at first, so I stopped the dryer tarted it and immediately, I could hear the squeaking noise. The customer advised that it would get much louder. I lifted the top panel to expose the drum and turned the unit on and could hear the noise coming from the back right roller area. I removed the drum and found that both back rollers/axles were dirty. I removed and replaced the rollers and tested them and they rolled without any issues. I replaced the belt also as it was beginning to fray in places. I put the unit back together and tested it and it operated as designed and was quiet. No lint observed during service, job completed."

The unit went thru the diagnostics cycle and completed it with all components working as designed. The heater was drawing 7.4 amps in the wash cycle. I explained to the customer how and when to check the unit for too many suds at the beginning of the wash cycle to see if this is the cause. The customer is going to check and if there is sudsing they will switch to a liquid detergent and only fill the dispenser cup half full. If there are no suds present and this happens again we will change the control. If the control needs to be replaced

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the back right burner began to arc without the unit being turned on. I removed the unit from the countertop and removed the cooktop to inspect the valves, harness/ignitors and orifice holders. I found that the spark module was bad and the back right burner Ignitor was broken. I removed and replaced the spark module and back right burner ignitor. I tested the unit and it operated as designed. I tested the valves and harness connection to the valves and all were operating properly. None of the valves were sticking and did not need replacing. Using my liquid gas leak detector, I checked all gas connections and all were good. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL ED5PVEXWS05 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not cooling in either compartment. I had no fans or compressor running. I only had 14 volts from the red wire to ground at the compressor and .6 volts from red to white. I changed the defrost control and the evaporator motor started running but the condenser fan and compressor were not starting. I found 121 volts from red to ground but only 60 when checking to white. I found a broken neutral wire at the fill valve. I repaired the neutral wire and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF507ESS01 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator to install the previous diagnosed parts. I finished defrosting the coil. I changed the motor and harness. I repositioned the thermistor and wrapped it with foil tape and secured it with a wire tie. I confirmed the evaporator cover tabs were broken off at the top. I sealed the evaporator housing at the top and installed the new cover attaching it with screws thru the tabs. I sealed a air gap at the drain tube in the rear. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
