All operations check ok at this time, charged customer 108.24 for co100. Diagnosis fee on card. Did not need to pull unit out. All operations check good. No gas leaks.

Arrived on site for water leaking from machine, found upon arrival that house side hot hose is leaking. Found that seal inside of hose is split allowing for water to leak out of hot hose. Will need to replace hoses on return visit. Valve does not appear to be leaking will bring on return visit once new hoses arrive. MS is requesting that whirlpool replace hoses for customer. Ran unit to check for any other water leaks, unit filled, agitated, spun and drained. No leaks observed from any other spot on unit. Will need autho for hoses. All water has been turned off to unit as far as tech able to, hot side still has slight drip and customer is aware and has put towel around. No damage has been done to home per customer. All water connections dry. Return date set for Monday 9/10/18 as customer is not available Friday. Please set up sooner service if available. Customer needs morning appointment.

arrived on site to inspect microwave door not latching. Upon further inspection, I found that the microwave door latch is not catching and keeping the door closed. It appears that the spring came off of the latch. I removed the door and then removed the inner trim and found that the hook that the spring hooks on to was broken. Being as the door is discontinued, I used my hole punch and made a small hole in the base of the spring hook on the door latch and hooked the spring through the hole and hooked the spring through the hole on the door and tested. The latch retracted up and down like it's supposed to. I re-installed the trim to the door and reattached the door to the unit and closed it and tested the unit. Unit operates as designed. Job completed. I contacted the customer by phone since they were not available for service or to sign the receipt and advised of my findings and what I did to correct the issue. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher knob continuously turning. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit by turning the knob and the knob was fine, but the timer was not engaging. I opened the unit door and removed the inner lining of the door to expose the timer and switches. I verified ohms to both switches and found that the timer was the issue. The timer is not engaging or operating as designed. I am ordering a timer and timer cam and scheduled return service for 09/07/18 with a time frame of 8-10am per customer request. No water leaks observed during service.

I quoted the customer FL350 $179.99 for diagnosis/labor fee and $77.03 for the water valve for a total including tax of $278.22. The customer agreed to the repair and paid in full, so I removed and replaced the water inlet valve and in the process, I found a lot of debris in the screens of the valve. arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the tub. I pressed. Cancel button to start the drain pump and I could hear it but it was not pumping water out of the unit. Using my wet vac, I vacuumed the remaining water out of the unit and removed and replaced the drain pump and tested. Unit operated as designed, but there was still water in the bottom of the tub. Upon further inspection, I found where there was some debris clogging the drain tube. I removed the drain tube and replaced it with the prescreened tubing that I had. Tested the unit again and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

I tested the unit by adding water to the unit then turning on the drain pump (mode 12) and the drain pump would not actuate. I unplugged the unit and using my wet vac, I vacuumed the remaining water from the unit through the drain pump hose. I removed and replaced the drain pump then tested again. The unit operated as designed. I cleared the error code. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking from underneath near the front of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. The unit operated as designed, but I could not find any leaks. I inspected underneath and found the insulation was wet at the front of the door and on the left side. Also, I found that the sump/motor assembly was leaking around the seal. Also found that the unit was slightly tilted forward causing water to leak from the reservoir. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and leveled the unit by raising the front of the unit at the front leveling legs. Tested the unit and it operated as designed, no leaks observed. Job completed.

Found lid latch faulty. Removed and replaced lid latch. Reran calibration. Unit completed successfully. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.

CAE2745FQ0 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not starting. Removed jumper from unit to access control panel. Was able to calibrate unit. Unit calibrated successfully. Did find inner tub balance ring damaged as well as outer tub ring. Will need to replace for unit to work properly. Ordering balance ring and outer tub ring to complete repair. R/S for 9/6. Unit has out of order sign to prevent any other issues. Parts are covered for 24 months and labor is 90 days from date of purchase. Charged labor TL230 $189.99 plus taxes. Owner advised he call into OF tomorrow for payment.

MGRS752BDS (Freestanding Gas Range) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of freestanding gas range not igniting on bake feature. Removed burner cover and found baker igniter faulty. P&L are as follows; 74007498 (Bake Ignitor) $94.69,CO270 $159.99 plus taxes. Removed faulty igniter and installed new replacement. Cleaned bake gas tube as well with wire brush. Reassembled and tested. Bake element now comes on as intended. No other issues found. No gas leaks detected at time of service.
