"Arrived on site for oven not powering on. Upon arrival, customer stated the unit will fluctuate in temperature and will not stay consistent. Customer mentioned there was a couple of instances where the oven temperature exceeded the preheated temperature which leads to the potential fuse blown in the unit. "Arrived on site for Normal cycle defaulting to Spin off when starting. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Found no errors stored. Proceeded to set to Fast Spin and started unit. After about 2 minutes, powered unit off, turned back on and defaulted to Fast spin. I unplugged it for 1 minute, plugged back in and defaulted back to spin off. Manually set to fast spin and again and started unit. Powered back off and turn on again and defaulted back to Fast spin. Ran Drain and Spin and waited until entire cycle is done and checked default Spin on Normal cycle again and stayed on Fast. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. Arrived on-site for refrigerator randomly turning off after 7 or so days per customer on arrival on arrival found unit was cooling and after 5 minutes of being on-site. The unit kicked over into a defrost mode and all operations appear to be working as designed but I did find some voltage Drop from the Power supply control and replaced it W10830278. Found voltage dropped no longer present and unit working as designed.No leaks present call complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the main control and attempted to calibrated the unit. The unit failed to calibrate; therefore, I began to test the components. I tested the actuator for a possible F7E5-failed shifter and following the tech sheet, I found the actuator has 2.5 kohms at the J16-1 to J16-2. I then tested voltages atthe J16-1 to 2 and found 120V. Tested at the J2 molex connector at pins 1 and 3 and activated the shifter in Manual Diagnostics and found 5VDC in spin and 7VDC in agitation, which it should've read 0VDC. I tested the harness from the control to the actuator and found good continuity throughout; therefore, leading to the actuator being bad. I advised my customer of my testings and findings and I am ordering the actuator and capacitor and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 04/07/25 (Routing). Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service. W10745340; ordrng 1 WPW10006355 (Actuator) and 1 W10804665 (Capacitor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer turning black near the vent. Upon further inspection, I found black markings on the rear bulkhead near the right lint chute vent (photo). I explained to the customer that it's normal for the interior of the dryer to have colors inside and it's due to different types of colored clothing such as red clothing, blue jeans or any other type of colored clothing. Customer did not accept that answer and began to compare their old dryers to the current dryer. I gained access to the rear of the unit and removed the rear panel and terminal block cover and inspected the element, cutoff, thermostats, fuse and terminal block. I removed the element to show the element is not the cause of the black markings inside the drum area. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the situation and Chris provided a text to my cell phone and I provided a photo of the discoloration on the rear bulkhead. Chris advised that the discoloration is from some of the clothing and there's no safety issue. I had my phone on speaker so the customer could hear that the issue is not a safety issue and is normal for the interior drum area to get discolored. Chris provided SR#7741281822 which I provided to my customer and recommended they contact Customer Service for further assistance. While inspecting the terminal block, I found the block split into two separate pieces (photo). Using a block from my van stock (WP3397659), I removed and replaced the block and re-wired the block and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. Arrived on-site to install ordered brackets. Installed 2 brackets(wp8269145) and 2 screws(w11551549) unit is secured properly.

Arrived on-site for range tripping the breaker. Verified the issue. Checked that it was getting the correct power at terminal block. Removed ground. Installed broil element (w10856603 and control(w11548749. This unit does not have a bake element. Heated unit to 500. Amp draw never got over 16. Hooked the ground back up and tested unit. Arrived on-site for range with no power. Found that the breaker was tripped. Customer said it tripped while using bake mode. The power at tblock is correct. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not starting. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the the dryer just will not come on regardless of which setting he puts it on. I confirmed the customers complaint and checked voltage. I found proper voltage and polarity. I checked all heating components and found the thermal fuse open. I checked the heater and did not find it grounded against the side cabinet and the heater in good shape. I replaced the thermal fuse and tested the unit on a timed, dry high heat cycle. F5E4 MVW7230HC1 Arrived on site for a washer not starting client has to unplug the plug again. On arrival F5E4 was on the display customer error or bad control. I ran diagnostic and found defective main control and latch was defective. I replaced both parts calibrated and tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

WED8000DW0 Arrived on site for a dryer not heating enough. On arrival I found dryer over heating i tested ventilation to home and it was in bad condition. I instructed client to clean vent to his home . No parts installed product works as it's designed.

While testing with GC I found the motor to be receiving correct ohms readings at 101 however, motor is not receiving voltage. I found the motor to have knocked out the control. Ran a vent test, test shows venting is poor, but good for gas units. Started a dry cycle while monitoring the glow from the igniter. Initial cycle the unit did not ignite. Canceled cycle and started another one, igniter began to glow and unit ignited. Canceled and started another cycle, igniter would not glow and there was no ignition. Suspecting an issue with the flame sensor and igniter causing unit to ignite sporadically and not dry/heat. Replaced flame sensor (WP338906) and igniter (279311). Tested unit, after running multiple cycles the unit ignited every time and would also reignite after cycling off. All components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Upon arrival verified issue, element is not engaging. Ran a vent test and found vents still have very poor airflow. Ran vent test without vent pipe attached and test showed good airflow. Reiterated the importance of proper airflow to the customer. Tested components and found TCO reading open. Per 1-year warranty replaced TCO (W10900067) and tested unit, element is now engaging and unit is heating, customer verified. Advised to customer to hire a professional vent cleaning service to remove all lint from the venting system. If TCO fails once again and we find the venting system is still restricted, customer would be responsible for additional payment. At the time of service unit is running as designed, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for not spinning. Found motor seizing up. Verified with claims motor covered. Replaced motor(WPW10508324) and unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were using a griddle on the far left two burners and the unit shut off and displayed E2 error code. Also, the customer advised that they went to use the unit and when they turned the power on, none of the burners would turn on until they cycled power to the unit and then it operated properly. I researched the tech sheet and found an error code sheet that described the E2 error code as the unit overheated and to allow it to cool down. I attempted to duplicate the user interface complaint and found the unit operates as designed every time I tested. Customer advised the error code happened a few times and they would cycle power and it would go away and one occasion they went to use the unit and the unit was cold; not used and the error code came on then went away and the unit operated as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris andmadvised of the complaint and my findings. Chris advised that there is no tech sheet to perform a diagnostics from; only a wiring diagram and looking at the diagram, there could possibly be a glitch in one of the user interfaces. Provided SR#7741272215. I am ordering the left, right and center UI's and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the parts.; ordrng 1 W11333464 (Left UI) and 1 W11333463 (Center UI) and 1 W11333446 (Right UI)"

Arrived obsite for freezer light not turning on. Upon arrival I found the door switch to have ice on it causing the switch to stay in the up position. I de thawed the ice keeping the switch stuck and suspect the door was left cracked at one point. I verified the gaskets are sealing and unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not locking. Found water in unit and cycles not starting. Checked under unit and found drain pump section of the lower harness completely broken off. Replaced harness to resolve. Tested unit and confirmed proper operation and drainage. Parts used - W11643701.

Due to the intermittent failure of the control panel/user interface, I removed and replaced the control panel then gained access to the microwave door switches and adjusted the switches to allow the door to close properly and register it being closed. Arrived on site to diagnose washer with lid lock not working. Examined unit and found it was full of water as not draining. Tilted back and found broken wire at the harness Y causing rhe failure. Connected wire enough to drain and replaced harness. Tested unit with new harness and verified all working as designed. Call completed. Parts used - W11643701.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered part. Upon arrival proceeded to replace W11502823 control. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed . No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived onsite for dryer not working or tumbling. I found the unit to heat but not tumble. I disassembled the unit and found the belt snapped and the motor end to have broken off. I was not sent with a motor. Returning tech to use the repair kit belt and replace the motor. Ordering 279827 Motor assm and 341241 Belt. RS for 04-07-25.; ordrng 1 279827 (Motor assm) and 1 341241 (Belt)

Arrived onsite for unit not draining. I found a F9E1 long drain present. I looked underneath the unit and found the black wire to the drain pump split at the y. I replaced the lower harness and tested the unit. Unit is now operating as designed and completing cycles. No leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11643701 Harns-Wire.
