Whirlpool dishwasher WDF520PADM5. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is tripping the breaker. Tested all parts and components of dishwasher and found no mechanical failures at this time and no electrical shorts present in unit at time of service. All parts and components are operating properly, and unit is not drawing excessive power. I did note unit is hooked to AFCI or GFCI breaker which is not recommended, Per the manufacturer, for an appliance to be hooked up to this type of circuit. As there are parts and components on the units that are intentionally not grounded, that can cause the circuits to trip. Homeowner will need electrician to correct electrical issue to complete repairs by installing a standard breaker. No other repairs can be done by appliance express at this time as the fault is not in the unit itself, and no water leaks were found at time of service.

Put unit into automatic diagnosis test, all control boards tested good with no fault codes, found bad wire harness going to gas solenoid on bake side. Called tech line because wire harness was not on parts breakdown, it was a clean break and tech line told me to repair the wire, which I did, unit tested good.

Model RBS307PVS00, Customer not home till 11 am ,Arrived on call for to high of temp in oven, called whirlpool tech line and talked to robert, at 73 degrees senser should read 1075-1100 ohms, found senser is reading open, file number 7721558204, control 261.41, senser 87.37, w0160 179.99 wo160 which = 528.77 plus tax 43.62 which = 572.39 customer approved est. installed control and senser and tested unit and all checks good, preheated oven to 375 and error did not return, and found when cooling down unit lost power, did check power connections on terminal block on oven and are good, customer to contact a electrician, all checks good, call complete. Got cutt in and cutt out temps 427 on cutt out and 369 on cutt in which = 398 average temp so calabrated temp -20 which is a average temp of 378 when set at 375 degrees.

Arrived on site for not advancing past wash cycle. Found drain hose in stand pipe 2 1/2 foot. Pulled to standard 5". Once hose installed correctly unit filled and advanced. Checked on two cycles. All parms check correctly. All water connections dry. Showed customer on house hot water supply dripping. Ran out of leave behinds did not leave one.

Arrived on site for unit making noise during cycle, I pulled unit out and looked under the washer to inspect cam assy, I found oil all over the floor under the washer and found the gear case to be faulty as well as cam. I replaced the gear case and cam assy, unit tested good, no leaks were detected at time of service.
