Arrived onsite for a commercial style cooktop with the LF and RF burners popping. I found .50 orifices installed in the simmer and main burners on both the left and right side dual burners. I changed both main burners to .99 orifices. I also found the regulator not converted to LP. I changed the regulator to LP. I tested the cooktop and found the low flame adjustment not set for LP. I adjusted the low flame setting on the burner valves. The unit is working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

During testing found that bottom heating element power wire which is the red wire was bent in a way that it was touching the backing of the stove causing it to arch and pop the breaker. I bypassed the filter and still no water. I removed and replaced the reservoir/filter head and retested and still no water. Water source is on at the back of the unit. Removed and replaced the UI and hv control and retested and still no water. I tested the water flow at the water tube connection at the top left hinge and no water flow. I found that the water line from the valve to the hinge was frozen. Removed the ice and reinstalled the tube and retested and the water dispenser dispensed water. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

After the y removed the extra food, the unit began to cool and now the ice dispenser is not working. I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees & RC=41 degrees. Tested the ice dispenser and found the motor humming. Removed the ice bin and found a small amount of ice on the motor auger and ice bin auger. Removed the ice and cleaned the areas and applied more grease to the augers for better operation and retested and the ice dispenser is functioning properly. "arrived on site to inspect wall oven display time/date resetting itself. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit constantly keeps resetting the time/date. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E0. Cleared the code and tested operations. Unit operated as designed. I advised the customer that the main control would need to be replaced due to the error code reading and that they would have to connect the unit to WiFi in order to get a software update from Whirlpool. I removed and replaced the main control (ACU) and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. I provided the customer with the number to whirlpool Connect Team (866-333-4591) and advised the customer to download the whirlpool app to their phone and contact the Connect Team to get the WiFi info set up and be able to receive the software update. Job completed."

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher that was making loud sounds. Inspected unit and work area. Unit has a small crack on the user interface but does not affect the functionality of the unit. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found no error codes. Placed unit in an auto test and found the unit making a slight whirring sound while the spray arms were activated. I asked the customer if that was the sounds they heard. They said that was the one and that it did not make that sound within the first 3 months of owning the machine. I called LG Techline and spoke to Mike SR# TCC200317057706. He had me run several tests and advised the unit appeared to be working as designed. He stated that with moving parts, they eventually make sounds and so long as the unit was operating as normal and there are no error codes, to not make any repairs. Call complete."
