DISHWASHER GE GDT580SMF7ES GDT580SMF7ES Arrived to instal parts. I removed and replaced the spray arms that were previously ordered and discussed the issues with the customer. I found they were having to refill the rinse agent dispenser every two cycles. The rinse agent dispenser was greatly over-dispensing and causing water flow issues and leaving deposits within the chassis. The upper spray arm mounting hub was broken and will require replacement. RANGE WHIRLPOOL SVD48600B "arrived on site to inspect range display not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the range UI display did not come on and when I pressed the Bake, Broil and other buttons on the UI panel nothing came on except for when I pressed the fan button, the fan came on. I removed the control panel and disconnected the harnesses. Per the wiring diagram, it says to ohm the harness so I did and it is good. Per the wiring diagram, it says that if the harness ohms good then replace the board. I wasn’t certain on which board to replace; therefore, I contacted Techline and was advised to replace the UI board, but order both the UI board and the main control board in case the main control board is not providing enough voltage to the UI board. File #7723219241. The UI control will need to be replaced first, before replacing the main control per Techline! The customer requested that LSO complete the repair should they decide to move forward (CNOTE-LSO). No gas leaks

Upon further inspection, using my thermalcouple, I placed my lead in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. At the 350 degree preheat beep the unit registered 372. My next five readings were 377, 341, 384, 398, 363 for an average of 372. I checked the unit for calibration and found that it had been calibrated +10 degrees. I reset the calibration to 0 degrees and explained to the customer my findings. The customer advised that they cook using the convection and I advised her that when she uses the convection, the control tells the unit to cook at 325 degrees at a 350 degree setting. I advised the customer that when she cooks using convection and the food isn’t cooking right to either change the preheat temps or calibrate the unit in + or - 10 degree increments depending on the temp or heat that she needs. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KFIV29PCMS00 "arrived on site to inspect freezer door gasket. Upon further inspection, I found that there is a small gap in the upper right corner of the freezer gasket which is causing ice/frost to buildup on the right side of the freezer door and rails. Found the same thing is occurring on the upper left corner as well. Also, the customer advised that the ice maker hasn’t made any ice in approximately one week. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes for the ice maker (code 59) and 02 appeared (motor lost its position. I attempted to harvest the ice maker but it did not operate. Also, I found ice/frost built up on the ice door gasket and the gasket is badly warped. I found ice built up at the back of the ice box adapter. Per service pointer W10545058, I am ordering the adapter kit, plus the ice maker, and ice door and will return with the freezer door gasket. No water leaks observed during service. MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH73521CS5 "arrived on site to inspect microwave showing open door code. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit door would not stay closed. I found that the bottom interlock was jammed and not allowing the door to stay shut. I removed the bottom interlock and checked ohms to the switch and it was open. I removed and replaced all three switches and both interlocks and tested the unit. The operated as designed. The venthood light was burnt out so I quoted the customer for the light bulb and she agreed to the purchase. I installed the light bulb and tested and the light bulb operated on all three brightness. Job completed."
