"Arrived on site to test unit for continuous spin. Upon arrival customer stated issue has not been resolved, will reach rinse/spin and it will continuously rinse, spin the clothes out and repeat. Could not mimic issue. Contacted techline, per tech line the actions of the unit are indicating the unit thinks the load is off balance. It will input water and try to rebalance. Potentially a harness issue if unit is not physically getting off balance. Replaced harness (W11643701) and started a quick wash with clothes inside the unit and monitored. Unit was slightly off balance due to uneven clothes, during the small of balance the unit got stuck in that cycle. Would rinse, then spin, slow all the way down, engage drain pump and redo that whole process. Paused cycle and redistributed clothes more evenly, resumed cycle and unit spun once more and cycle completed. Contacted techline once again, per techline issue is now looking like its in the drive system. All bottom end components to be replaced and cycle ran again to ensure balance loads. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit functioning quietly. When I pulled the unit out, it began to make a loud rattling noise. I removed the rear cover to gain access to the condenser fan and found the blades rubbing on the fan shroud. I removed the shroud and fan assembly and adjusted the fan motor and secured it with a ziptie and re-installed the assembly and retested. The fan is operating as designed and the blades are no longer rubbing on the shroud. It appears that where the fan motor mounts to the shroud is worn and not holding the fan motor in place causing it to sag and then causing the fan blades to sag hitting the shroud. Issue has been corrected and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the RC modules failing and per service pointer #W11460554, I removed and replaced all of the LED modules. When I removed the waterbox cover, I found a wet blood red liquid substance on the underside of the waterbox cover. I found it was coming from the water dispenser valve to hinge water tube. When I removed the water tube, I found the substance on the water tube, but not inside the tube. Using my boroscope, I placed the boroscope inside the channel for the water tube and found more of the red colored substance inside. I took several photos of the substance and contacted techline. I spoke to Kurt and advised of the original complaint and what I had found. Kurt provided a text to my phone and I provided photos to Kurt. Kurt advised that the substance appeared to be mold. I advised that when I removed the water tube from the cabinet, I felt warm air come out of the channel at the hinge. My thoughts were that due to the cold water going through the tube and the warm air caused the condensation build up inside the channel and over time created the mold. Kurt agreed and documented my findings and saved the photos to the file created. Kurt recommended contacting Safety on the next business day to see what they recommend. Kurt also recommended cleaning the channel and replacing the water tube. Provided SR#7741543334. I advised the customer of my conversation with techline and am ordering the valve to hinge water tube and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Office to schedule return service. DU1100XTPBA Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. On arrival I did see water at the bottom of the the dishwasher. I pushed canel/ drain and the drain pump kicked on and drained all the water out. I ran diagnostic and didn't see any error codes all tested passed even drian uploaded photo the only issue I did find was the drain hose was not at a up position I uploaded before and after photo. I tested again product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts used.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit not working and showing an error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E0-blower failure, F1E1-ACU failure, and F1E5-inverter board failure. I cleared the codes and using my microwave tester, I tested the microwave for 30 seconds and found it operating as designed. I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and found the blower not turning on. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the blower and main control. Placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested the blower on low setting and tested voltage and found 120V. Tested the blower on high and tested voltage and found no voltage and in both testings, the blower wheel failed to turn. Based off the F1E1 error code and not getting voltage on the high setting, I removed and replaced the main control and blower assembly and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and placed it back in its space and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. Job completed. W11598119, W11448962"

I found the leak was intermittent and if the lower spray arm was turning and spraying too much water from one end. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I removed the outer door panel so I could monitor the reservoir at the bottom of the door for overflow. I could not duplicate the leak, but based off the video and how the leak is occurring, I removed and replaced the lower spray arm and retested. Unit continues to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I reset the breaker, pulled the unit out and tested the incoming voltage. I measured proper voltage to the unit. I measured the elements and found them to be in good condition and not finding any shorts. The customer advised that he had used the oven 1 time since the last service and it tripped within a minute. Based on the previous service I replaced the control and ran another burnoff process by removing the ground and running a bake cycle at 500 degrees for 30 min. I measured the voltage under load and did not observed any drops or spikes in voltage. I measured 12 amps. I reattached the ground and reassembled the unit and set back on bake at 500 degrees and set the cooktime for 2hrs. Did not observed the unit trip after repair. I called saftey to document. I found the thermal fuse blown and checked door switches. I found the lower interlock assembly wobbling. I found the drip pan in good condition without any cracks. I did see mold and mildew damage on the wall behind the. Refrigerator that seemed to be about 4 to 5 feet high at the start and leading down to the floor. I did advise the customer that it appeared that they may be having issues within their wall but could not determine sufficiently. The customer advised that they were going to open up the wall after this service, but they just wanted to make sure that the issue was not coming from the refrigerator. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I found the customer has a water softener system and RO system. I found the RO system drain hose is installed correctly in the lower P trap under the sink. I found the element is broken. Therefore, the unit is not heating properly, which will cause the unit to not clean well without hot water. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-failed heater and cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed except for the obvious broken heater. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator repair. On arrival I checked temps and found RC at temp, and FC at 4 and still dropping. Customer confirmed they have not had any cooling issues at all, just noise.ice bin was full, all FC items frozen. I added sound pads around the evap cover since the sound they played sounded like evaporator fan rattle on the rear cover. This should fully resolve the vibration. I replaced the cracked plastic covers on the evap cover as well. Found no need for sealed system repair as frost pattern is present, and was likely examined after defrost last visit. Arrived on site for door not properly closing. Customer has to sometimes use tape to keep it shut. Since it doesn't close then it doesn't start. Display shows countdown but doesn't recognize door closing. Diagnostics shows no errors. All components pass test. Ordering new latch assembly and strike since previous visit was also about this. Arrived on site to diagnose unit with no power. Tested the unit and found the breaker was turned off. Turned the breaker back on and preheated the oven to 500?F; the breaker did not trip during operation. Advised customer to leave the unit on for an hour and a half to complete the burn-in process. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not keeping temp and condensation. Upon arrival customer stated unit is condensation a lot inside the RC. Inspected unit, found vertical mullion was flipped when the door was open causing the mullion to not enter its track to align the doors. That caused a 1 gap. Customer did not realize the issue, instructed customer on how doors are supposed to look and close. Customer is now aware of potential causes. Will be monitoring unit for improvement. Replaced w11182108 bake element, w10856603 broil element, and w11707168 control. Found ampmdraw at 10nand 14 for both elements and unit could heat to 500 without tripping breaker. Arrived onsite for dryer making noise. Upon arrival customer stated after maintenance leveled the unit the noise has not come back since. I tested the unit and found it operating as designed and no abnormal noise present. I suspect because the dryer was out of level the unit was either vibrating and causing noise or the blower wheel cover was leaning too much on one side and causing it to touch the blower wheel. No noises of concer present. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for unit not draining. I found the harness to be showing OL from the control and confirmed there is a split in the y going to the drain pump. I replaced the harness and added a clip from the old one to secure the pump wires. When testing the unit I found gearcase oil present and the belt to squeal. Will need a gearcase and belt and return with cam. Ordering W11449840 Gearcase and W11239857 Belt. RS for 05-15-25.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)

Arrived onsite for dryer with no power. I found the breaker tripped. When running the dryer with the top off i found the control to be flashing. This is causing the breaker to trip. I replaced the control and unit is now operating as designed and not flashing at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11733952 CNTRL ELEC.

Arrived onsite for unit with F8E4 present. I found the drip pan to have water and lifing the float. I found the door gasket to have water trails indicating the door gasket has failed. Will need to order a door gasket for repair. I checked the vent and found it to check good. No water leaks sighted from the vent. Ordering W11483553 Gasket Dor. RS for 05-14-25. Arrived on site for dishwasher with a bad smell. On arrival found no erros or motor failures. Found issue is because the sink plumbing is backed up and backing water back into dishwasher. Found washer working as designed. No parts installed Call complete

Arrived on site for light not working in microwave. Upon arrival inspected unit. Control panel and oven operate correctly. Pull microwave oven combo from cabinet. Get 2 degrees in FC with correct air flow and 26 degrees in RC. Cooling is operating continuously with temperatures met. Inspected evaporator and have correct frost pattern. Did find thermistor in case in ice. Replaced thermistor WPW10384183 and control W11546690. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for not operating with F1-E6 error. Upon arrival inspected, ran diagnostics and get error code F6-E1 microwave magnetron. Found wave guide cover is blown. Pulled microwave oven combo oven combo from cabinet. Disassembled unit. Found antenna on magnetron is blown into pieces contacted Techline for assistance. Spoke with Jonathan . Verified I could not see any metal splatter in wave guide. Recommended replacement of magnetron. Replaced magnetron and test unit. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete SR#7741533617"

Arrived onsite for squealing noise on washer. I found the cam and belt worn causing the noise. After replacing the unit i could hear what sounds like the gearcase gears grinding against each other but no oil present. I pulled the washplate off with no issue and found hair around the shaft. I cleared the hair but issue is still present. I'm able to pull the shaft vertically up and down indicating a failed gearcase is present. Ordering W11454372 Gearcase to continue with repair. Washplate came off easily. RS for 05-15-25 and return with all parts. Installed W11239857 Belt and W10721967 Splutch Assm W. No leaks.; ordrng 1 W11454372 (GCASE)

"Arrived on site fire not making ice. Upon arrival , inspected unit and container is empty . Ran test 15 for bin sensor and shows bin full or not present. Ran ice maker harvest test and completed correctly. Ran water fill test and is correct. Found optic harness at ui is not connected. Secured connection and retest #15 and now get correct reading. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for unit now washing properly . Upon arrival, found error code F7E6 motor fault. Cleared code. Proceeded to inspect underneath unit and found shifter arm broken. Proceeded to replace W10721967 splutch and W10913953 shift actuator. Tested unit and in addition found hot water line now flowing correctly. Inspected valve and found debris on the valve. Cleared both hot and cold lines and cleaned all debris. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"
