Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling in the FC correctly again. I found the FC cooling but above freezing. I found a leak on the factory Lokring between the condenser and yoder loop. I cut the lokring out and soldered in a copper splice. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 68 grams of R600. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Customer stated they had Wilsons Appliance out and stated a sealed system would be needed and cover using Special Project#S71233 based off service pointer W10666205E. Found unit does need a compressor and RC evap replacement but serial number does not fall into SP. Called Techline and verified only parts would be covered . Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that freezes stuff at times in the RC and doesnt make ice. I found the ice tunnel gasket stuck together and leaking cold air at the door. I cleaned and straightened out the gaskets to prevent freezing air from entering the RC. I tested the icemaker thermistor and found the thermistor good. I ran the harvest cycle and the unit would not start a cycle correctly. I found the pins in the molex connector at the door dirty and cleaned them. I reconnected the icemaker and ran the harvest and fill cycle again. The unit completed the harvest cycle and I passed multiple times. The mold filled as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator lights not working. Upon further inspection, I found the FC module not working. I removed and replaced the FC module and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

Arrived onsite for a washer that leaks from underneath. The customer also stated that it will not spin the clothes out. I found the washer full of small towels that were soaking wet after the cycle completed. I removed the towels. I found an F0E2 suds error message stored. I ran the auto service cycle and the unit completed the cycle working as designed and there were no water leaks. I ran a quick wash cycle and it completed the cycle and worked as designed with no water leaks. I loaded the wet towels back in the washer and ran another quick wash cycle. The unit completed the cycle and the towels spun out with no water leaks present. I did find where softener had been spilled on the floor and had gotten under the washer and on the leveling legs allowing the washer to slide on the tile floor. The customer said they were going to get it cleaned up tonight. I also went over detergent amounts and sudsing caused by to much detergent with the customer explaining that this can cause a washer not to spin correctly. All is working as designed at this time. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. Customer advised me that the unit pops the breaker if plugged in. Tested unit and found breaker pops within seconds. I removed all loads and disconnected the control from the harness. I also removed the power cable molex from the cabinet. Found with everything disconnected the unit will not trip. Replaced control. I plugged the control in with power only, and reconnected the molex connector. Found breaker still trips within 30 seconds. Based on isolation this indicates that there is a failure in the cabinet wiring, since breaker doesnt trip till power cable molex is plugged into the cabinet.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access to remove old compressor and install new compressor. Braced new compressor and vacuumed the system for 15 min. After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R600 41g . Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 32hrs since its full of drinks . No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=37 degrees & RC=46 degrees. I found frost built up on the FC evap cover. Removed the cover and found the evaporator engulfed in frost/ice. Tested the defrost heater and found it bad/burnt out. I removed and replaced the element and tested the unit in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer leave the unit unplugged for 24 hours to allow the remaining ice/frost to defrost and had them sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended they place towels around the unit to catch any overflowing water that may occur. Arrived onsite and determined cause of failure to be a factory coupling leak. Repaired leak joint with sleeve and replaced compressor and drier and added access port. Pulled vacuum and held. I explained to the customer that the only other choice was to install a thermostat kit to replace the resettable thermal limit. "WED5620HW1 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the blower assembly could be heard making and initial inspection appeared to be due to debris within the blower wheel. After removing the debris, the sound changed to more of a high speed scraping. I found the right blower housing screw was not tightened from the factory and attempted to remove the blower wheel to access the screw. The blower wheel was seized in position and in leu of chiseling it off, I removed the housing and motor mounts, which allowed enough room to get a wrench into the housing and tighten the screw without blower disassembly. Upon reassembly of the unit, the dryer operated as designed and had the expected sound from this chassis. Operational test good."

"Arrived onsite for range not heating. Upon arrival found that unit was tripping breaker. Tested unit and found during preheat, the unit would trip. Could not hear relays on control. Replaced control. Tested again, could hear relay but still tripping breaker. Ran test mode and isolated each component. Broil and bake ran with no issues individually. Ran temperature above target temp and then started a normal bake function. Bake cycled properly. Found that issue is only on preheat when both elements are running at the same time. Notified customer that unit is connected to GFCI breaker and will need to be checked, not carrying load.

"KUIO18NNXS2 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the inlet valve assembly had ruptured, likely from freeze and would leak anytime water pressure was applied. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the airflow and found the unit has good airflow (photos). I tested voltage at the terminal block and got no voltage between the L1 & L2, but had good voltage from the L1 to N and L2 to N. I checked voltage at the wall outlet and had good voltage. Ohmed the power cord and it was good. I plugged the unit back in and tested at the plug to outlet and had no voltage. Inspected the outlet and found the L1 contact, in the outlet, was spread out and not making good contact with the cord prong (photo). I recommended the customer replace the outlet. Arrived onsite for a free standing freezer that is having some cooling issues. Upon inspection I found the evaporator clogged with ice and the thermistor corroded. I installed the new one and removed the Ive form the evaporator and double check drain tube was not clogged. It was not. job complete

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the wire harness and the switch harness and it made no difference. The unit would not stop sparking. I then switched out the spark module and still no difference. I took my extension cord and plugged the unit into a different outlet and the center burner was working correctly but the other burners were still sparking. Called WP tech line we found that the unit was missed wired from the factory wrong. I reassembled the unit in while it was plugged into my extension cord it was working correctly. I unplugged the unit and plugged into the outlet under the cooktop and it started to do the same thing again. I showed the customer that it woks while connected to my extension cord but not to the outlet under the cabinet. Customer is going to get the outlet looked at.

Arrived onsite and found lighting issue. Resolved with special lighting service pointer provision. Replaced all modules together. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect noise. I entered service test mode and found F0E3 stored. The units installation allowed for an excessive amount of FR to LR movement and was corrected via leveling leg adjustment. I inspected the unit and found no signs of oil loss and there was a slight amount of flashing on the rotor teeth and was able to clean them up. I removed and replaced the slider and re-calibrated the unit. Automatic and manual testing showed the unit operating as designed. No,rakes observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a vibrating noise hen the compressor kicks on. Upon inspection I heard this noise and found that it was coming from the condenser vibrating against the chassis I tightened up the bolts holding the condenser to the chassis and then adjusted and leveled the chassis and found the the noise went away. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that the left side deli drawer will not close fully and stay gapped open about a 1/4 inch sometimes and the dispenser button will stick and the customer has to pull the pad out by hand then the dispenser stops. I could not duplicate either problem at this time and I tried the drawer and the dispenser multiple times. I could feel a rough spot in the dispenser paddle when depressing and releasing it. Need to replace the pad, spring and shield for the dispenser issue and explained to the customer that all we can do it replace the left and right side closure for the left deli drawer. The parts breakdown wasnt clear for the right closure for the left drawer so Im ordering both closures for the center divider. Arrived onsite for a wall oven with the fan running continuously. I found an F3E1 stored error code. I found the lower oven temperature sensor showing open from the main control. I pulled the oven and tested at the sensor and found it open. Ordering W11598120 sensor. ordrng 1 W11598120 (Sensor)

Arrived onsite for rc not cooling. On inspection found a block of ice on the fc evap. Was going to order thermistor but it is not field service able. Tech support Said that we need to get a reading of the thermistor and if it is out of range have to call Tech support. Arrived on site for SAFETY burning smell. Upon arrival customer states that the issue she is having is that unit no longer spins. Unit is unplugged. Restored power to unit and ran diagnostics. There are no saved error codes. Ran automatic test cycle and unit passed test including spin test. Ran a drain and spin test and unit spins correctly. Noticed the control acting weird during certain instances. Need to replace control. Contacted SAFTEY Team. Notes were documented for the not able to duplicate the burning issue. "KURL114KSB00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the control that was ordered by prior tech and there was no change. I elected to instal the UI and still no change. I verified all loads and sensors, the unit finally engaged and this unit is one of the type that has a several minute dwell time prior to cooling system engagement. I found the cause of the beeping was loss of cooling and the unit has a failed sealed system. There was no heat on the high side and only a 5-10 degree cooling at the evap for. Gurgling could be heard within the evaporator and I suspected a low side leak. During inspection, I found the rubber protector on the evaporator split and contacted the tech line, tech Butch. I advised of my findings, but the tech said that the compressor will still need to be replaced prior to any further steps. File# 7736146659. Office to order compressor, service port and dye drier. Please allow two hours for sealed system service. System is completely copper. Tried canceling cycle and running diagnostics but would not function. Got unit to fill for a few seconds then stopped and drain pump started again. Did record error code for pressure system fault. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has stopped producing ice. Upon inspection I found that the fill tube was clogged with ice which is a sign of the water valve weeping. I also noticed that the right door gasket was torn badly. I am ordering the gasket and the valve and replacing with the parts that were sent with me today. Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found it is not dispensing ice. Found impeller spins freely motor is stripped. Prescreened motor did not arrive in time for service call. It is needed to complete repair; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site to test unit for freezing food in RC, tested unit found damper open, ran diagnostics and found it trying to close but ceasing up half way causing cold air to constantly flow into RC, need diffuser box to fix issue, ordering part rescheduled ordrng 1 W11645127 (Diffuser)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. On inspection there was a hole in the water supply line. Replaced water supply line with a stainless steel supply line. Tested the supply line it was good and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on sure to diagnose dishwasher that was not dissolving pods after cycles. Ran unit and found all functions working properly. Advised customer hot water must be run prior to starting unit, since unit does not produce much heat to heat the water. Verified element and wash motor are working as designed. No repair needed, no failures found with unit. Unit is a very basic plastic tub model. Repair completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is having a issue where the ice in the ice bin would melt and clump together and clog the dispenser at times. Upon arrival I tested for leaks and the ice door and found none i then noticed that the ice maker itself was tilted off to the left and the was a streak of frozen water coming down the back wall where the ice bin sits. I replaced the ice maker and tested it for leaks found none the I monitored the fill tube and found that it didnt drip which caused cause ice to buildup in the funnel and when it good to fill again itll splash over and cause issues. I reinstalled the ice maker making sure that it was straight and then waited for another harvest and found was no longer splashing as much I also noticed some condensation of building up inside of the refrigerator section, then leveled the unit after making sure all of the gaskets were intact to give the unit a better chance of sealing up properly job complete .
