Arrived onsite for the microwave with everything running but doesn’t heat. I tested the unit and found the magnetron not firing. I quoted the customer parts and labor $358.07 + tax. After getting the unit down and upon further inspection I found all of the high voltage components good. I found a very loose wire connection at one side of the magnetron. I tightened the connections at the magnetron and tested the unit. The unit is putting out 1000 watts and is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that will not run until it’s been on for 2 minutes. Ms stated the issue is they can’t select a cycle. I found the unit defaulting to the auto cycle when powered up and when pressing other selections they will illuminate but when releasing the selection the unit stays on auto. I called Bosch techline and spoke with Adrien. The control panel was locked up. I unlocked the control panel and tested the machine. The selections worked as designed. Ms then stated the unit hadn’t been filling with water prior to the panel locking up. I tested the unit and found it not filling with water. I found the fill valve harness had come disconnected from the valve. I connected the harness and tested the machine. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Sr# 7726881934. Arrived onsite for the refrigerator icemaker not working properly. Upon inspection found that the ice bin is only 1/4 full. Checked temps and ice box compartment is at 18 degrees and freezer is at 13 degrees and refrigerator is at 46 degrees. Called tech line and they stated that there is still a sealed system issue. But I checked pressures and the low side is at 0-5 which is good. Took freezer evaporator cover off and found that is frost build up on top of evaporator causing the temperature issue. Forced defrost and it works good. All thermistors tested good. Called CS and he stated that the frost build up sometimes happens after a seal system repair. Defrosted ice build up and set the defrost timer to every 8 hours. Advised customer to to monitor freezer and if issue returned to call back in. Complete

Arrived onsite for the oven with partial or no display. I found the unit working when I arrived. Ms stated the display had not been working at all but she was able to start the oven and use it with her phone but the display never came on. I found when the oven is powered up its good but when the unit is turned off the clock is not displaying and the time and date is set. I called techline and spoke with JK SR# 7726897601. I explained the issue to JK and he made notes and transferred me to the connect team. I spoke with McKenzie. McKenzie stated that this was not a connect related issue and transferred me back to techline. I spoke with Scott. Scott stated the oven hasn’t been claimed and that is is a connect team issue. Scott transferred me back to the connect team. I spoke with Chad. Chad ran some test and stated the oven has been claimed and is showing on the JennAir server. Arrived onsite for the microwave with everything working except the heat. I found the magnetron not firing. I tested the high voltage system and found it good. I found both connectors on the magnetron very loose causing the magnetron not to fire. I tightened both connectors and tested the unit. The unit is putting out 1000 watts and is working as designed. "arrived on site to inspect cold air coming in through the venthood. Upon further inspection, I removed the fan motor assembly and found that the damper had been removed from the unit. I removed the vent tube and installed the damper and reassembled the vent tube and tested the unit. No unwanted airflow coming in through the venthood. I advised the customer of my findings and also advised that there is airflow coming in from a gal in between the cabinet and walls behind the venthood. Job completed."
