Tested unit and found RR gas burner does not ignite,RF burner does not adjust and oven door seal damaged from self clean. Confirmed the RR burner no allowing gas to flow. Found seal on door damage not allowing proper seal of door to cabinet. Customer advised that prior service company stated that this was customer abuse. Advised this is not customer abuse and that of normal wear and use of unit. Ordering new RR,RF burners parts, regulator and door seal to complete repair. Advised customer that NEW must approve parts and labor before we can return. OF to R/S. No gas leaks detected at time of service.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit has been used in a long time as it was completely dry and there was no water in the drain hose or drain reservoir. Before I placed the unit in diagnostics, I disconnected the drain hose from the disposal and found that the plug in the disposal had not been knocked out which is causing the dishwasher to not be able to drain. I knocked the plug out and reconnected the drain hose to the disposal and placed the unit in diagnostics. No error codes showed so I continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

The unit operated as designed and there were no error codes at the end of testing. I questioned the customer on the type of detergent they used and she advised liquid dawn dish soap. I advised the customer that the dawn is not recommended for the dishwasher and explained why. I googled dishwashing detergent and rinse aid and showed the customer what she should be using and how to use it. I recommended tips on keeping the unit clean such as cleaning the filter and types of cleaning agents to use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site and customer has a video of the washer making a squealing noise during the last six minutes of the cycle. There was a previous washer of the same model in the home before this one that made the same noise. Whirlpool has since switched out to an entirely new washing machine and customer is now experiencing the noise with this washer. set washer into diagnostic cycle and could not duplicate the noise the customer has the video of. Spoke with tech line Sr7722943008 And they recommended replacing the drive system. Replaced gearcase, wash plate, rotor, stater, and clutch. arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames not correct. Upon further inspection, I found that the front middle burner flame was yellowish orange and very high. I found that the burner gas sleeve that is located in the center of the burner that helps regulate the gas was not engaged and was sliding down inside the burner on top of the orifice and blocking gas flow. I adjusted the sleeve and placed it back on the burner until it snapped into place and tested the unit. The burner operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

Upon further inspection, I found that the unit had standing water in the tub and the drain pump had been engaged and the unit still wasn’t draining. The customer advised that the unit is approximately two months old and they were the first to use the unit and it never drained from the first use. I looked underneath the kitchen sink to inspect the drain hose to the disposal and removed the drain hose from the disposal and found that the disposal plug had not been removed. I removed the plug and re-installed the dishwasher drain hose to the disposal and placed the unit in diagnostics. The unit showed error code 6/4-float switch stuck. Using my wet vac, I vacuumed the water from the unit before starting diagnostics. I cleared the error code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed and the drain pump operated good. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect oven power cord showing wires. Upon further inspection, I found that the power cord had been cut or spliced by the unit foot guide as the cord hung down to the floor and appears to have gotten caught in between the door and the guide. I removed and replaced the power cord and using a tie, I strapped it to the middle brace on the ack of the unit to keep the cord from falling to the floor and getting damaged again. I tested the unit and it operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

Arrived on site and tested unit. Found noise coming from drain pump. Removed pump and inspected. Found impeller to be the cause of the noise. Installed new drain pump and tested. Unit working properly and all water connections dry at time of service. Job complete

WMH53521HZ Arrived on site to repair unit for not powering on, I found that the fuse was reading open, checked unit and door switches and wiring checked good, replaced the fuse and verified operations heating a cup of water with no issues, unit is working as designed,
