arrived on site to inspect dishwasher dispenser not working and the top rack not functioning. Upon further inspection, I found that the spring inside the dispenser door was broken. Also found that the adjuster wheels were broken on the upper rack. I removed and replaced the dispenser and installed new adjusters on the upper rack. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes showing. The unit operated as designed, no water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dryer making loud noise. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could hear a loud screeching noise. I removed the front panel and then removed the drum and using my jumper wire, I jumped the door switch and turned the unit on to get a better idea of where the noise was coming from. It sounded as if the noise was coming from the motor so I turned it by hand and could hear the screeching noise. I removed the back of the unit and the air vent to expose the motor wheel and found a bra wire logged in the wheel. I removed the wheel and tested the unit and the noise was gone. Due to the rollers being dirty and making some squeaking noises while testing, I removed and replaced the dryer kit and put t(e unit back together and tested ad the unit operated as designed and very quiet. No lint observed during service, job completed.

Replaced main control that was burned on 3421 and 3419 connectors. Once control replaced unit would run for approximately 4-7 seconds and then shut off. Found low voltage on transformer not allowing supply to run control. Also found that customer stated there was major noise before unit stopped working. Will need to bring capacitor diode and magnetron with transformer on next visit to verify unit is heating. Will need authorization ordering one CNOTE- authorization. Unit is unplugged. Office will reschedule once authorization is received.

As I attempted to clear the codes, the unit UI would not function correctly and would not clear the codes nor allow me to advance into diagnostics mode 51. I removed and replaced the main control and control panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit under mode 52. After calibration, I placed the unit in mode 51 and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon arrival, the customer advised that they were baking and the food came out not fully cooked and were concerned that the unit wasn’t heating properly. Using my thermal couple, I placed my lead in the middle of the center rack and turned the unit on at Bake 350 degrees. At the 350 degree notice, I had a reading of 353. I continued with my readings and achieved 328, 366,323, and 374 for an average of 349 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and there there is no reason to calibrate the unit. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

I removed the top and front lower panel to inspect and when I turned the unit on again, I could hear that the noise was coming from the rear rollers area. I removed the door and drum and as I was replacing the rear rollers, I found that the right rear roller was rubbing on the axle causing the friction noise. I removed and replaced the dryer kit and tested. Unit operated as designed with no noise. No lint observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site and Set oven to preheat and found vent and fan are operating properly. Vents location is normal and explain to customer that high temperatures or Long cook times may result in hot air blowing from vent. This is normal operation and can’t be adjusted. Job complete.

GSS25JFPAWW (SxS Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite to install parts to SxS refrigerator from prior tech’s diagnosis. Removed evaporator cover and defrosted evaporator. Upon defrosting evaporator, found defrost heater element is shorted out. Will need element heater assembly to complete repair. R/S for 9/11. Unit now cooling but will er to complete repair. All water connections were dry at time of service.

JVM3162RJ1SS Arrived on job for complaints of noise. Found the heat shield too close to transformer. Moved shield and test . Noise now normal.
