Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that is not heating during the wash cycle. I checked for stored error codes and found none. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. The unit was drawing 7.70 amps during the wash cycle and 9.4 amps at the start of the drying cycle. I went over detergent and rinse aid use with the customer because there was no rinse aid present in the dispenser. Mr stated that the issue was only happening in the normal cycle and the issue was the machine was shutting off after the soap dispenser opened. Mr stated the unit works fine in the heavy cycle. Mr stated there was no issue with heating. I ran the normal cycle to test the unit. The unit went thru prewash, drained, the pump started, and the detergent door opened. The machine continued to run and worked as designed. Call complete."

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error completed diagnostics and showed no signs of leaking. I found that the unit leaking on left side of the door. Also, t appears that the door wasn’t closed all the way and secure. The unit is in a tight spot and the door has to be closed with a little force to secure. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care.
