Mr also stated he had problems connecting the unit to WIFI. I tested both upper and lower ovens. Both ovens worked as designed. I checked for stored error codes and found none. I called techline and spoke with Robert. Robert advised to replace the UI to solve this problem. He explained there was an issue with the UI accepting updates and it would cause this issue. Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of ice in the bottom of the fc section and ice built up in the evaporator drainage pan due to the the drain tube being blocked. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and cleared the ice from the drain tube. I pulled the unit from its space and removed the back cover. I found that the drain tube was gapped causing warm air to flow up to the evaporator causing the ice build up. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the drain tube and out the cover back on and moved the unit back to its space. Using my multimeter, I tested ohms at the heater and found it good. I advised the customer of my findings and the repairs I completed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I contacted the builder and they advised that the frame at the bottom corners was bent (vent). He explained that there was a unit in the same place that was defective and it was flush from top to bottom and when it was replaced with the current unit, the owner found that at the bottoms corners it was not flush. I attempted to correct the issue, but due to the installation, the corners of the vents will stick out. I removed and replaced the vent cover due to the original being scratched. I attempted to correct the issue, but the corners continue to stick out a little. I contacted the builder to advise of the repair. In order to get inside the home, I rang the doorbell and someone answer on the speaker and let me in. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF767SDEM01 Arrived onsite for customer complaint of french door dual evaporator refrigerator not cooling in RC section. Removed evaporator cover and found all frosted up. Used steamer to remove all frost. Positioned thermistor and secured to proper placement. Turned unit on. Unit began cooling immediately. Good air flow coming from evaporator. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Customer stated that vent had been cleaned and when running on sensor dry unit will continue to run on 25 minute mark and will not advance. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault code history, found fault code F2-E1 stuck key, F4-E3 restricted air flow and F4-E4 line voltage failure. Performed encoder test, all keys test responded. Ran on sensor dry and monitor estimate time remaining with new clothes in unit and it completed cycle. Called tech support and spoke with JK (SR#7723731284). He stated to order vent test kit W10106710 to test venting . Office to schedule appointment when ETA is available. ; ordrng 1 WPW10106710 (TEST METER)"
