I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, and voltage readings were correct. The product works as it's designed with no parts used. I recommend that the client contact the gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. However, upon arrival, the customer had performed a wash cycle, and it had completed, and I found moisture on the control panel on the right side. I opened the unit door and found water streaks down the right side of the inner door panel. After further inspection, I found the door gasket is not sealing properly in the upper right and left corners, and I found moisture in the upper right corner on the outside of the gasket on the tub. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher FDB1500IFC0 for home warranty. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit gets very loud during a wash cycle, and it's not cleaning the dishes very well. I placed the unit in diag and tested and found the motor was very loud during a wash cycle. The spray arms are moving, the dispenser is functioning, the valve is opening, and the tub is filling properly. Also found is that the element is getting hot as designed. I inspected the motor and found rust on the clamp and on the motor housing. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I would report these findings to the office, and they will forward them to the home warranty. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRT518SZFM05 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the refrigerator is making loud popping or cracking noises and gas like noises. I found the unit is cooling properly, and currently, the evap fan is functioning. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost mode. During this time, the unit began to make some popping noises that the customer described, but not as loud. Also, during the defrost test, I had the customer listen to the noises being made, and when water would hit the defrost element, it would make a hissing or gas like noise that the customer described. "Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW6200KW2 getting off balanced. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a few videos of the issue they've been experiencing, and it appears, from the noise, that the cam is slipping and grinding. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-tachometer missing. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found the unit is making abnormal noises from underneath, and it's not agitating or spinning. I pushed down on the tub assembly, and when the tub bounced back up, it moved forward to the left. I inspected the suspension rods and found the front left slightly bent. I removed and replaced the suspension rods and then tilted the unit back and found the pulley shield badly damaged and belt shavings and gearcase oil on it. I removed the shield to find the belt hanging off of the gearcase assembly, gearcase oil on the cam assembly, and the motor belt pulley badly worn. I placed the belt back in position and found that when turning the motor, the motor belt pulley is so badly worn, it's grabbing the belt and causing it to fall off. I disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the gearcase, cam, and belt and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed. I am ordering the motor, shield, belt, and cam assembly and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 10/20/25. No water leaks were observed during service. "Arrived on site to test unit WRS335SDHM07 for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit intermittently makes a loud noise, and provided video evidence of the issue. Gained access to the evaporator compartment and found ice buildup concentrated in the lower left corner of the evaporator, consistent with a leaking fill funnel. Removed ice buildup and inspected fill funnel assembly. Found the funnel extension installed but misaligned, redirecting water upward and allowing it to freeze on the fan shroud and coil during operation. Corrected alignment, secured the extension, and sealed with silicone (W10841140) to prevent recurrence. Reassembled and tested the unit; confirmed no further water leakage or abnormal noise during operation. Unit is now operating as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Before replacing parts, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balanced load. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed until the beginning of the spin cycle when the unit made a short rumbling noise as if the gearcase didn't have oil. Once the spin ramped up in RPM's, the noise stopped. I tilted the unit back and removed the rotor, and found a small amount of oil on the slider and a rub spot on the slider and clutch. I removed and replaced the gearcase, clutch, slider, suspension rods, and agitator cap and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for a WRS315SDHM13 refrigerator making noises. Found the extension tube not seated and caused ice around the evaporator fan. I seated the extension tube and removed the ice build up. I replaced the evaporator fan wp2315549 due to it vibrating. U it is operating as designed now. No leaks detected while on site.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4955HW3, making a buzzing sound. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1-basket speed sensor fault and F7E5-shifter fault. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and found that the unit would not agitate or spinning and could hear a buzzing noise coming from underneath. I tilted the unit back and removed the shield. When I disconnected the actuator, I saw sparks coming from the capacitor harness as the harness was burnt and melted. I removed the actuator and found the shifting arm broken. I removed and replaced the main lower harness and actuator, and when I went to calibrate the unit, the capacitor made the buzzing noise. I removed and replaced the capacitor and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS588FIHZ06 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in. I gained access to the evaporator, and after approximately fifteen minutes, I found no frost pattern on the evaporator. I checked for leaks in the system from the previous sealed system repair and in and around the evaporator and found none. I found the compressor is on but not functioning properly. I evacuated the system and then cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system. Using my liquid leak detector, I checked my welds for leaks and found none. I checked the evaporator as well and found no leaks. I installed 53g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. I plugged the unit in and monitored for approximately 20-30 minutes and found a good frost pattern on the evaporator and the vent blowing cold air. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing items back inside the unit, and after approximately 72 hours, the ice bin should be full of ice. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed gasket, replaced gasket and molded it into place using heat gun, advised customer to monitor for improvement at this time job complete installed W11038430"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVWB865GW0 with noisy spin and not completing a cycle. Upon further inspection, after several attempts, I was able to get the unit into diagnostics. I checked for error codes and found F2E1-stuck key, F7E9-locked rotor, and F8E1-long fill. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. I found the water fill was slow and not reaching proper fill. Also found in agitation and spin that the unit makes a loud grinding noise and the agitator is slipping. I found the agitator bolt was loose, and the agitator teeth were badly rusted. When I pulled the unit out, I inspected the floor at the back of the unit and found old dry gearcase oil residue on the floor. I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of dry gearcase oil and dry water streaks on the side panels, rotor, drain pump, and the floor. I attempted to remove the rotor bolt but found it seized. While attempting to remove the bolt, ashes fell from the stator area onto the floor. I advised the customer of my findings and will order the tub, basket, agitator, gearcase, slider, clutch, stator, rotor, inlet valve, and console. Also, I will speak with our Claims Dept to see if someone can contact the customers' extended warranty and verify that they will cover the cost of repairs. Unit was left unplugged, and the water turned off at the wall valves. "Refrigerator WRF535SWHZ07 was not cooling; both refrigerator and freezer cabinets were at room temperature. Removed back panel and checked voltage to compressor: 120 volts present. Compressor turned on and buzzed for about five seconds before shutting off. Ohmed compressor windings: 10.2 ohms from common to start, 9.4 ohms from common to run, and 19.6 ohms from start to run. Ordering compressor W11735041, evaporator w11337412 and UV dryer WPW10143759. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not starting.Tested unit by entering diagnostics mode and found error code F8E4 (float switch open). Removed the bottom kick plate to access the drip pan and found water present in the drip tray, triggering the float switch. Removed all water from the drip pan, reset the error code, and started a test cycle.During the test cycle, found the unit over-sudsing, which likely caused the water to overflow into the drip pan. Advised customer to run unit on express wash to get rid of the soap. Re-tested the unit started and operated correctly with no leaks found at this time."
