"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier. I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the mentioned parts and while removing the condenser line from the compressor, I found the compressor smoking and extremely hot to touch. Using my nitrogen, I cleared any contaminates inside the system and completed the sealed system repair. Vacuumed thensystem down to -30/0psi and allowed the system to set for approximately 20 mins and my guages never moved. I installed 68g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and monitored the system and it is beginning to cool and has a good frost pattern. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours to reach set temps. WTW5057LW1 Arrived on site for a washer not working. On arrival client stated that the washer wouldn't lock i ran diagnostic and lid locked and then it wouldn't agitate . I replaced splutch and the actuator . I did notice that the capacitor looked like it had burn marks and the leads were bent. I ran another test it still didn't agitate . I tested the capacitor and i got no reading i called my manager to verify issue and he told me to order capacitor and motor. Returning parts just in case needed. WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site for a washer not working. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found error code F5E2 product wouldn't move forward with wash due to a failed lock. I replaced the door lock and tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and could hear the valve energizing, but no water being dispensed. I checked the temps settings andmf8und both compartments set at 4 which is too cold for this unit and the water line inside the door could potentially freeze. I pulled the unit out and checked the valve at the wall and found the water turned off. Turned the water on and tested and water dispensed. I also found the FC door switch is broken and moisture on the center mullion near the top. I found a gap in the gasket on the RC door at the top left corner on the mullion. I adjusted the chassis around the liner and sealed the gap with silicone (job #447549). Also, while sealing the gap, the FC evap fan turned on and sounded like it was hitting ice. I found the ice maker fill tube is gapped and leaking water down to the evap fan and creating ice. Per service pointer #W11750800, I am ordering the fill tube extension kit and also ordering the FC door switch. Scheduled return service for 05/13/25. No water leaks observed during service. Sr # 7741511301 WMH31017HS10 Arrived on site from previous tech to install parts. On arrival I did another diagnosis and I found water damage to customers home i uploaded all photos. I removed back cover and found water around compressor and drip pan. I pushed back the fridge and removed kick plate and I found water coming from filter housing that's what caused damage to clients home. I turned water off to refrigerator . I called Whirlpool tech support gave them all information and photos. Sr# 7741511301. I will be ordering filter housing and drip pan. I also checked gasket and the gap it had on the FC door .The door was lose I removed hinge and adjusted FC door it help but door is still lose causing the gap on the left I will be ordering and new FC door. "Arrived on site to inspect freezer drawer difficult to pull out/getting stuck. Upon further inspection, I attempted to pull the FC drawer out and was able to pull it out maybe six inches then it locked up. I was able to force it all the way out and found the grease on the slides had hardened and clumped causing the slide bearings to get bound up. I removed and replaced the slides and placed some grease, from my van stock, on the FC upper basket rails to help it glide better when opening and closing the drawer. Reassembled the FC section and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11658402, WP542638-van stock"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer (FC) freezing over. Upon further inspection, I found the FC bottom panel with a sheet of ice on it. I removed the ice and disassembled the FC section to gain access to the evaporator and drip pan drain. I found the evaporator with a good frost pattern and a sheet of ice in the drip pan and the drain hole plugged with ice. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and blew out the drain hole with the hot water from my steamer. I found a small piece of plastic on the right side of the drain which could've been the cause of the blockage and as I steamed the drain, the plastic blew off to the right side of the hole. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the evaporator pan at the back of the unit and found it full of water. Using my shop vac, I cleared the water and checked the drain tube and found it clear. Reassembled the unit and poured some hot water from my steamer down the drain to verify it was cleared. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

I found that the icecmaker fill tube was pinched and cause it to freeze at the front which then lead to water flowing out of the top and into the freezer section and down into the refrigerator section. I defrosted and removed all the ice and fixed the damage part of the fill tube and then covered the top portion with tape to prevent water from spilling behind the evaporator cover. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed the stored error code F8E4. I gained access to the float switch and found a small amount of water in the tray. I dried the water and tested the dishwasher and observed for leaks. I didn't not observe any leaks and the hoses and water connections are all without issue. It appears that the customer experienced oversuds as they are using pods . These particular detergent pods are very concentrated and can lead to a build up on undisolved detergent and can cause too many suds which can cause water to overflow and trigger the float switch. I found that the switch was not moving smoothly in the housing. I replaced the float switch. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11545764"

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator intermittently not cooling in the freezer. Upon further inspection I checked temperatures and measured -11 FC and 39RC. The customer stated that every few days they would notice food in their freezer start to get soft and ice in bin clumping. I checked the thermistors and the control and found the thermistors to be in spec. I replaced the Orion control as I suspect it could be the issue. I advised the customer to monitor the operation. I arrived on site for an oven that will not unlock the control lock on the user interface. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they tried to unlock the control lock and flip the breaker but neither seemed to get rid of the control lock. "I arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I found the machines still had water inside of the drum and would not drain. I found the unit being extremely hard to turn off or get into diagnostics. After multiple attempts, i finally was able to get the unit into diagnostics, and found an F32 (long drain) error code. I checked resistance through the drain pump and found it reading 13.2 ohms. I checked voltage, going down to the drain pump and found proper voltage. I remove the water from the basket and replaced the drain pump assembly. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. Called techline and spoke with Chris SR#7741527224 stated its a thermal crack and approved to replace cooktop. Proceeded to replace W11730433 cooktop. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed."

"Arrived on site to resolve leaking washer also stuck in drain loop. I fully replaced the outer tub and swapped over components. Suspension was bent and needed to be replaced. I also replaced the control to resolve the drain loop. Reassembled and tested. Unit was outside, so no water available. Arrived onsite for icemaker not working and not dispensing water. I found the icemaker arm to be out of place. I put the arm back into position and unit will now make ice. The water dispenser flapper was loose so i took off the face cover and found the bracket broken causing the flap not to hit the dispenser microswitch. I replaced the bracket and unit now dispenses water. Call complete. No leaks. Installed WP2180226 BRACKET.

When closing door noticed water starting to drip. Water leak is originating from within the door causing there to be a constant water collection and drip on the gasket. Door has missing insulation causing heat soak and condensation. Unit will need a new door. No one on site for signature. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not operating. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 39 Rc and -3 in the FC. The customer advised that the ice maker would work intermittently and sometimes produce ice for a few days and stop for a few days. I checked the fridge for any cooling issue and could not find any cooling issues. I placed the fridge into diagnostics and found that the ice maker thermistor was showing open. I replaced the ice maker and verified its operation. The fridge is now operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. I confirmed leak was coming from the drain pump not seated correctly. I reseated and now the drain pump no longer leaks. When draining I noticed no water passing through and staying in the tub. I found the disposal to still have the knockout inside. I knocked the cap out and tested unit. Unit is nowmoperating as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site for door open icon lights up intermittently on ui. Upon arrival, inspected unit and is not currently happening. Opened each door one at a time and indicator lights up then turns off correctly. Customer states that randomly the light comes on then chimes and notices at times when is happening that when opens doors the lights do not turn on. Contacted Techline for assistance. Spoke with DanielSR# 7741522903. Explained issues . Ran diagnostics to test both evaporator fans and ice box fans and all is good. Tech said Could be deli ui harness. Recommend unplugging deli ui and have customer monitor and take video until we return. I also noticed ui is not making sound when buttons are pressed. Customer will monitor unit with deli ui unplugged per Techline instructions. Ordering ui, deli ui and deli harness.
