WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW3 Arrived onsite for the washer that makes a squealing noise and the water temp is luke warm on the med/hot setting. I found some bushings installed on the feet causing the squeaking noises. I removed them and leveled the basket and tub in the chassis. The squeaking noises are gone now. I tested the water temp and had 111 degrees in hot & 97 degrees in warm/hot. I explained to the customer that this was good and I called techline to confirm. I spoke with David SR# 7723652024. David confirmed the temps were correct. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, I found that the toe plate was not installed correctly and was sticking out from under the unit. I found the toe plate was being held on by only one screw. When I removed the toe plate to inspect underneath the unit, I found the right unit leg was slightly bent inwards. I was able to straighten the leg and reinstall the toe plate. I tested the unit to make sure there were no leaks and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. The customer provided a POP OF 11/26/18 and I took a photo in SDMobile."

COOKTOP KITCHENAID KCGS556ESS02 "arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the unit from the countertop and then removed the cooktop to expose the orifices. I turned the gas off and unplugged the unit. I removed and replaced the front right orifice due to one of the screws shearing the head off and leaving the threaded part inside the orifice mount. Once I had the orifice replaced and the gas line connected, I turned the gas back on and using my liquid gas detector I verified that there were no gas leaks on all of the gas connections. I put the unit back together as when I was putting the back right orifice back, one of the screw heads sheared off. I advised the customer of the issue and am ordering the back right orifice and ten screws. I am replacing all of the screws due to some of them being stripped. No gas leaks detected during service. Office to schedule return service a the orifice is a PSP or of stock part.; ordrng 10 UNKNOWN (COOKTOP SCREW)s

COOKTOP WHIRLPOOL WCG97US6HS00 "arrived on site to inspect stains on a cooktop. Upon further inspection, I found that the cooktop around the middle burner was discolored due to possible spillage. When I tested the burner, the burner did not ignite immediately as it should. I attempted to clean the burner head and tried turning it on again and it did the same thing. I tested the other burners and all worked except for the right rear. The Ignitor was arching and there was gas coming out of the unit but it would not ignite. I turned the burner cap several times and adjusted it and still no ignition. I checked the burner head as it is clean. The customer advised that she has not used that burner because it doesn’t ignite. I am ordering the middle burner head and burner caps. I scheduled return service for 12/17/18 per request. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W10811599 (burnr-head) and 1 W10819916 (cap-burner)"

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF330PAHB0 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher not working. I found an F5E2 stored error code. The latch checked good. I found the unit filling but the pump not running. I found 118VAC from the control to the pump. I found the molex connector at the pump loose and not snapped in. I corrected the connector and tested the unit in diagnostics. The unit completed the cycle and is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS315SNHM00 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not cooling in either compartment. I found the FC at 27 degrees when I arrived. The unit cycled on as soon as I opened the door. I found the control set on the warmest setting. I changed the control to the recommended setting and watched the temp in the FC get to 5 degrees and the sealed system components were still running when I closed the ticket. I explained to mr how to adjust the dampener and advised leaving the unit set on the recommended setting. The unit is working as designed. The unit is not connected to a water supply. Call complete.
