Upon arrival, the customer met me outside and advised that the unit is not drying the dishes and as water on the door and walls. Upon further inspection, I found that the customer is not using rinse aid. I explained the importance of using rinse aid and provided some examples of brands of rinse aids to use. I provided use and care tips to the customer. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes at the beginning. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR MAYTAG MFD2561HES "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working and water not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I found that the water dispenser was not working. Also, I found that the ice maker was not producing any ice. I removed the water filter and attempted to get water and it failed to dispense. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker from the T and H and the unit began to harvest but at the end of harvesting the unit did not dispense water into the reservoir and the motor sparked. Using my jumper wire, I tested from L to V and no water dispensed into the reservoir. I removed and replaced the filter head and tested the water dispenser and water dispensed. I tested the ice maker again and still no water dispensed. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it operated as designed. In the end, I found that the water valve was leaking. DRYER MAYTAG MEDC215EW1 Arrived onsite for the dryer not starting and no heat. I found the thermal fuse blown. I checked the vent that went outside thru the wall behind the dryer and it was clean. I quoted the customer FUSE-THRML I replaced the fuse and tested the dryer. The element was not grounding out and the unit was cycling and working as designed. I did find the customers wall receptacle bad and told the customer they needed to call an electrician or repair it themselves before using the unit because it is a fire hazard. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, using my oven dolly, I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the back covers to expose the convection motor and motor capacitor. Using my multimeter, I checked for voltage at the motor and got no voltage. I verified ohms at the motor and it showed to be good. I checked voltage to the capacitor and found none. I am ordering the motor capacitor and convection motor. If another tech returns to install parts, the capacitor needs to be installed first and test the unit. If the motor continues to not operate, then replace the motor. Customer requested LS only for the repair. REFRIGERATOR GE GSH25JSDB SS "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my temperature lead in the fresh foods section to test temps. After approximately five minutes my temp reading was 37 degrees. I performed the same test with the freezer section and my temp reading was 22 degrees. I removed my lead from the freezer section and found a large amount of frost built up on the Evap cover. I removed the cover and found a large amount of ice buildup on the evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings and asked that the customer sign a waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator and they agreed to and signed the waiver. I advised the customer to defrost the unit 12-24 hours before I return. I will return with all prescreened parts and scheduled return service for 11/01/18. The unit dispensed water into the tub, but the motor did not come on. I advanced the testing until the drain pump came on and then I tested the heating element by pouring water on it and it sizzled. At the end of testing, the unit showed error code F4E3 again. I am ordering a sump/motor assembly and being as it is a PSP Expart, the office will need to schedule return service. DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED92HEFW1 "arrived on site to inspect dryer making knocking noise. Upon arrival, the customer turned the unit on and immediately you could hear what sounded like an object clanking around inside the drum. I removed the top of the dryer to expose the control and drum and turned the unit on and found that the drum is rubbing against the right side panel. The right side panel is badly dented and due to the friction caused by the rubbing, the paint is peeling off of the panel and the drum is thinning out which will eventually cause a hole in the drum liner. The customer advised that it has been that way since the day they moved in on 09/13/18. The customer advised that they notified their builder about the issue two days after moving in and are just now getting service. I advised the customer that I am ordering the side panel and drum and will return with a dryer kit. I advised the office will have to schedule return service.. DISHWASHER GE GLD6560L00SS "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the plumber had come and said that nothing was wrong with the hot water valve under the sink. I checked the water valve and made sure that it was turned on at the valve and at the sink and it was on. I attempted to turn the unit on and the drain pump came on, but due to the installation and age of the unit, I could not get the door to adjust and allow me to test the unit. I was finally able to get the door adjusted to where I could turn the unit on. I found some water in the tub area and the motor was engaged but the control panel would not allow me to change wash cycles ad when I would try to change the cycle, the unit would stop. I opened the door panel an inspected the control and door switches then put the door back together and the unit acted the same as before. DRYER MAYTAG MEDC215EW1 "arrived on site to inspect dryer cord melted. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit sparked at the outlet and stopped working. The unit was still plugged in but had no power. I unplugged the unit and found the left prong on the plug was burnt and some of the rubber housing was melted. Using my thermalcouple, I checked the outlet for voltage and found none. I checked the breaker box and found that the breaker had tripped. I attempted to turn the breaker on, but it tripped again. I tried again and this time it stayed on. I checked the outlet for voltage again and found 240 volts. I verified ohms to all components in the back of the unit (fuse, cutoffs, element). I removed and replaced the power cord, but due to the issue with the outlet, I advised the customer to have an electrician inspect the outlet and breaker box before plugging the unit in and using it. I advised the customer that once they have the electrician inspect the outlet/break

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WGG745S0FS02 "arrived on site to inspect range gas leak. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that an inspector checked the unit out and found that it has a leak somewhere in between the gas line ad the unit most likely the unit. I verified the cooktop burners were operating. Using my floor protector, I pulled the unit out from the wall/counter area and removed the back cover to expose the wiring harness and gas line connections/valve. Using my liquid gas detector, I checked all gas line connections and found that the line connection coming out of the valve was not tight and small bubbles began to form when I applied the detector. I tightened the connection and tested with the liquid detector again, all while showing the customer what I found, and the leak stopped. (Picture). No other gas leaks detected during service. Job completed."

DISHWASHER GE GSD3230F00WW "GSD3230F00WW Arrived to instal part. I found the timer fully functional and re-diagnosed. The drain solenoid would not move, but it had voltage to it and showed the correct ohms. Water had been leaking in small amounts long term and corroded the bottom of the solenoid, causing the rod to stick in the drain position. The unit will require the sump and solenoid and all parts required come included with the complete sump kit. Office to order sump kit. The water inlet issue was due to the valve under the sink shut off and after correcting, the unit filled as designed. The customer will not use the unit until repairs are completed.
